Located in Keystone, this charming condo for $75 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and single sleeper chair. It features beautiful panoramic lake and mountain views. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub and sauna. The living area has a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. There is a Playstation 3 that will play Blu-rays and DVDs. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and the oversized chair pulls out into a single bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area, and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. In the winter you overlook ice-skating and hockey, and during the summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats. This condo features a full-sized kitchen that is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Room darkening shades and a new mattress topper ensure a good night's sleep. The guest bathroom is near the bedroom and features a single sink vanity with extra counter space and a seating area. The shower/tub combination and toilet area are separated by a door for additional privacy. The guest bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The homeowners have provided a pack 'n play and a portable high chair for use by families. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) Great spot in the mountains to relax love this place... only issue my wife and I had was the bed too hard were used to pillow top. But this condo is beautifully decorated and just a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.

The property is fantastic. However there is an insane amount of signatured required outside of the Vrbo process. I not realize this until 2 days after securing the rental on Vrbo, I received email notice that my reservation was officially canceled. Then at checkout, you’re asked to take out all the trash from the property out to the dump in the parking lot, which seems ridiculous considering the amount of the cleaning fee and their strictness on checkout at 10am and check in at 5pm.

The condo was very nice, comfortable and the view amazing. Way too much confusion with the check in and even though we called 2 weeks prior requesting an early check-in, they found no record of that at the front desk and we waited over 5 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Used towel and wash cloth left in the shower and the tables, etc had not been wiped down at all. Condo very nice, but property mgmt needs some attention.

The lake and mountain view is gorgeous. Huge windows to enjoy it all. That is this property’s strength. The furnishings are ok, but the balcony furniture and rug need replacing. Lots of dishes but only one small wine glass! The clocks were all off. So overall a beautiful location, plenty of room, comfortable bed, but needs a little attention to detail.

This was our 3rd time in this condo so it goes without saying that we like it. We love the view and the quietness of the area however, for a couple of days during our stay, the National Irish Stepdance Team had apparently rented the condo above us. Needless to say, we were entertained at all hours of the day and night. Personally, I was happy when they left and I could get back to peace and quiet. The new sofa was very comfortable however the rest of the furnishing and carpet are a bit dated, especially for the rental price which has substantially increased from last year. The unit was fairly clean but there was a large amount of dust behind items on the mantle, fireplace, and bedroom furniture. The only other issue I had was with SCMR. Three years ago, we had an issue with the bed and delt with it ourselves. Same issue last year but upon departure I spoke with the staff at SCMR and was told thay would look into it and correct it. Well...upon arrival this year the first thing I checked was the bed and sure enough, same problem. I called SCMR at 6pm on the day of arrival and was told someone would be there first thing in the morning. At 7pm the next day someone showed up and I showed him the problem but he said "No speak English" Unfortunately for him, I am fluent in Spanish and explained the problem to him in his language. He shrugged his shoulders, never said another word, and left. We never heard back from SCMR for our entire 2 week stay. I was disappointed in their response to our problem. We took care of it ourselves for the third year in a row. Thankfully, we had no other issues requiring the assistance of SCMR. And, if you are wondering, YES, I will stay here again. It is my favorite building and my favorite location in Colorado.

Beautiful views of the frozen lake where everyone is ice skating and playing pickup hockey games! So amazing! The house is spacious and clean. Plenty of cooking pans and pots and whatever else you would need. I was a little bummed that there wasn’t any coffee filters or stuff to make coffee with. I left items behind for the next people. Nice cozy and peaceful! Beautiful location and would love to stay there again!

The view of the lake is stunning and it's always a nice place to stay in Keystone. The only issue I had was the bedroom window blind closest to the door to the living room did not stay up. Otherwise, the amenities were great as usual. The property is as it's described and shown in photos.

I was a little worried about this property as the price and pictures were too good to be true. But when we opened the door we were wowed. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains was a dream! It was very spacious and well kept up. We enjoyed the quiet and sitting on the small deck taking in the beauty of the mountains. Keystone itself doesn’t have much but it is very easy to get to all the other areas in Summit county and Vail valley.

Exactly what we hoped for!
This condo has the most amazing view! We have a family of 5 and I was a little concerned about the size of the place because our kids are teen and preteen. The pullout sofa was great and the pullout chair was just like a twin bed! It was perfect for us. Rental company was great and we had everything we could have needed. We will definitely be back!

Loved the view and everything about this place! Location was qiet but you could get whatever you need within a short drive. We were there for hiking and it didn't disappoint. We used the smaller pull out bed and it was quite comfortable. Kitchen was stocked very nicely.

So, the check in process was a little strange as the drop boxes are not at the property, however it was completely contactless so that was nice. The instructions for check in were pretty clear and the condo was just like the pictures. It was fully furnished and even had some extra appliances you wouldn't expect. Over all it was a great place to be. There were even extra storage spaces that locked for your gear.

Thankfully we found those before our three year old! We also had some trouble with accessing the pool. Our keycard didn't work, so we called the number on the back of the keycard. The first person we talked to hung up after we explained the issue. The second person told us we would have to wait "quite a while" to get a new card, or we could come pick one up. When I asked where to pick it up, he said that they actually couldn't help me, because he works for someone other than the condos where I was staying (which is right next to the pool). Apparently these condos are allowed to access the pool, but the pool is managed by someone else. Thankfully, after standing outside the pool for ten minutes in our swimsuits while being on the phone with him, someone let us in, but it was rather disappointing. Also, there were quite a few "no pets allowed" signs everywhere, but the unit directly below us had a dog that would not stop barking, especially if we tried to use the balcony.

This was the perfect little getaway. You are close to Keystone Resort, lots of restaurants and the lake is beautiful. I wish I would have read the welcome packet a little earlier so I had known to bring my ice skates for the lake! We loved the fire place and enjoyed the resort hottub. Overall 10/10 would stay again.
