Our stay was absolutely amazing! Even before we got there we were greeted with a welcome text to answer any questions we had from Sally. Once we arrived I was blown away by the amount of hospitality and attention to detail from Sally in her home. The decor was phenomenal. If you forgot something just check the cabinets and she had it there for you. Check in and check out was effortless. The view was amazing. We didn’t want to leave the condo much because we just enjoyed the condo that much. Thank you Sally for going above and beyond. We truly felt at home. Thank you for having goodies ready upon our arrival for my husband’s 40th birthday!! We will be back!

The property is simply amazing. The views from each room are simply breathtaking. The patio views are hypnotic; I could sit and read or just relax for hours. The condo was WELL STOCKED. It was very clean and felt so welcoming. The location is great. The access to the condo is very convenient and the parking is close. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved this beautiful condo on Lake Hamilton. It was convenient to the downtown, historic district but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful, beauty of the lake. The owner, Sandy was a wonderful host and made you feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to come again in the future.

Sally provided so much more than any other place I have ever stayed before. She left candy, breads, wine and the kitchen was fully stocked including the fridge being stocked with condiments. Every spice, etc that you need to cook with is there. Plenty of towels which is a big plus for me! Laundry room fully stocked! Big windows with a beautiful view! The beds are so comfortable. I could go on forever about how nice this condo is. Stay here, you won’t regret it. If ever back in Hot Springs, I will definitely be back.

Such a gorgeous property. The furnishings and decor were delightful, beautiful and so comfortable. Literally all the comforts of home and more. King beds in each room made it comfortable for everyone. The views of the lake and close proximity to restaurants was perfect. Outdoor seating was ample and we enjoyed our time out there soaking up the views. This home beckons for a return visit. The homeowner thought of everything even a sweet strawberry cake for my mother's 80th birthday. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and will be back.

We enjoyed the privacy of the property so much, yet it was close by to all attractions and restaurants. It was fun to watch all the boats come through the pass from the balcony. The kitchen was well supplied and the flow of the condo was perfect for our party of six plus one fur baby. We especially enjoyed how the walkway comes in on the third floor. It was convenient to the pool and the trash drop off.

This property is everything you see in the pictures & more!! The decor is .beautiful & the beds are very comfortable. I wanted a nice place on the lake to visit with my son & this is our new favorite spot. The owner has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome.

Everything online is accurate, if not understated. The location was wonderful, amenities were great, host was fabulous. If we ever go back (during summer months), we would absolutely rent this place again. Sorry my hubs ate all of your candy!

Great condo
Loved the location, and the condo. However Sally, the owner manager after checking in sent a text asking was it five adults and one child, I replied yes. Thought it was a bit strange since this was already on the reservation. The next day while I was in the shower she came to the condo, and questioned again how many were staying in the condo, she was told again. She said she was having trouble keeping up with how many people were coming in and out. There is a camera above the door. My daughter unplugged it unknowingly, to charge her iPad .
Sally called to ask us to plug it back in, told me where it was and I immediately plugged it back in and sent her a picture of it. I told her that I wasn’t lying to her about the number of people staying, that I owned condos also and knew all about limits, and association laws .and rules. She said she didn’t say I was lying, but how else would you feel if you were questioned over and over. I would never treat a guest like this. She made a perfect vacation not so perfect. I had liked the condo so well that I considered staying there again sometime, but have now changed my mind. I am seventy seven years old, not college kid on Spring Break trying to sneak in as many as possible. I felt insulted, and will not stay there again. There are a lot of condos available in Hot Springs.

Sally's Lake Hamilton Condo is the perfect spot for a stay in the Hot Springs area. The location and view from the condo are perfect, couldn't ask for anything more. The condo is clean and so many great amenities. All rooms have king beds that were super comfy, the couches were comfy, and the recliner chairs were amazing (we are looking to buy some just like them). The communication and check in process was seamless, and everything you need is in the condo. Wireless was perfect, all TVs had Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, whatever you want to watch was available. We love Hot Springs, and this will be our new location to stay at in future visits.

This condo is beautiful! It's on the third floor, and the parking lot is on that level, so it was very easy to unload our cars. The swimming pool is close to the condo, so it's easy walking distance. There is also a boat slip, which is great! The owner is very helpful! We would love to stay in this condo again!!
