Short stay

Perfect location if flying into London and then out the next day or staying the night before an early morning flight. Food at the restaurant has been good every time I've stayed.

Convenient but that’s all. Probably wouldn’t choose again.

Quiet, convenient for catching flight to Canada, clean.

Had dinner in the bar and prices were horrendous for mediocre meals. If you can, go elsewhere. Also £200 for one night with no breakfast included.

Trotz Anpassung der Temperatur auf 27 Grad war es die ganze Nacht ca. 18 bis 19 Grad kalt. Unpassende designer Armaturen im Bad. Schön anzusehen aber unpraktisch. Keine Schiebetür in der Dusche, darum Boden sehr nass. Im Aussichtrestaurant ich glaub im 14 Stock waren die hälfte der im Menue aufgeführten Getränke aus irgend einem grunde nicht erhältlich. Der Orangensaft den ich dann bestellte war doppelt so teuer wie auf der Karte.

No complimentary bottled water in room. Price of bottled water in hotel unreasonably priced. Room very hot and stuffy even with air conditioning turned off.

Great location, easy to access both terminals 2 and 3

Close to both terminal 2 and 3. Easy check in, polite and friendly staff. Great hotel room with quality bath products and good choices for breakfast. I’d highly recommend having a drink at the Runway Bar in the afternoon/evening as it’s fascinating watching planes landing and taking off nonstop. Yes, the prices are a little high but you expect to pay premium for a location and view that’s on offer. My flight was leaving from terminal 3 and I made time to do a dummy run from my room to the bad drop area so that there were no surprises the following morning.

Its location by terminal 2 and within walking distance of of terminal three The rooms that overlook the airport The ability to be able to take your trolley to the room

Convenient for terminal 2

Location, ideal for flying in and out of Terminal 2. Regularly stay here, but expensive.

No bottled water provided. Pricey but convenient so I guess that’s why.

It took the stress out of travelling to the airport on the same day as our flight.

The proximity to T2 was the reason for booking this hotel. It meant that we could walk to the airport and therefore was ideal.

I personally found the bed too "bouncy" and therefore not as comfortable as I would have liked. I feel the price we paid was more than we would normally expect.

I didn't have breakfast and it was quite a trot to terminal three. Not much you can do about that! Coming by tube it was not very clearly signposted

Let’s put it this way we will not be staying in anymore so called Hilton

All of it We have stayed in 2star pubs and had a better room And the food well when we order a ribeye steak and you get a piece of topside only to be told you don’t know what you’re talking about. I telling you from a person that trained as a butcher and have worked in restaurants I know a ribeye from topside

Comfortable.

Location great. Breakfast was very good, full of variety. Bed was lovely and comfortable with plenty of pillows! Liked the touch of the ironing board and iron, not that I used them.

I feel the items in the bathroom were very poor, considering the price for a one night stopover. No shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds or emery board were on offer. Teas, coffees and milk were a bit sparse. No dressing gown or slippers ☹️on offer.

Needs better signage

It was difficult to locate. There wer eno signs indicating where the hotel was located. The information on the booking said located between terminals 2 and 3. When it is actually located at terminal 2.

Check how much they charge you - we were overcharged £299 for water and £80 for the room

My wife paid for the hotel on her credit card. She also paid for some crisps and water by her switch card. It was for £7. I checked my banking app on my phone and not only had the £7 come out, but also £299 at the same time. It took two visits to reception to sort this out, and there was no apology. I have a booking.com app on my phone and was expecting to pay £518 for the room. My wife paid it with her credit card and she was charged £698. I emailed and it took over a week to pay the correct amount, after having £698 pending on my credit card. Again no apology!

Wonderful if you need proximity to T2/T3 at Heathrow!

We had little expectations for a hotel attached to Heathrow, and we were genuinely, pleasantly surprised! We booked 1 night in two rooms because my parents were flying out of Terminal 2 the next day, and we wanted to help them through check-in and baggage drop off. We weren’t expecting much, and we each exclaimed in surprise at how lovely the rooms are! We had breakfast in the morning, which was delicious (and had the signature waffles which were chef’s kiss), and the whole check-in, check-out experience was a breeze. When you walk out the front of the hotel, you’re a garage’s width from entering Terminal 2—EXACTLY what my elderly parents needed. Fantastic!

Very convenient for terminal two Heathrow

Excellent hotel close to terminal two with an excellent breakfast.

The prices in the dining room have gone up quite alot since I last stayed there Sept. 22. I paid 19 pound for a cheese pizza which last time I think was only 10-12.

Decent rooms but pricey because of location.

Located well for terminals 2 and three. Rooms of a good standard.

Comfortable stopover

Convenient from T2 at Heathrow, a very short walk and easy to find. Nice large comfortable room with everything you need for a quick stopover. Choice of restaurants/bars.

I thought food was expensive, but then I’m not used to London prices.

Just what we needed. Easy Peacy.

So convenient to fly out of Terminal 2 from this hotel! Just go on a very short covered corridor, then through the parking lot ( just follow the green pavement and all the people), then up the lift to the 5th floor and you are at the doorstep of the departure doors for Terminal 2. The 14th floor has a bar with a great view. Staff were very helpful! Rooms are a standard Hilton and clean.

Food selection is not great. It’s pretty expensive 😵‍💫.

Prime location

Exceptional location for flying out early or arriving late. Check- in was fast and the room had everything one could need.

Wifi was a bit spotty, and in general due to the location it is very expensive.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Great location, nice bar and restaurant and whole hotel was clean and tidy. Restaurant food wasn’t exciting but it was tasty and well cooked

The perfect hotel for T2 & T3.

Location was fantastic. A very short 5 minute walk to T2 Departures. 1 minute from the hire car drop off. Great room, very comfortable and warm. Nice restaurant with a good menu. Pleasant quiet bar area with a good selection of wines. Friendly staff, quick check in and quicker check out. Will definitely use the hotel again.

Excellent for staying when flying and would do again.

Overall breakfast good but need more gluten free options.

Restaurant very pricy for evening meal which wouldn’t be a problem but again little of any gluten free choices (my daughter is Coeliac so this is not a lifestyle choice).
