About this condo rental
Spacious 2 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Located in Center Village, just steps away from American Eagle and American Flyer ski lifts. Located in the heart of Copper Mountain’s bustling center village, a quaint pedestrian village complete with first-class retail shopping, restaurants, night life, coffee shops, ice-skating, and more. Relax on the south facing slopeside glass enclosed balcony, while enjoying the view of the Main Vein and Bouncer ski runs as well as the SuperPipe. This unit has over 1200 square feet of living space!! Master bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, flat screen TV, desk, armoire with plenty of storage space, comfy chair, full bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, twin pull out love seat, desk, flat screen TV, full bathroom and plenty of storage space. Clean bedding and linens (now 600 count) replaced in November 2011. Living room has a fold-out sofa/sleeper, fireplace, large comfy chair along with a large flat screen TV and blue tooth speaker. Dining area with seating for 8. Fully furnished kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot and refrigerator. Third, full bathroom located just inside front door. We offer DirectTV, Amazon fire sticks and free wifi throughout the condo. There are hair-dryers in each bathroom so you can pack lighter for your trip. We have extra towels for you to use after enjoying the multiple hot-tubs in our building. Amenities within building: restaurant/bar, locked private underground parking, three ski lockers, washer/dryer and ice machine directly across the hall, and hot-water baseboard heat and an outdoor grill (in public area on first floor). Free shuttle bus for mountain and Frisco, picks up directly in front of the building. Special offers and discounts available during certain times of the year and for last minute bookings, if available. ADDITIONAL RENTAL TERMS AND INFORMATION: * Please, no pets or smoking is allowed in the condo. * Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am. (Sorry, no early check-in or late check-out is available) * During the ski season, 4 nights is the minimum number we book, except to fill an opening in our rental schedule. * During the off season, we have a 2-night minimum. * Have children? We supply a pack-n-play and Fisher Price booster/high chair seat for your little one. * Ski rental is available in building next door, very convenient.

The condo looks to be 3 old hotel rooms joined together. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and the location is awesome; Right at base of American Eagle lift and the small village market is right out the back door. It’s not ski in ski out but the next best thing! The only issue we had was we put our rental skies in locker #515 (corresponding to address and room number listed) but only had keys for 513 and 517 in the room (the #s of the other hotel rooms joined together for our suite). After some frantic phone calls the locker was opened the next morning in time for us to get to our lesson. although 2 bdrm, they have maximized sleeping space. Kitchen is small but equipped well enough to cook in. I would highly recommend.

Truly a ski in-ski out location right in the heart of center village, steps away from the American Eagle lift. It was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! The condo had everything we needed. Half our group couldn't come so it was just the 3 of us. Super roomy! Everything was perfect. Great communication and easy checkin/check out.

This is great ski resort. Probably the best terrain parks in Colorado. Lots varied terrain for all level skiers. Also the restaurants were pretty good too. Good location to visit other resorts as well. Having the Woodward center close by was a big plus for my boys.

This condo and it’s location made it a great place to stay. I was surprised at the lack of options for food and shopping with this being in Center Village. However, we were informed and reminded of the impacts that previous shut downs due to Covid-19 had on resorts and specifically on the independent businesses that went under. We had a great stay in this condo and a great time skiing at Copper Mountain! We will visit again in the future.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights before Christmas. The location is perfect for family with kids, easy access to lifts and gondola and able to do lunch break at condo everyday. The balcony overlooks the main slope and half pipe. The kitchen is well stocked. Totally enjoy the stay!

The pictures and description of the condo are accurate. What I didn’t realize were the benefits to having the condo so close to the American Eagle lift and being in Center Village. Anyone with kids knows that getting them in their ski gear and on the mountain each day takes effort. Not only did we not have to deal with catching a bus and lugging gear around, but we also did not need to rent a locker once we got to the mountain. We just grabbed the skis out of the first floor lockers, went outside and walked to the lift. We rented skis from a shop directly across from the condo, which made returning the equipment quite easy. The condo is also located in close proximity to a number of restaurants and shops. In my experience, there are a lot of stressful and time consuming things that go into skiing. Staying in Center Village and near a lift and restaurants reduced the stress and saved time. I look forward to renting this same condo next year.

This was an awesome place to stay. It was so close to the slopes that we barely had to walk at all. That is great considering we had 5 kids staying with us. The place was also very spacious for us. My only gripe is that there was not secure Wifi. We had to use the overall Mountain Plaza Wifi which normally hit 15mb downloads and was not secure. In this day and age, I'd expect secure Wifi that was unit specific. There were instructions on how to access the router, so I am assuming this is a recent change. Otherwise, this was an amazing place to rent, and we would do so again.

This unit is dusty… the blinds are dusty. Our family all had sneezing issues. You can see the dust flying around.
I would stay again in this building, just not this unit.

Location of the property is its greatest gift. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood from the garage that we brought up in the elevator. Some updates would be nice but everything worked.

This was our first stay at a ski in/ski out. It was so convenient. The heated garage, the ski lockers, the spacious condo, and the amazing view. Food and drinks are super close.
