Small but perfectly formed condo with ample space for a couple. Lovely view from balcony to Ocean which the dunes make very private. We stored suitcases on stands in hallway which was fine and there is enough storage for a few days in hanging space in bedroom. Good range of tv channels and big fridge and freezer with ice trays. Loved sitting on balcony and then strolling across road for lively bars and restaurants. Vacasa check in very smooth and attentive. Would like to have had beach towels and perhaps just basic supplies (tea and coffee) provided . But great to have dishwasher and laundry facilities.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great - lot's of fun things to do within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. Our only complaint is that the fitted sheet on the bed either was not cleaned or was stained. While we are not high maintenance, we'd at least expect to have clean sheets and not be forced to see or sleep on stains left behind by previous guests. Fortunately, there were clean sheets for the pull-out couch in the closet, so we were able to use those.

It was perfect for our girls trip. Wish the tv had worked in the bedroom but nothing to spoil our fun! Everything is so close once you park you don’t have to move! The beach and pool were perfect. We will be staying again!

Mattress was old .. flat.. horrible sleep.. Entire place was falling apart.. decorated with dollar store and yard sale finds that didn’t sell.. tub was stained .. shower stall liner in a tub size shower .. you name it they found a way to decorate with cheapness …picture frames .. placemats.. couch… stained … everything was falling apart …we needed sheets for pullout couch on. Saturday.. that night at 1030 pm when I still had no sheets .. I was told to have patience.. sheets arrived on Monday.. my guest had already gone to a hotel … location was great… I will not stay here again… and will Pass message on

1) Sofa bed was horrendous. Did not work as expected. 2) Flooring from floor above kept making noise even for small movements. Could not sleep on either of the two nights I stayed due to noise. There was no party going on upstairs, there is absolutely no sound dampening barrier on floor above. 3) Entrance to community off the street has a big road bump with no signs or lighting to help the driver. Ended up with damaged car.

Husband and I booked this room for a few day trip. It was small but perfect size for the 2 of us. The place was mostly clean, besides someone else's bar of soap still stuck to the shower floor... the couch had stains so gross we kept it covered by towels the whole time. Only 2 pillows had pillowcases on them, so the other 2 provided were useless. They provided toiletries, dish pods, & laundry pods which was great. The unit is super close to the pool and beach, as well as all the nearby shopping.

Only a couple of suggestions. 1) Ice maker was broken last year with same sign on it. For rental rates would have thought would be fixed within a year. 2) Bed needs new mattress and if going to try to improve with a topper make sure it fits the bed. The one on it doesn’t. 3) Only a shower curtain for a single shower not a tub suggest replacing as the cloth one is staying wet this way. We love the location of the unit and have stayed in it multiple times. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We loved the location of this home. It is only a short walk to great shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ice maker was broken and the bathroom could use updating (cracked tile), but these were minors issues that did not put a damper on our stay. There is also a bit of current construction happening on the property. Overall, we were pleased with our choice.

We loved our stay at the Breakers!! The location could not have been more perfect! The condo was and well maintained, the pool very clean and nice, and the location the best on the island!

Great location. Overcrowded parking. Poor cleaning of the room. Found bugs in the sheets and bed. Room was very dusty. Visible marks of dust on fans and AC vents. The pull up couch mattress was completely damaged and the bed was not usable. Had to buy a air mattress to accommodate the kids. Overall not a great experience on this trip.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and perfect size for 3-4 people. It had good dishes, pots, pans and even a washer and dryer! The beach is right next to it! The price was very affordable. Definitely recommending it!

The laminate flooring is warped and dangerous to walk on in area outside bathroom. Strip at threshold to living area was just placed on floor and not nailed down. Sofa springs are shot and you sink way down. Bed is mushy and will give you a backache. Porch furniture is so heavy you can hardly move it to get seated. Ice maker broken. Bathroom sink clogged and won’t drain. Finally, when I booked this condo months ago, I was told that elevator was being installed and even if not installed when we visited there were only a couple of steps. WRONG! Elevator not installed and there were two flights of steps with seven steps each. This was important to me as I am handicapped and use a cane. Spent a lot of time slowly going up and down the steps. This condo needs work and the lack of elevator really must be communicated to vacationing visitors so they can be prepared for two flights of stairs.

So so dirty. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. Absolutely filthy. Don’t go expecting to sleep more than 2. The pull out bed on the couch was an accident waiting to happen. The cover was so thin we worried we would be pinched by a spring in the middle of the night, so we had to go buy an air mattress. Location is great. View is so so. It’s a very obstructed view of the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was small, but perfect for my husband and I and our 2 small children. Beach access was very close and convenient. Nice ocean view. Only negative was how close to the public beach access so the beach does get very crowded. Other than that everything was perfect and a great value for the price.
