The villa was perfect for our family’s trip to Boise to see family. Centrally located, but tucked away on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the villa itself was spacious and well supplied.

Our stay for family weekend was perfect. The location was convenient for getting to all the BSU activities & the home had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We found the property close to perfect in almost all respects. For the 86 and 93 year olds in our party, we would have appreciated handrails at the front entrance. Having the handrails would also reduce the potential for personal injury litigation if someone were to fall trying to navigate the steps without a handrail. However, this is a very minor quibble. We would strongly consider returning to this property on our next visit to Boise and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to saty when visiting this nice city.

Condo was clean, roomy and very comfortable in general (though a door on the master suite bathroom would have been nice). Quiet neighborhood. Was just what we needed for our quick trip for our nephew’s wedding. Will definitely check availability of this unit should we visit Boise in the future!

Nice little place overall. Communication with the owner was a bit delayed. We didn’t receive any check in information until the morning of our check in date. The dishwasher was full and sheets in the dryer when we arrived. The guest bath floor was also pretty covered in hair. The owner was kind and apologetic when I let him know upon our arrival.

House is nice and well laid out. Clean and comfortable. A few small things could help (towel hooks in bathrooms, door on bathroom to en suite bath, etc) but no big deal. Property owners were friendly and prompt in messaging. Location is excellent. Easy to get to downtown Boise, trails in foothills just across the road — really pleased with location.

Overall very nice house and super private.
Felt like home after a day and I stayed two weeks. Lots of cleaning materials to allow us to keep the property well while we enjoyed it. I will most likely stay here again.

Just the right size for us. Everything we needed for a week long trip. Kitchen was well stocked with any implement need to make dinners. Location was ideal for a a as well.

The nearby bike park was a particular treat for the grandsons. The front porch was special for the older ones until the July heat drove us into the welcome a/c. Overall the unit was laid out well and served us perfectly for our stay. The kids had a great time. The modern, uptodate home made it a pleasure to stay. Thank you for providing your home for rental.

This property was very dirty. It has not been thoroughly cleaned or taken care of. We were met with a pile of dirty laundry from the previous occupant which we had to wash in order to get clean linens, active mold in the shower, cupboards dirty with bugs, other peoples old food in the fridge, etc… etc. I cannot recommend this property and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

We had a great time on our short visit to Boise in the Sunset house. House was clean and provided everything we needed. House is just a couple of minutes from the waterpark and there was a trailhead about 500 yards from the front door providing some great hiking/ biking options. The host was very accommodating and we would gladly stay there again.

It’s clean, has everything you could possibly need, and has plenty of living space with large kitchen with island, living/family room, two bedrooms and two baths. Across the street from great hiking, and close to Albertsons and restaurants. The host is extremely responsive to any needs we’ve ever had. Will be staying at this home whenever we can!

Idaho vacation
Clean, very homey and nice neighbors. The location is great. I misplaced an expensive item and cleaning people found it, we got a picture of it via text and it is being mailed to me. I've been in CA all my life and honestly I don't think I would gotten it back. If you are looking at this property, I highly recommend it. Enjoy your stay,

CELEBRATING OUR 40TH IN STYLE
We felt right at home in this charming "Villa" when spending our anniversary in Boise . The dining room was large enough to seat up to 8, yet felt cozy when it was just my husband and I. The kitchen was large, well equipped, and well organized, and included seating for 3 or 4 at the island.

Loved the home and the location
My wife, I and three of our children decided to explore Boise for Spring Break 2019. The North End Villa and Boise as a whole exceeded our expectations. We were particularly pleased that the North End Villa was close to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and the downtown Boise area. We felt that we spent a minimal amount of time exploring the City. The North End Villa is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was a great touch. One minor suggestion I would make is to install a door on the master bathroom to afford more privacy. That aside, we loved the North End Villa and would definitely stay there again.

The house was very nice - loved the big dining room table and kitchen - perfect for the family to hang out. Clean and comfortable. Nice place to watch the Rams beat the Chiefs in best NFL game ever.
DID NOT APPRECIATE getting a quote from the published price then being told "Oh oops forgot to jack the price for Thanksgiving on the website but we're charging a higher price anyway." What happened to honoring your word? Wasn't a lot of money but left a bad taste. If you forget to change your price, show some class and integrity and stand by what you advertised. On that you failed.

Very comfortable home. Perfect for us while home hunting. Quiet and peaceful. Location was great! Easy, quick access to anywhere in Boise. Would absolutely return to this rental but with a smaller car, parking was challenging, very tight.
