Our family had a wonderful time. We utilized the amenities, which the kids really enjoyed. The location is wonderful. We had a great family walk into town. Our older kids had a great run! (Cross country kiddos) It was also in a great vicinity to the ski resort. Our stay was enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

What I liked about the condo was the location. It was quiet as well. We enjoyed the back deck and using the hot tub. I contacted Roy for trash bags and paper towels. He responded right away and brought them over quickly. Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay here again. It was not worth the cost. We travel often; this rental was the most sparce for inventory. As mentioned above, their was only one trash bag and the paper towels were almost gone upon arrival. For five guests, they only provided four bath towels and two washcloths. The one bathroom didn't have a bath mat/towel to step onto from exiting the shower. Each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper. We had to go to the store to buy a box of tissues. The coffee provided didn't taste good. The kitchen had the bare minimum, and no salt or pepper. There was only enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads and no dryer sheets. The only cleaner we could find to use on the dining room table and kitchen counters smelled horrendous like vomit. One toilet had issues. It would run nonstop and wouldn't flush every other time. The tank wasn't filling properly. We felt like the rental was too expensive for what you get. It felt chintzy and didn't have the home away from home comfort feel.

Close to downtown sisters. 3 Creeks Brewing is very close and food was great. Check-in was easy. The condo was pretty clean, there was a large wad of black hair on the wall in one of the showers. The tv remote batteries died one night and Roy was so kind to drop new ones by. Overall, we had a great stay.

But our favorite thing here is the swimming pool! A good size and we were able to have it to ourselves or share with just one other family. The hot tub, ping pong table, table are also nice. Sisters is a super cute town with lots of fun stuff to do and, obviously, amazing natural area is right nearby.

We had a great visit. The condo was conveniently located and enjoyable. The pool & club house were a huge bonus! I wish I would have realized there was no ac as it was pretty hot in August but overall we had a great stay!

This is an older condo in a quiet area on the edge of Sisters located near the Five Pine Lodge and Sisters movie theater. It is within easy walking distance to Sisters Bakery, Sisters Coffee, a campground, and a park. The condo has a 70s vibe with older kitchen appliances and cabinets but is very clean and well kept. The couch is comfy and has a hide-a-bed. Our teen girls enjoyed the pool every day while my husband and I sat on the porch every chance we could to watch the hummingbirds come and sit in the tree and the deer graze in the evening. The one downside is the patio furniture isn't big enough to accommodate more than 2 and isn't really comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to make dinners and a full washer and dryer were available for dirty clothes. Sisters is one of our favorite little Oregon towns. It is easy to get to Bend (just a 30 min drive), the High Desert Museum, La Pine for hikes, Paulina Lake, and Cline Falls State Park. Even though this condo doesn't have AC it wasn't really an issue. Well shaded most of the day, we opened up the windows and doors at night to get the cool high desert air and then closed everything up before we left for our day adventures. It was in the low 90s most days we were there and it was cool enough inside to sleep comfortably. I hate to tell people about this little gem in our favorite town but I can't keep it all to myself. Recommended.

Roy’s place in Sisters is great. Close to town, a lovely condo complex set up great for kids with sprawling lawn and an awesome pool. Perfect for our family get together and Roy’s communication in advance was helpful and prompt. Would recommend!

The condo has a spacious common area and two roomy bedrooms, each with a private bath. Very homey, with convenient kitchen and laundry. The location is at the edge of Sisters, and it's a pleasant walk into town to shops and restaurants. COVID-19 protocols were being followed and there were restaurants with outdoor seating. We enjoyed the Village Green Park and playground, with lovely new play equipment. The grounds are well-maintained and quiet. The only disappointment was the pool heater was broken, so the gorgeous, clean pool was too cold to swim in. We did hop in for a quick dip to cool off. The hot tub was nice and hot, but since it was hot outside we had really wanted to use the pool. The pool deck has part sun/part shade much of the day, which was nice. There are bathrooms in the pool house/rec room. If the pool is important to you, have the owner check with the property manager in advance to confirm that the pool is in good working order. Roy was great with communication and quick to respond!

Great location.

A great place for a different kind of vacation. We are usually on some adventure every day but this visit from the East Coast was a very quiet relaxing family vacation. We were visiting our kids and really enjoyed coming back to hang out by the pool or on the deck in the afternoon. Location is convenient and close to grocery stores .

Our stay was wonderful! The perfect condo for a family, and so close to town. Roy was super accommodating and great to work with. Don't hesitate to stay here! We will definitely be back.

Really liked staying at this property with all of its amenities and proximity to family and town! Check-in and check-out process was a breeze and our host made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic and he even fixed an issue that we had during our visit. Would stay again!

Roy's condo in Sisters is awesome, and we love staying at this lovely site when attending the 3-day Sisters Music Festival. The location is beautiful. His condo is clean, spacious, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. Thank you, Roy!

We stayed for 3 nights and overall enjoyed the stay. The pool and hot tub are nice, the location is great and the restaurant next door was really good. The unit itself could use a few updates and a few more items. The mattresses were really uncomfortable, each bathroom only had one washcloth, each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and no laundry soap. But overall a nice little place..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very spacious - perfect for our family of four. The setting was quite tranquil with nice shady ponderosa pines and green grass, but quite close to Sisters. There is a walking/biking path that runs from the parallel to US 20, then through a campground, to downtown Sisters. Our favorite part of the place was the pool. Super easy access and we frequently had it to ourselves. It was very clean, not overly chlorinated, and well-maintained. The hot tub was great too. We also enjoyed the pingpong and foosball in the club house. We did lots of hiking. The area around Sisters is absolutely beautiful, but it was so nice to have beds to come home too. The deck is quite nice and the apartment was comfortable even though it was in the mid-80s during our stay. We would definitely stay again! Two small recommendations would be to get a SHARP knife for cutting vegetables and a vegetable peeler. We would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

The condo is within walking distance to downtown Sisters so you don’t have to drive. Walking trails are close. This condo had two separate bedrooms and each had a bathroom. The pool was great to relax at the end of the day. We would stay here again.

Everything was very nice. I'd would suggest that the soap dispensers be refilled, and that Kleenex boxes be placed in the restrooms.

We really enjoyed this condo, clean and cozy. Lacked entertainment such as board games or movies but it was a nice unit.
