Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive condo for $503 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Can't wait to put your toes in the sand? Wait no longer! Be our guests in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautifully renovated condo. This has been a family condo since purchased in 1976. It was completely renovated in 2009 and furnished the summer of 2011. We are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with our new rental friends. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, you will experience the ease of dipping into the pool or using the dune walkover for a glorious day on the beach. Our beautiful condo sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the guest room and 1 queen sleeper. Two full baths have new cabinetry and quartz countertops. The kitchen is family ready with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. There are two new flat screen televisions and a dvd/blue ray player. We love the location of our unit! This 2nd floor unit is easily accessible by one flight of stairs, if you wish to avoid the lobby elevators. Being an end unit, the floor plan has a unique hallway that spills into a large, open floor plan that is bright with light from large windows. We have one of the largest units in the Regency. It is 1,380 square feet in size. The balconies at the Regency Towers vary in size. We love our balcony but it is not the largest. Keywords: Luxury Gulf front condo. De Luna Festival Deal! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.

This was our best beach vacation yet. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear water the whole week. Everything was great. Condo and property were just as pictured and described, We Had everything we needed, clean and comfy… gorgeous beach and large pool. Patty was awesome, just a text or phone call away, open communication from the time of booking.

It was great having beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & nets there to use, loved not having to take it all with me in the car!! We all enjoyed riding the trolley, a stop is right in front. The bedrooms/bathrooms were separated and private. Also liked being on the 2nd floor and not having to use the elevator every time.

We enjoyed ourselves and never had a worry about the place we were staying. Patty was wonderful and a great communicator. The balcony having repairs done didn’t bother us one bit and we were able to enjoy as much time on the beach as possible since it was so close. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo that has a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The owner kept in touch throughout the process and was quite receptive to our feedback. This unit is conveniently located on the second floor with ample room for movement and has plenty storage area for all our luggage and beach gear. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities. In addition, we appreciated having plenty enough bath towels and blow dryers in each bathroom. We look forward to another stay in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Pensacola Beach and our condo was just what we were looking for. There was an issue with our washing machine and we were in touch with the owners who tried to have it repaired, but short notice prevented repair/replacement from happening this week. Air show and Blue Angels were awesome!

The condo was great we enjoyed our stay. We had problem with the AC the first night but after we changed the air filter it was fine. Patty responded to my text right away. She checked on us a few days later to make sure we were fine. I would stay here again.

She regularly communicated with me and offered any assistance (although everything was perfect, and I didn’t need any). Her condo is easy to access and very spacious with many conveniences. What a nice property! We’ve rented many condos over the years and this was probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen is small but totally equipped for almost anything you re going to want to tackle while you are on vacation. We love to cook so especially appreciated that feature. Patty is a delight to work with - responsive and considerate of guests needs. A minor plumbing problem was handled promptly and she asked at the end of our stay what could be improved. We would return for sure. Highly recommended!

My granddaughter, nieces and I came for a girl’s trip. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was as described and pictured. Patti was great and communicated well. She allowed us to check in early and stay later on our last day which we all really appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had been looking forward to the beach for months and this condo was perfect. We had plenty of room and it felt like home. We’ve never had a more well stocked condo or a more attentive host. Lots of beach stuff - chairs, umbrellas, floats, and sand toys. Lots of kitchen stuff & everything was clean, pots, pans, skillets, cookie sheets, lots of silverware. Extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags. I never felt silly asking a question, and Patty was always so quick with her replies. We can’t wait to come back!!

This property was picture perfect! The kids loved their room, beds, and location. The pool and proximity to the beach was great! Everything we needed was in the kitchen and furnishings were perfect for our 6 people. Owner was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated easily! The location is far enough from the noise of the tourist area but it was easy to go anywhere on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!
