Truly a paradise in Paradise Valley! Very comfortable home base for my family during our holiday events. An added bonus was that the home was decorated beautifully for Christmas.
The back yard is spectacular. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the hot tub and scenic views.

Beautiful property, great location. The house is absolutely beautiful but you can’t beat the back yard pool area. Weather was a little too cool for the pool but we utilized the hot tub and fire table nightly. Brought our three adult children with us to bring in the new year. Would definitely look into booking again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great week at the property. The house is in a great location, well layed out for a larger group/family and has a beautiful back yard paradise complete with a pool, hot tub, and stunning views. The house is in a great location too! It’s an expensive rental and you do get nickel and dimed for everything - heating the pool, early check in and late check out. ($400) The pool/hot tub wasn’t heated when we arrived (even though we paid for early checkin and pool heating) and we had to wait for it to heat for a few hours. You also can’t heat the hot tub and pool at the same time. The house also wasn’t very clean and at the level you would pay for luxury rental. Everything was dusty (we had a wash clothes after putting them on a closet shelf because they were so dusty)and under the beds was bad too. The fridge wasn’t wiped down, and there was a huge spill in one of the fridge drawers that smelled bad. Just not what you would expect for a rental like this …
The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the outdoor spaces so we had a great overall stay. Don’t know if I would stay again with all the extra costs and cleanliness issues.

We had another amazing stay at Brian's beautiful home!! Everything was just as we remembered. Brian even made several upgrades since our last stay which were really great. We can't say enough about how beautiful the backyard oasis is overlooking Camelback. Views are simply spectacular!!! Looking foward to returning again soon.

My husband & I really loved the property. Wonderful mix of old and new. Guest & pool bathrooms need updating but the vintage tile is so gorgeous I’d struggle with changing it! Master bath shower was a dream & had amazing shower sprays and we loved the extra deep jetted tub. Kitchen stove top needs updating and the kitchen has an awkward floor plan but there’s a pass through window servicing the pool deck and that made up for everything! So fun! Yard is entirely amazing. The pool lights didn’t work which was quite disappointing coming from a cold climate and looking forward to the ambiance of pool lights, we didn’t get to enjoy the yard at night as much as a result. Host was apologetic and very communicative which was great. Didn’t love the up-charge on early arrival and late check out especially because we paid 5 star resort pricing…& we weren’t compensated for the lights or another ongoing hiccup that we experienced. Again, the host was very responsive and apologetic. You simply can’t beat the view, there aren’t words for its beauty and we’d stay again in heartbeat.

The pictures don't it justice!
There are not enough wonderful words to say about Brian and his amazing home! The pictures definitely do not the house justice, especially the backyard and pool area. It felt more like a resort than a home, and the view of the mountains is unbelievable! The waterfalls added so much the ambience, we're still talking about it. Brian's hospitality is beyond compare; he checked in with me before our arrival, and was readily available with any questions we had. The house was well-stocked with all the needed essentials, including laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels; his attention to detail is quite obvious. The best way to describe the experience is that in the time we were there, it came to feel like our home. My wife even commented when we were leaving that is was strange to think of someone else coming to "our house." Our stay was definitely a vacation to remember, and we can't wait for our next visit. Thank you again Brian for everything!

Great pool and views!
We loved our stay. We've stayed at other homes in the area and were told that the coolest the air could be inside the home is 70. We like to sleep at 67 degrees at night. This home had no issues/problems with us lowering the air to that temperature. Because of this, our stay was that much more relaxing. The home was nice and clean. The pool area was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures showed. Check-in and out was as easy as it could possibly get. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a great house with high end furnishings. The location is perfect if you like to look up at Camelback Mountain from the backyard and want to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to the trail head to do some hiking. The backyard with its pool, hot tub and view are hard to beat (we stay in Paradise Valley every year). We reached out to Brian the host a couple of times and he was very responsive.

Clean Property, Beautiful View, Great Pool!
Property was a great, clean with a beautiful view. It's a touch dated, and the fridge situation with the center island is tough to get in and out of. Few items the property caretaker is aware of and on top of and I am sure he will handle with his responsiveness. All in all we rated it high due to cleanliness, the pool, and views. As well as overall comfort of the home.

My husband reminded me that 6 years of an average of a two month stay a year—-longer when the Pandemic was declared in March, 2020—brings our total stay to at least a year! it has become our home away from home, each year filled with new surprises. This year desert plants bloomed earlier or later than usual and we saw several different, unusual birds coming to visit, which is always fun for us. We are already looking forward to our Spring Sojourn next year……
We’ll be back for a seventh year! What more can we say?
