This direct oceanfront 3rd floor condo has spectacular ocean views from your private balcony and living room! Enjoy the sunrise, dolphins, Tybee Island, beach and so much more. Enjoy unobstructed views of the sky and stars without the worries of noise coming from a unit above. You will not want to leave the balcony! We supply; coffee, tea, creamer, sugar substitutes, spices, oil, vinegar, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash--all the comforts of home! Bring your bathing suit and a book, sit back and relax! Villa: • Sleeps 4 • Free wifi • Smart 50” TV in the living room • 40” TV in the bedroom • July 2020—all new dishes, pots and pans, silverware, bed linens • July 2020—freshly painted • Bath and Kitchen towel included • Beach chairs included • Pool is heated from Nov through to March. • Oceanfront pool and separate kiddie pool • Part of the deck at the pool is tree covered for shade while you relax • Private boardwalk to the beach with shower to wash off the sand after a fun day • Walk to over 60 shops and restaurants at Coligny Square—just across the street • Pool Bar Jim’s is to the left and the Tiki Hut is to the right • 100 miles of bike trails right outside your door • Over 30+ golf courses on the Island For the 4th year in a row, Travel & Leisure has named Hilton Head Island The Best Island in the United States. The Island was just awarded America's Favorite Island 2017 by Reader's Digest Magazine and stated "There are 12 miles of beach on Hilton Head, and that is just the beginning of what to do while vacationing. Golf, tennis, and horseback riding through a nature preserve are just a few of the many alternatives to sun and sand. The island has 250 different restaurants." Also new this year, HGTV 2020 Dream Home is on Hilton Head Island. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11 am. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. No smoking in unit or on deck. In accordance with the condominium association rules, no pets are allowed. Must be 25 years or older to rent this unit. The rates listed below include the cleaning charge however do not include the 13% tax and $150 refundable (if there is no damage to the condo) security deposit. Had a wonderful stay at this condo for a few days in November. The space was perfect for my mom and I and the instructions made arrival a breeze. The coffee and tea bar was such a delight and became a must to start our mornings. Look forward to coming back again - I miss the view already!

Perfect for my husband and me! The view from the balcony and the condo location was perfect, being steps from the beach and across the street from Coligny square with restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was provided. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Turtle’s Nest. Patti was very accommodating. The space had everything we needed for our vacation. The view from the deck was incredible! The location to the beach and fun in the ocean was literally steps away. I have a bad knee, but I could do everything (beach, Coligny Square for meals and shopping) because it was so close. Thank you, Patti, for sharing your little piece of paradise.

The views from the condo were amazing! The amenities that Patti provided were wonderful. She thought of pretty much everything. She was quick to respond to questions and was a wonderful host. We had a wonderful time!

Location was great. First 2 days had problems with ac, but Patti was right on it and checked back all week.

My husband and I spent a week at the condo. The host thought of every detail to make this a perfect relaxing beach vacation. We had ample towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry and dish detergent, morning coffee, books, games, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a binder with restaurant recommendations, even binoculars to help us see the resident buck close up.
We loved the location so much that once we parked the car upon arrival didn’t use it again until we left… the location is walkable to everything we needed.

The location is perfect, great views of the beach from the balcony, very clean and Patty seems very nice and responsive. My only complaint is that the bedroom was really small and there was no closet. There was one dresser to share. The cleaning supply closet in the hallway doubled as a closet to hang some clothes. If you don’t mind very limited space for your clothes, then I highly recommend this place because it has everything else.

There is nothing like staying on the beach !! Our condo was perfect for our needs. A very well-stocked kitchen as far as cookware and utensils. Television with premium stations. Very comfortable bed. There are plenty of amenities and free equipments for use. The host was very respectful and responsive. He thought of everything that we might need, or would otherwise forget! We stay at the Breakers every year. We love the location to the beach and restaurants. The condo was perfect. One of the better ones we have rented for sure. The door keyless entry wasn’t working, so we had to use the key. No big deal, aside from that, everything was perfect. Oh, and having the elevators finally working is a bonus!

This was our fifth year coming to Hilton Head. This was by far our favorite condo. The view and location can't be beat. It also was the most well stocked condo we've ever stayed in. Patti had everything we needed. She was really good to communicate with. It was also the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We hope to be back!

Amazing
We have been staying at different Villas in The Breakers complex for the last 5 years. The location of the complex is fantastic with some of the best views on the Island which is why we keep coming back. Our experience at The Turtle's nest was the best so far. Patti, the host was amazing. Anything we needed was already there and available for us. She truly thought of every detail and does everything possible to make the guests feel at home.

We had a great time staying at this location. The owners had provided several things that were very helpful, such as bath and shower items, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The owners were very helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The view was beautiful and unobstructed. Would have really enjoyed our stay if it weren’t for the terrible condition of the mattress in the bedroom. It was probably the most uncomfortable bed we have ever encountered. My husband did say that the couch was way more comfortable. One suggestion that we have is to provide coat hooks. It rained pretty consistently our entire stay and we would have loved to have had somewhere to hang our jackets.

Short golf trip to HHI
The location was great and everything we needed was here. There was a slight problem upon check-in, but the property owner was extremely responsive and and took care of things quickly.
The view and ability to walk on the beach every morning was incredible - just what we needed. This is the first time we stayed in the Coligny area, and I don't think we'll stay anywhere else going forward! Everything was walkable, and the proximity to a Piggly Wiggly to run over and pick up a few things was valuable.

The unit was very clean & had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay! We had a wonderful week and certainly plan to return to this unit. The proximity to the beach and shopping was great. We only needed to move our car once in the week we were there!

This is a great condo for a getaway for a couple. It is centrally located to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Park your car and walk everywhere! While small, the kitchen has everything you need. The living room furniture is comfortable and great for relaxing at night while the balcony is perfect for breakfast.
Host provides little things that you might have forgotten to pack, some snacks, coffee and tea, and more than enough towels. The host was also quick to get in touch with me and respond when I couldn't locate the parking pass. Condo was very clean!
I would definitely return or recommend this condo for a great vacation in HHI!
