The home does sit in a private, gated community with HOA Rules. Guests are expected to abide by all neighborhood courtesies. The gate to the community has a code that will be sent to you before arrival. There is a garage key pad for your convenience.There is also a lockbox with key by the man door to the garage. Guest staying at this home are given access to the amenities within the Buffalo Ranch private neighborhood. These amenities are for the paying GUESTS only. These include catch and release fishing on the private pond, and the walking and biking trails. You have access to the entire home and garage. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.
