Nestled in Lake Hamilton, this charming condo for $421 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This three bedroom condo features 3 King sized beds, 3 full baths, 2 separate living areas, a dining room and full sized kitchen. The balcony is equipped for you to sit back and relax! The lake view is beautiful. Southshore Condos amenities a hot tub, and tennis courts for you use. There is an electric grill on the balcony to enjoy The location is perfect for the lake but also just minutes from shopping, dining, historical downtown and Magic Springs Theme Park! *Boat Slip available upon Request* Our unit is very clean and cozy, stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view of Lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable '7 South' area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and fun. Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right near the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, Kahuna Bay, or Gregg Orr Marine offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive! Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property! Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs at a property that is setup for a perfect stay! Guests have sole access to their unit and boat dock (if requested one). Southshore has a lake-side pool and hot tub that are available for you to use as well, along with an additional pool located by the "K" building. The pools and hot tubs are seasonal. There are also tennis courts in the neighborhood that are open for guest use. Also in the Southshore Neighborhood are a few buildings of Timeshares. There are specific amenities for the Timeshare owners that are not available for our guests to use. You will drive by and notice these, of which include the game room, gated pool near the back gate, putt putt course, playground, and anything around the same area. We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Guests are our priority; responding very quickly to questions and problems, never leaving you hanging. We have multiple properties that can take care of larger groups as well. Our staff and myself are looking forward to helping you enjoy your trip to Hot Springs. Southshore is a very desirable neighborhood with prime real estate on the water. The Southshore neighborhood is a very safe gated complex. Guests are provided with entertainment at their fingertips while staying at Southshore, including access to a seasonal waterside pool and hot tub, and access to tennis courts. Each unit at Southshore has an immaculate view of beautiful Lake Hamilton and of the Ouachita Mountains. Guests have prime access to Lake Hamilton, as Southshore is located on a main area of Lake Hamilton. Southshore is beautiful, serene and very close to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, all restaurants, shopping, and all that Hot Springs has to offer! Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! Parking is right in front of the unit. Please note: - We do not control issues and closures due to maintenance of pools and hot tubs. - The Southshore Neighborhood also includes the Southshore Lake Resort Timeshare- the amenities you may see such as mini-golf, sauna, basketball courts and playground are for Timeshare guests only. - The POA does not allow boat trailer parking for guests or owners at Southshore. Guests are able to park their trailer at our office at, 105 Grand Isle Drive, during the tenure of their stay. Our office is less than a mile away from Southshore. - There is NOT a boat ramp at Southshore, so please make prior boat launch arrangements before arrival to eliminate any confusion. Nearby locations that have a boat ramp include: Salty Dog Marina, Gregg Orr Marina, Willow Beach Boat Launch, and The Fish Hatchery. - Our unit is stocked with mostly SMART TVs. You can log in to your desired platform and stream, but be sure to log out at departure. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY. NO PETS are allowed in this unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NO-PET POLICY. If any damages occur to the property or if any excess cleaning is needed, your card will be charged accordingly.

We rented for my hubby's 50th birthday. The place was great, a bit dated, but we had a great time. Perfect for what we needed. The pool was great, as well as the lake view!! However, I would definitely suggest investing in new furniture for the balconies!
And I did notice the baseboards were dirty - I would check in with your cleaning people!!!

Not Clean
The views of Lake Hamilton are amazing. The place is simply not kept up and not clean. The bedrooms had big carpet stains in several areas, the comforter look like it had not been clean, the kitchen is old and food and dirt were on the blinds. Hair from previous guest was still in the bathroom. We came from California and Michigan and was extremely disappointed. Took pictures.

It was a beautiful view of the lake, enjoyed sitting on the balcony, Very spacious we had six adults plenty of room. Appliances needed updating but was fine for our short trip to Oaklawn. Hope to come back.

I’d stay here again! Only cons are steep driveway, pool and hot tub locked, could use bathroom updates, slow flushing toilets, very small outdoor grill won’t accommodate more than a couple of burgers at one time. Otherwise, clean, spacious for 3 couples, great view! Nearly perfect!

Great condo nicely appointed not the latest stuff, but hey if you buy quality it lasts. For the time of our visit the property was very quiet (Spring '21) so it was a very relaxing spring break for my family. My only issue is that the WiFi was spotty, everything else was great. We would stay again.

The condo was spacious and very clean. The only downfalls were the bathroom on the main floor wouldn't flush unless you held handle down, was on steep incline when walking back from pool/dock.

Very nice, lovely view, the place was very nice but disappointed in the kitchen. You can only use 2 burners on the oven and the dials are so old and worn it’s difficult to regulate temperature as the writing is worn off. The trash compactor did not work but we found another trash can in a closet. The upper extractor fan was temperamental .
There was a wasp nest on one of the cushions on the lower balcony, fortunately we found it and nobody got stung but we avoided using that balcony. The furniture on the lower balcony was very worn and weathered.

Large Condo with great views
Overall this condo provided a great location overlooking Lake Hamilton with a boat slip, which wasn't apparent in the listing.
PROS: It is in a gated community in a central location on the lake and close to everything. 3 large bedrooms each with it's own full bathroom. 1 room on main floor and 2 in the basement. 6 person dining table, 2 living areas and a balcony on each floor provides lots of sitting space to spread out. The pictures don't do the views justice, and you will be impressed when you first walk into the condo with the sweeping views of the lake.
CONS: It is on very steep hills to get down to the lake and pool, so that may be an issue for some with mobility restrictions. There is a condo unit above, which is poorly insulated between the ceiling so you can hear every step. It can be very loud if it is occupied as it was during our stay. The baths all need professional cleaning and re-caulking. There was black mold around the rims of all the tubs, which haven't been updated since the condo was built. The wood trim at the top of the stairs was broken and posed a tripping hazard which we covered with a door mat. Many of the linens and pillows were very old and musty and some were stained and need to be replaced. Might want to bring your own pillows! The ice maker in the living room is a nice touch but very loud, especially at night. The oven in the kitchen is a high quality brand, but we weren't happy with the griddle top and would prefer regular burners. Also the cabinet above the stove was infested with wasp nests, which we kept closed. If you are bringing a boat you need to research where to launch it ahead of time. There are no public boat ramps close to the condo. The property manager recommended some nearby marinas (Greg Orr / Salty Dog) but they don't allow you to use their ramps. We used Lake Hamilton Marina for a small fee, but it is at least a 10 min drive / 20 min boat ride. Also you can't keep your trailer at the condo, so you have to take a chance and park it at the property managers office. It worked out, but made things more complicated.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and had pretty much everything we needed. It was very clean, except for the kitchen could use a good degreasing but overall the property was great and I’d definitely stay there again!

The property was well kept, and well stocked with home necessities for a feel at home vibe. It was very spacious and very peaceful. The balconies were a plus for eating ad just overall relaxing with the lake in view. Highly recommended whether with family or friends.

Pros: great location, awesome view of Lake Hamilton, spacious and comfortable for large family, well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans and nice silverware, manager of property was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay despite it being a holiday.
Cons: musty smell we noticed immediately upon entering; appliances in kitchen are very old and need updating; only two burners + griddle on stove, which was insufficient for us as we were cooking a thanksgiving meal and needed four burners; all surfaces were dusty; toilets were hard to flush. It had a wood-burning fireplace which we would have loved to use, but just one partially burned stick of wood. Would have been nice to have a little bit of wood for at least one use.

We loved the condo! Very spacious and nicely decorated, good location, great views. We loved the bar! The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, the decks need to be cleaned, and we would have loved to use the wood burning dual facing fireplace but did not have any firewood. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying there again.

Wonderful place to stay at Lake Hamilton v
The condo was very clean and spacious and well-supplied. The view from the balconies was so peaceful and beautiful. We had a problem with a shower door, and called the office, and it was repaired that same day before we got home from our sight-seeing! Plenty of hot water for showers and good air conditioning for the hot weather. Close to anything you could want to do in Hot Springs. We would highly recommend Southshore.
