King Bed in Large Master Bedroom with Full Bath. Second Bedroom has Queen Bed and Bunk Beds. Access to Full Bath from hall. Living room has Leather Queen size sofa sleeper, a comfortable leather rocker recliner and a second leather recliner. Flat screen 55" TV with TiVo. Walk out onto the porch where there is plenty of room for dining and relaxing on the porch swing while looking for dolphins, watching the sunrise and sunsets. Dining room table expands to seat 8. There are also two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Fully stocked kitchen. Pack N Play, Booster Chair with tray, Toys, Beach Chairs & Umbrella provided for your convenience. Large size stacking Washer and Dryer. Complex has a family pool and a separate adult pool surrounded by beautiful decking and palm trees across the street for cooler, windy days.

First time in Gulf Shores and Lani Kai 128 was perfect. Great location, right on the beach, and plenty of walking destinations. Condo was very well equipped and Joan (owner) was great to work with. We stayed a month and cooked many times - kitchen had everything we needed, even a large air fryer and Foreman grill, new pots and pans, knives, etc. All appliances (range, fridge, washer/dryer) were brand new - think we were first time users for all. Very nice. January weather was naturally cool but comfortable enough for 2-3 miles of beach walks most days with sweaters or a light jacket. We even got a few outside lunches in on local restaurant decks. Morning and afternoon sun is right on the porch swing so it got a lot of use, to the envy of many beach passers-by. Thanks for a wonderful January and we’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Our family stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved it! The porch swing view is phenomenal. The property is close to everything and steps from the beach. The last day we were able to watch dolphins from the porch. Our family would stay here again.

Beach access is great! Loved the view from the porch swing. The condo could use some updating but it was clean and in a great location. Having to take the trash across the street was a little inconvenient (could be dangerous at busier times) but would not keep me from renting again.

No elevators, no street to cross, beach front, views that were priceless, super clean, and owner was more then accommodating. Got on my Walmart app prior to arrival and had everything delivered to the front door so we could sit back and relax for the week. Will be staying here again!

My mother and I have rented this place so many times. We absolutely love it and it holds special memories for us. The location cannot be beat. This was our first time to gulf shores and really enjoyed the beach and everything it had to offer. The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the location of the condo and everything that it was located close to it. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Waking up EVERY MORNING at 4:30AM for a trash pickup at the BIG hotel nextdoor. Even on the weekend! Our kids even heard it. Other than that it was great! To be right on the beach it’s definitely worth it.

Condo was clean and Joan was amazing to work with when the air conditioner went out during our stay. The only things I didn't really like was the trash can being no where near this condo and the resort next door is literally on top of you. The pool and slide for the resort is eye level with your deck which made for no privacy. Easily overlooked unless you plan to go to bed before 10pm at night. Overall a great stay! Would stay again with a sound machine or something to dull out the pool noise!

Lovely little condo on the beach for a week! We went with our 15 month old so it was super helpful to be right on the beach to spend time outside during naps and early bed time! Dolphins were playing in the ocean most mornings and the Blue Angels flew over two days. There is a pool with a slide right on the side of the master bedroom but the noise never woke our baby and she's a pretty light sleeper. Master bedroom can hear it all pretty clearly, but they do close the pool at 10pm. We would absolutely go back to Lani Kai 128 for another Gulf trip! Walking distance to a ton of the things to do!

This was the best location!! The porch swing was my favorite place to sit and take in the views!!! The owner was very easy to work with. She was very responsive and assisted us when needed! We could not have asked for a better week!

Didn't have perfect weather, but had only 2 rainy mornings. Rest of days perfect. Condo was great. Deck looked right onto ocean. We walked to souvenir shops and local restaurants. Traffic was heavy at first because of music festival but no problems. Called owners for minor issues but resolved very quickly. I would definitely return next year! This was a great place!!

Excellent location on the beach. Did not like taking trash across the road. Suggest a trash container on this side also. Thought the pool was on same side of this unit, maybe I did not read description properly. Picture looked like pool was below deck. Deck and swing facing the beach was to die for. Wonderful first trip to the Gulf Shores and this home really made it special. The large back deck is right on the beach -perfect for relaxing or creating your own oceanfront dining experience. The home was very clean with attention to detail. The owners ensured you would have everything you need for your stay. My husband and I, along with my sister and her children recently stayed the week here. The condo was in the perfect location for walking to Bahama Bob’s and the Hangout. Also many other restaurants and shopping! We enjoyed the large deck and having coffee every morning while watching the dolphins play! When we got there, the code to the door wasn’t working. I called and Joan answered immediately and got us in quickly! It was quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again! We’re used to larger condos, so not waiting for an elevator and the huge deck was amazing!

The property does not disappoint- it sits right on the gulf and the pool across the street is very nice as well if it’s too windy for the beach. Everything was clean and well taken care of - the porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or a meal.
