Definitivamente no volvería sucio, mal oliente, mucho ruido

Solo la ubicación

Falta de limpieza, el baño estaba sucio y lleno de pelos y malos olores, la TV no funcionaba, en plena noche uno no podía ducharse a las 1 de la madrugada había un hombre subido en una mata de coco disque tumbando coco y no podíamos bañarnos hasta que él acabará porque la ventana estaba pegada de la mata, todos los ruidos de la calle se escuchaban en la habitación por mal aislamiento acústico, de madrugada el camión de la basura recogiendo cristales y basura con todo el mal olor y ruido dentro de la habitación, las cortinas muy finas, creo que se veía todo de afuera a dentro, definitivamente no volvería sucio, mal oliente, mucho ruido, sin TV sin un armario dónde poner tu ropa, lo único a su favor era su ubicación, pero no volveré y sin zona de aparcamiento.

Nettes Personal.

Mit einem Kollegen habe ich je ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Ich erhielt ein schummriges Zimmer im 2.Stock, ohne Fenster. Es waren weder ein Tisch noch Stühle vorhanden. - Mein Kollege erhielt ein kleines Zimmer im EG mit 2 Fenstern. Vor dem einen Fenster stapelten sich Abfallsäcke. - Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, keine Möglichkeit Kleider aufzuhängen.- Dusche defekt. Trotz Reklamation erhielten wir kein anständiges Zimmer.- Am folgenden Tag haben wir beschlossen eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. - Erst dann wurde uns eine "Suite" mit Wohn- und 2 Schlafzimmern sowie Dachterrasse angeboten. - Dieses Angebot haben wir akzeptiert.- Der Zustand der Wohnung ist teilweise gefährlich! - In der kleinen Dusche mit WC hängt unter dem Waschtisch der elektrische Verteilkasten zur Wand heraus und auf der Terrasse liegen lose Elektrokabel. Die Reinigung der Wohnung erfolgt nicht automatisch.

Easy to find, close to the beach and supermarkets, clean place.

The location was very good, you could walk to the beach and lots of restaurants, the room smelled clean.

There wasn’t a fridge in the room for have a cold water inside the bedroom and keep your own drinks. They need to invest in new bedding sets, the bedspread had a bleach stain and the backrest of the bed had some yellow stains.

Es preferible buscar otro sitio donde hospedarse.

Los jugos del desayuno están ricos. En la habitación hay aire acondicionado y agua caliente.

La habitación estaba muy sucia, había cucarachas y no tenía ventana. Además, había varias cosas rotas como el grifo y los cajones de las mesillas.

Prima locatie voor een kortdurend budget verblijf, met strand op loopafstand.

Lage prijs, maar prima voor gewoon overnachting. De locatie had een aantal avonden live muziek.

Slecht te vinden, niet bekende naam onder taxi bestuurders, uiteindelijk met vragen op straat gevonden.

tourist scam

The administration in this place is awful, they tried to change us more than the amount indicated in booking.com so I had to contact booking.com my self and ask them to contact the property to clarify the price as the only solution advised by the owner was paying more or cancelling the booking and leaving me homeless. After waiting for few hours until the price was clarify I was giving the tiniest room in the property with only one bed and no balcony, my booking was supposed to be a family room with 2 doubles beds, balcony and views. I was promised a partial refund for the inconvenience and few months after the refund has not been made. The prices at the restaurant downstairs are very high for the service given, very slow, waiters unable to answer any questions about the menu and several mistakes.

Good stay for long time, bad boss

Liked the pool, the breakfast juice, walking distance to beach

Check in was awful, had to wait over 20 minutes while owner dealt with restaurant receipts,serving food, etc. He also got angry and threatened to evict me and refund my deposit and payment because I had to change rooms 3 times because 1) was a room with bunk beds, 2) other room had no tv, 3)I needed first floor due to mobility issues. I should have been the one upset and not him, this caused anxiety and fear of being evicted again, not to mention his temper.

Almost no staff spoke anything but Spanish.

We like the location

Breakfast is small, you have other items in the menu for the same price, but you have to stick to the same breakfast everyday. If they are the same price, then why you can not get othert items? The room is not what is described. There is no dining area in the room, no toaster. Lots of problem with water preasssure and also they cut the water at times, to save, which is unacceptable.

Location to the Beach was fairly close. The Staff was very Friendly. The Room was comfortable. Hot water was a plus The stores near by were helpful The live band was great entertainment. The WiFi was very usefull.

The Name of the Hotel is the Restaurant. The road of the hotel location needs work. The shower pressure was a bit low. No water in the hotel on certain days. In the AM before certain time and Specially returning late from a night out. Some morning ordering breakfast took too long to be served. Not allowing for an extended checkout time. Of at least an hour. No lock on the bathroom. No cable and the TV didn't allow us to watch at least Netflix. Due to lack of memory.

Lovely place and people, I felt cared for and enjoyed the stay!

It was lovely! All the staff are very nice and helpful, and it has an adjoining restaurant with great food and live music where breakfast is served included . There’s even a little pool. Super energy!! The beach is a couple of minutes away , a paradise white beach where you can swim and plenty of cafes and bars . This is the best value place at this location…. very recommendable!

Disappointing

Pros: The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was in very good condition and not run down. Well lit.

Cons: There was no tv in the room and the shower wasn't very clean. It had a water saver toilet that only worked on one side. The air conditioner wasn't very effecient, as the room wasn't very cool no matter what the setting. My girlfriend had an allergy after she returned, so I assume what they use for laundry soap but that probably wouldn't bother a lot of people, just ones with sensitivities.

dismal service

Nice apartment, the air was working very well in the room we slept, nice terrace.

Everything has to be improved. I've never seen such a bad service. The apartment was not ready when we arrived at nearly 10 pm. However I have a property and work with booking.com which has a dismal and sloppy service and love putting the managers in very embarrassing situations by accepting a reservation when the room is not available. The guy was alone in the small restaurant down the property and running up and down cleaning up our apartment and getting food ready for the clients in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I left half an hour to allow the staff to clean up the apartment and when we came back 3 girls were warming their food in the microwave of our apartment, meaning that the manager left them enter as if it was their own apartment. The breakfast is the tiniest one I've seen in my life, it's half of a breakfast. It's a pity because the place is nice and comfortable except the fact that that night there was a party close to the property and the music was so loud that it seemed to come from our own apartment. Be careful if you chose that place, bring your own fridge there's none which is totally nonsense as there's a cooker to make food for half of the area... If you can chose another place please do.
