New for 2024: Ground-level will be completely remodeled to include an additional 700 sq. ft. master bedroom with three sets of bunk beds, a king master bedroom, and a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, and sink) with bar (seats 4). You will find all “The Good Stuff” at this lovely oceanfront home at Sandbridge Beach! This cozy cottage feels like it stepped from a page of “Coastal Living Cottage Style”. The kitchen has quartz and stainless steel, and great storage space. The Great Room is really 3 spaces in one, with two seating areas and the dining area tucked by the kitchen. The glass tile, appointments and casual laid back atmosphere will be a place you return to year after year. Enjoy inside/outside ocean views with the bright and open sunroom just off the oceanfront deck. Additional game room area in the garage (not air conditioned) with a sofa, ping pong table, foosball table, two pub-style tables, and full size refrigerator with icemaker. Set in an “H” plan, the bedrooms have a feeling of privacy from the gathering areas. All bedrooms have LCD TVs. The ocean side deck is two levels, offering seating areas to enjoy the view plus a boardwalk to the beach. This is the spot to make a lifetime of memories for you and your family! Top-Level: Great Room with LCD TV, Blu-Ray player, Sun Room with LCD TV, Game Table, Deck Access with Ocean Views, Kitchen with Quartz Counter-tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Bar seats 5, Dining Table seats 8, Queen Master Bedroom with LCD TV; King Master Bedroom with LCD TV and Deck Access with Ocean View; Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and LCD TV; Queen Bedroom with LCD TV; Hall Bathroom with 2 Sinks. Ground-Level: Den with LCD TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Game Table, Access to Lower Patio area and step to top decks, Hall Bathroom, Laundry with Washer and Dryer, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds. Extras: Wireless Internet Access, Blu-Ray player, Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table, 2 Refrigerators, Outdoor Shower, No Smoking, PETS NOT ALLOWED, Parking: 5 Cars, Max. Occupancy: 14 people All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Relaxing and the decor was so modern and beautiful. Everything you need is all there. All we needed to bring was some food and a few extra supplies and enjoy everything from the sunrise to easy beach access. Wifi was awesome and there was plenty enough room for our family. If we ever have a chance to visit Virginia again I hope this place will be available. I would love to come back and stay!

Wonderful experience, this beach house was beautiful, like a home away from home. Paid attention to every detail. Right close to the beach , big beautiful windows facing the beach so you can see the ocean at every turn. Everything you need is in that kitchen. Bathrooms are beautiful and updated. Enough room for our family of 4 and for 13 others to come for dinner. Sunroom is a wonderful place to have breakfast and watch the ocean, the decks are a wonderful way to see the sunrise and sunset, grill was a great addition and every grill accessory you wil need for it. Beds were a bit on the firm side, and sunroom slider was difficult to lock and unlock but otherwise amazing in every way. We would rent this place again.

We were a family that included friends of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 9-11. This was an incredible stay. The property had enough space for the kids and adults. The rooms/bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The views were amazing and would love to come in the summer months. The only negative was the kitchen Oven doesn’t work well we tried our best not to eat out, and the house shakes assuming how the foundation sits on the sand when the wind blows but we got used to it. Also the management company responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, we will return if we get a chance “The Good Stuff lived up to his it’s Name!” The Green & Prak Family

Beautiful home. Spacious. Beds in the northern rooms were not comfortable although the rooms themselves were otherwise very nice. AC works but if you're looking to really cool the home down don't wait long, just open the windows. Kitchen was extremely nice and well equipped. GFCU fuse was blowing regularly. On our first day at the house there were a large number of bugs, type of fly actually, on the rear screens and windows. Not sure where they came from but after washing off the back of the home it seemed to get better. A very nice place to call home for a vacation.
