The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed is firmer than we like.

It was ok. Probably will not stay in this location again.

Fairly new and we have stayed at other Springhill Suites. Family was there.

Could be cleaner. Lounge was closed, selections in the tiny market were very depleted. Ive machines were VERY inconvenient.

This was our first stay at a Springhill Suites. We will look for them in the future.

The hotel has a nice contemporary feel. Hallways were stylish, well lite and clean. The room was a king suite with a sofa bed and desk. Bedding and towels had a nice feel. Plenty of countertop space to place suitcases and items. The closet was well laid out with a nice shelving unit and lots of hangers.

The shower water pressure wasn’t very strong no matter how it was adjusted. The hot breakfast was good but it was exactly the same both mornings we were there, no variety.

OK except for the price increase.

It was OK!

The fact that I was charged $85.00 more per day for the Daily Rate on the last two days of my stay then the first two days. I was unaware of this increase until I saw the Final Invoice.

Very good experience! Would stay here again

Hotal was new and very clean. Room was spacious enough for the 5 of us.

Needed to fix the TV myself and the pool was closed in the morning when we wanted to swim prior to checkout.....

Very poor

They put a hold on my debit card even after my husband paid for it with his credit card and now my bank account is overdrawn... I am not happy with this at all . We even asked at the desk for them to remove it from my card and let him pay with his ... Oh sure no problem we were told ... Now I'm -$153.00 in the negative in my account!

The location to the baseball tournament at Grand Park was perfect. The staff was super nice and very professional. The facility was great and looks to be brand new.

Great location

Lady at front desk was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great on Tuesday morning and the attendant was nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location was minutes from everything you could think of, yet secluded.

Hallway didn't get vacuumed the entire stay. Trash overflowing outside main entrance almost set the tone for a bad experience. Trash bag drippings or spills at rear exit reassembled vomit.

Fridge and Microwave in room and was able to get a room close to the Elevator.

The breakfast, didn't have Variety of meat such as bacon or turkey sauce. Potatoes are Biscuit and gravy

horrible customer service.

I called on May 2nd to cancel my reservation. that was the last day that I could cancel. Nobody answered the phone when I called numerous times. I finally got ahold of Booking on the 3rd but they said to contact the hotel because it was one day late. I have emailed twice and received NO response. We have stayed at a SpringHill quite a few times. I was charged the entire nights fee of over $300 and never set foot in the building. We will never stay at a Marriott again.

Great experience and we will definitely be back!

The staff were always helpful and nice and the property was very clean and modern. We all loved the amount of different breakfast selections and they even had a gluten free bagel which is always a surprise and appreciated!

There was not anything I would say we didn’t like.

Loved it, outside of the tricky showering.

Great location. Modern and clean rooms.

Bathtub very narrow and sloping, somewhat slippery. Have to stand with feet next to each other to take a shower. Could see older people having a hard time keeping their balance.

Great price and location for this time

Location

No hot tub, no change in breakfast choices from day to day. We’ve tried to stay here before and it’s always way more expensive. This time it was reasonable because it wasn’t a tournament weekend.
