One of my lifelong best friends and I met in MT to fish and stayed at John’s place. We couldn’t have been happier with the cabin and location! It was very clean, individual heat in each room, nice TV! Perfect for our needs!
All the best,
Mike & Kevin

Had a great stay. Place was great

The cabin was wonderful-well designed, very clean, great location. We loved it, and the deck outside was great for resting and star gazing. For anyone reading this review…we strongly urge that you drive with great caution if driving at night. The wildlife are large and quite mobile. We totaled our rental car when hitting a moose in the road. The Key Montana team even gave us some great advice on transportation options.
This property and location was a 5-star experience!

This house was everything we expected and then some. It was very clean and organized. There were a lot of misc. things there that you might have forgotten to pack. The house and location were perfect for my wife and I. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful weather and to stargaze at night. John was friendly and quick to respond to questions. The washer and drier was so nice to have. This place was just perfect. We have absolutely nothing bad to say. We already booked this house again for next year. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

We were in town for a fishing trip and this was just what we needed. Beautiful property towards the middle of Paradise valley. House had everything needed and was very clean. Homeowner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in shipping back a forgotten fly rod as well. Would 100% stay here again!!

We had an amazing time visiting and staying here! The property and cabin is gorgeous. Had everything we could have wanted or needed in the kitchen!

Easy check in and very clean. Very peaceful area with a short dirt road drive to the house. Really enjoyed the patio/deck and gas grill with the nice weather. Short drive to the town of Emigrant for delicious bbq and drinks. Great stay!

This property was amazing. From the welcome gifts, to the well stocked kitchen with any item you could ever need, we felt truly at home from the moment we stepped inside.
We were 45 minutes from the Bozeman airport and 40 minutes from yellowstone. The perfect location to use as a base away from the crowds of tourists. Gorgeous sunsets each night with a welcomed breeze during the heat wave the week we were there.
We enjoyed the wildlife (horses, deer, and the bunnies everyone mentioned in their own reviews), the big sky, and the stars at night.
To bounce off of the reviews i read before booking, there were comments about a squeeky master bed -- we did NOT find this to be the case at all. All of the beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of extra bedding and towels were provided. We also made use of the washer and dryer and very much appreciated the detergent provided!
Thank you for a wonderful stay, if we make it out that way again we will definitely try to book here again!

This was our second stay at Paradise Valley Ranch!! I can’t say enough good things about it! We were supposed to stay here last year, but due to a death in our family, we had to cancel. The owner was so kind and generous and put us on for this year for the same week. The only downside and what people should know is…the road!! It’s gravelly and bumpy. Take your time. You won’t be sorry. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed in this vacation home on multiple occasions and as before it was exceptional. The view of the mountains is amazing. The area is quiet and peaceful and we had a little visiting bunny, some deer and singing birds. The cabin is clean and well equipped with necessities. There is a short drive to the cabin from the highway which needs some work due to pot holes but you just need to drive slow.
The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again and would highly recommend this property.

The scenery is absolutely amazing and the location is convenient. About 20 minutes from Livingston and relatively close to Yellowstone. We even had a few wild visitors in the front yard during our stay! You can hear the Yellowstone river from the porch. The owners are very nice and easy to contact. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to see the mountains without much of a crowd around you!! Very relaxing!!

This was our first trip to Montana and this property made it so much better. The pictures are beautiful but not nearly as beautiful as the views themselves.

The property, location and furnishings were perfect. The detail involved in the house organization and amenities were as good as I’ve seen. John’s communication and responsiveness were also excellent. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is central to everything in Paradise Valley. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our second stay. It was lovely. We went the week before Christmas and it was a picturesque Christmas getaway. Property is well maintained and has everything we needed. We went during the bad winter storm where it was extremely windy and was -40° and I was super impressed that the power didn’t fail and nothing seemed to go wrong inside the cabin! We will be back again next year !

This little place had everything you could possibly need for a stay, which was so thoughtful. Stargazing was indeed spectacular!
The location wasn't completely optimal in terms of walkability or nearby hikes, but that wasn't the fault of the property! It was, though, a short driving distance to Livingston, which is a nice little town, amazing barbecue farther south in Emigrant, and the Yellowstone Hot Springs, which is actually not in Yellowstone and is lovely for a post hike treat!

Great place. Very clean, lots of room, near hiking and fishing. Last quarter mile of road is very rough.

My husband and I and our 1 year old stayed for 3 nights and it was beautiful! The view of the sunset and sunrise are breath taking! The cabin felt nice and cozy and had plenty of room. It was great having a kitchen stocked with plates and other utensils. We went to yellowstone one of the days and had to drive around which took about 2 hours but the drive was amazing and totally worth it! The only down fall was the bed.... it was not comfortable and so loud and squeaky. We ended up sleeping on the pull out bed in the couch. And the drive way thankfully it's not to far but it's a very bumpy ride! Other then that our stay was amazing and my husband didn't want to go home! We definitely will be back!

I am not sure that I can quickly summarize how absolutely wonderful the trip to Montana was for my husband and I. This is the first time we have ever planned a “nature” trip as we are typically beach people, but my husband had been mentioning Montana for quite a while, so I surprised him and booked the trip. While searching for the perfect little cabin, I came across this Paradise Valley property and knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Ohio I had a lot of questions, and John (the owner) was wonderful about getting back to me! I am sure I annoyed him sometimes with my 20 questions, but he was always so incredibly helpful and pleasant, and never seemed to be bothered by me asking. The house was absolutely perfect, the views were AMAZING, and we loved that we didn’t have to purchase all the little extras like laundry soap, toiletries, hand soap, etc. We had a few deer visit on the hill behind the house, and a sweet little bunny that shared the deck with us almost every day. We took a short little stroll down to the Yellowstone River and enjoyed the little beach area for some downtime, drive to Gardiner for a little shopping, ate at Marks In & Out Burgers (which was delicious and a must try), but they get very busy so get there for an early lunch! We also enjoyed Chico Hot Springs for a few adult beverages and dinner, and also went to the Grizzly Encounter which is between Livingston and Bozeman. Big Timber had a pro rodeo going on which we were able to attend and even got to meet Lloyd from the hit series “Yellowstone.”
Nevertheless, our trip was absolutely perfect!! The house was amazing, and the owner and the rental company went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, and that all of our questions were answered prior to arrival. If you are considering this property for your Montana stay, you will not be disappointed! It’s the perfect piece of paradise with amazing views!

Absolutely amazing location, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The view from the deck is out of a Montana tourism brochure. Absolutely one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in!

Waking up and looking out to the beautiful mountain range was truly a treat. Located down a dirt road off the highway that takes you to Yellowstone National park, we were about 40 min from the north entrance. We felt secluded but not ok far from civilization and the river was walking distance so my husband could fish. We loved our experience and cooking Montana grown steaks on the grill with the most amazing deck view. Washer and dryer was great to have, lots of space and tall ceilings. There was a loft up top with 2 twin beds. The king bed is my only complaint as it was very squeaky, hard, and loud. Check in was easy and so was check out. Plenty of cooking supplies, coffee, and spices. The host was not on site but did communicate if needed. Highly recommend this place if your plans are to go to Yellowstone.
