Nestled in Kissimmee, this charming condo for $128 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Venetian Bay Villages is a guard gated resort located in Kissimmee, Florida, close to all of the major theme parks. It has 4 pools, outdoor jacuzzi tub, fitness center, and a movie theater. It also has tennis courts, basketball court, and a volleyball court. My home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an extra sink and vanity outside the second bathroom. It is fully furnished and includes all kitchen utensils and appliances. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king bed and jetted tub in master bath. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds. The sofa makes a queen bed if needed. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and all three bedrooms. High speed secure wireless internet access as well as long distance calling anywhere in the United States and Canada is included at no additional charge. Good- heated pool and fitness center close by unit. Bad- traffic getting into and out of complex, getting thru the security gate could be improved, no supplies for cleaning, toilet paper, dishsoap, etc in unit. Had to buy everything and then haul it all home. Main office closed on weekend when we arrived so no one to help us when we couldnt get into our unit. We had to call vrbo for help.

The house was very cozy and had just about everything we were looking for. It was a short drive to and from Disney World, and it had a Walmart and Wawa located nearby. The house was a perfect fit for my friends and I. We highly recommend booking this house, and it will definitely be a consideration for our Disney World trips!

Overall the property was clean, they advertise free calling to Canada, but when we arrived there is a note stating you need to use a calling card for long distance calls. Also, the town house entry system seems a bit old fashioned where you have to leave the key in a lock box each time you leave the property. An electronic deadbolt would be much handier, and the code could simply be changed for each guests as they arrive.

The place was good, the only thing I would add is 4 adults, 5 nights only two rolls of toliet paper. We had to go to the store and buy some and dish soap. I might stay there again next year. You might was to upgrade the size of the TVs in the bedrooms.

Nice clean condo. However, the shower in the downstairs bathroom was difficult because of the height of the bath tub for people of our age. The gate security was painful with queues out to the road and delays of up to twenty minutes when trying to enter

We liked the house and the community space. The pools and facilities are great. One thing we did not like was how often the pools were closed. The weather was given as the reason, but we felt this was not correct all the time. Compared with another place we stayed, the pool seemed to be closed much more often en for longer times.

The host was nice and accomodating. The village is close to the theme parks and grocery stores. Well secured and quiet. Overall, we had a great experience! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I didn't have any problems arise while there, stayed with our 21 and 22 year old sons, all of us had comfortable beds. You'll need to provide your own washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dish soap, none of that is provided.

The place is exactly as it appears. Property felt safe. I was just very displeased with the cleanliness. There was a fingernail on the comforter of the master suite, there was hair on the floor of the bathroom and a hairball lodged in the sink. The floor in the kitchen was definitely not cleaned because I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed it and saw food/dirt. The freezer had old food smeared inside. Really enjoyed the stay but not clean at all.

We've had a great experience renting this property. Darlene the owner was brilliant and fast at responding to emails & accommodated us for an extra 2 nights when our flights were cancelled due to storm Nicole. Perfect location to parks, shops etc but you definitely need a car.

The unit only had one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, several light bulbs were not working and the property around the unit had been dug up. We didn't see anyone working on the exposed plumbing the whole time we stayed there. Getting in the gate was a challenge. It would take up to 15 minutes for the security to let a line of 4-5 cars through. I appreciate the security but think it can be done in a more timely fashion The AC worked but was low on charge(freon) so it ran nearly constantly. The place was clean when we arrived though.

It was a comfortable stay. It was all that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Property manager got back to us quickly if we had questions. The carpet could be replaced in the near future and the clothes dryer lint collector should be replaced too. It was an enjoyable stay. No issues. We'd book there again.

We stayed here for one week. We did not spend much time on the property because we were at a different park everyday. Upon arrival, we waited 30 minutes to get into the complex. This is NOT the owners fault. The complex needs to find a better way to get people in there for their guest passes. Your pass has to be checked everytime you re-enter the complex. Try to avoid entering between 4pm-7pm. That seemed to be the busier times when you wait. You do have to bring everything you could think of. It could use some better kitchen cookware, and utensils. Owner was super quick to respond to my questions upon arrival. We would stay here again.
