Located in Kierland, this attractive house for $354 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. EXTRA FREE TIME! Arrive as early as 9 AM and check out as late as 9 PM at no extra charge. We try to arrange our cleanings the day before and after your arrival and departure to make our home more COVID FREE. 20% for week or longer stays and 35% off monthly stays. Comfort, beauty and elegance await you in this sunny south facing tropical yard and home. Driving up to the home, you will appreciate the professionally landscaped yard with a wide variety of palms and custom lighting throughout. As you enter the home through the beautiful large blue door, your will immediate feel the spaciousness of this elegant home with high ceilings throughout. You will enjoy the ease of living all on one floor. The open living concept of family, dining and kitchen all open to one another make entertaining fun and easy. The sun filled yard has much to offer. Enjoy swinging in the hammock or lounging in the comfortable adjustable chaise lounge chairs, or lay out in the pool on the matts provided. Plenty of pool toys to choose from. The spacious yard offers several areas to enjoy. The large covered patio provides a dining area for 6, and a large stainless steel BBQ, and outdoor living area that includes a rocker glider chair. A large grass area that is always perfectly green (artificial turf) is a perfect place to swing in the hammock or read a book on one of the sun loungers. In the side yard, you will find 3 fruit trees, (Meyers Lemon, lime and grapefruit) and 2 separate gates for safety. At night the lighting of the pool and palm trees creates a beautiful and peaceful ambiance. Please note: when we turn the pool heat on, we charge for the cost of this. This is not included in the rental price. We try to pass on the charge we incur, and no more. This price will vary with the night time temperatures. We can provide more details with inquiries. In the spacious master suite, you will find a king bed with many pillows, a smart TV that is hooked up to cable that sits on a beautiful hand painted cabinet, a couch that pulls out into a twin bed, and a comfortable bench. Attached to the master is the master bath with 2 sinks, large garden tub and separate shower with huge walk in closet. The master bedroom sits away from the other two bedrooms in its own separate wing of the home and be a quiet retreat area. The guest rooms will not disappoint. The queen room has a desk and chair and large large shutters. It is comfortably decorated in cheerful colors. You will find in each room several sets of sheets if you desire to change them out during your stay. The room with 2 twin beds is decorated in a playful sea shore blue theme and has a smart TV for streaming only, no cable tv. Cooking in the kitchen will be a delight. You will find everything you need from top quality pots and pans to the Kruig coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric mixer, blender, and toaster. You will appreciate the quality of all the newer appliances. The family room has a very large flat screen tv with cable service, a stereo with speakers inside and outside , a table (that can be used for extra dining or games). In the beautiful antique shelving unit you will find a wireless printer, games and books. The laundry room is it's own separate room with hooks and cupboards. The washer and dryer can both hold extra large loads that can come in handy with using the pool and towels. You will also find an ironing board and iron in the laundry room. In the garage, you will find 6 plus bikes with locks, equipped with all that you will need to enjoy a ride. There are several bike helmets, a pump, bike tools and even water bottles. One our most favorite features of the home is the location. This home is walking distance (1.5 miles) to all that Kierland has to offer. There are no hills in this area and the biking and walking is fun and easy. Our favorite thing to do is to bike or walk over to the Westin at dusk and listen to the bagpiper (there every night) and then make our way to the Commons and choose from many great restaurants and then bike home. We also love to bike or walk for coffee in the morning. Please ask owners about the short cut walking/biking paths to the Westin, and the excellent shopping and dining that Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter have to offer. I had such a wonderful time on New Year staying at this beautiful Scottsdale VRBO. Charlotte is such an incredible and kind person and the home worked out so perfectly for our stay. It is right near the heart of Scottsdale, and was a perfect base for us for the Fiesta Bowl. The home is nice inside and out. It is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood near a large park. We ran and biked from the home, as suggested by the guidebook that is provided for guests. Make sure you check out the guidebook when you check in, it's chock full of great insights. Thank you Charlotte and Dr. Randy, I will recommend your properties to anyone I know looking to have some fun in the sun!

We were in town for a wedding, and I feel very fortunate that we found this home. The home was comfortable and well appointed; the kitchen had everything I needed. The outdoor seating area was particularly comfortable, and the pool was truly lovely. The location was great; well situated to hiking on the McDowell Sonoran trail. Next time I’ll stay longer!

This was my 4th stay at this house in Scottsdale. The house is fully equipped and so comfortable. The yard, pool and hammock are great. The home is perfectly situated near Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Commons - tons of great shops, restaurants & events to enjoy for all ages. The owners of this property are the best of the best. We loved our stay at this Kierland area home. The home is nice, well equipped and very comfortable. However, the backyard and pool area really stole the show. We spent most of our time out back enjoying the beautiful weather on the covered porch or in the pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to friends and family.

I was celebrating my 80th Birthday while we were there. My long time friend and I drove there from Durango, CO. My Nieces flew in from Charlotte, NC and we celebrated ever day that week. Owner was thoughtful and used my birthdate numbers for the combination lock, so we all could remember it. House was in wonderful condition and so was the weather. House was well stocked with everything to make us feel at home. Plenty of patio furniture to relax by the pool and the owner had it heated well before our arrival. Great, clean, convenient walking neighbor. Loved that house had two tables so we could use one for eating and one for game playing. Dishes were nice and cheerful ... not just white .... Plenty of fun

Loved that owner had multiple pictures of house and yard so I knew what I didn't need to bring with me ... and color scheme and kitchen appliances. Was nice that house offered two kinds of coffee makers. The book that owner had waiting for us in kitchen gave us all the answers and suggested restaurants and places to visit. Would give this location/owner an A, but don't make that raise rate, 'cause we want to enjoy it again

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. We rode the bikes to the Kierland outdoor shopping, , walked to Starbucks and the bagel shop for breakfast and relaxed by the pool after hiking. It was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is wonderful. The Bakers have thought of everything...from kitchen supplies to charging stations to pool supplies and bicycles. This is our 3rd time renting from the Bakers and each of their homes is similarly appointed. Thank you for another wonderful getaway in your piece of paradise.

This house is truly a home away from home. It's fully stocked, clean, and well cared for. Just bring your suitcase, everything else is here. The location is very quiet and upscale, while still being close to all the shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Highlights for me:
Garage parking with direct access, Large pool long enough for mini-laps, outdoor lounges, stocked kitchen with a good blender, comfortable bed, accurate A/C temp, and a gazillion towels!
The host, Charlotte, was an absolute model for what a host should be. Very generous on check-in & check-out times, and responds within just a few minutes. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience. The pool has a deep end and diving board which was a huge hit with our kids. Charlotte was extremely responsive and the house is stocked with everything we needed and then some. She has truly thought of everything. We could tell she takes pride in being a gracious and thoughtful host. Thank you for everything!

Birthday Surprise Visit
From the first contact to the last, Charlotte went above and beyond in her clear explanations, to her thoughtful accommodations of our changing travel schedules. Her advertisement of the place as "hypo-allergenic" is spot on and one of the main reasons we booked this house. The second reason was the beautiful back yard and pool area. That did NOT disappoint- it was simply perfect: the flowers were in fragrant bloom, the gorgeous birds, and the perfect weather ( we will give her that one, too !). Did not have a chance to bike, but the location was close to the hikes and we walked to the shopping/eating districts. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Scottsdale Oasis!
We absolutely loved this property! Charlotte is the hostess with the mostest! She responded to any questions within minutes. This house is in the perfect location to lots of great shopping and dining. The Kierlands is a short 15 minute walk away. We so enjoyed relaxing in the backyard on the comfy furniture. It was too cold to swim in the beautiful pool but we enjoyed riding one of the many bikes in the garage. The house is fully equipped with any pan, dish or utensil any chef could possibly need. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are already booked for next year. Thank you so much Charlotte for a wonderful stay!!

We can't say enough about how pleased we were with this VRBO booking! There was plenty of space for our family indoor and outdoors. We appreciated the charming separate bedroom wings, multiple sitting/dining areas and the beautiful yard/pool area. It's location was in a nice neighborhood and close to wonderful dining and shopping. It was helpful to have access to bikes and onsite laundry as well. The host was amazing and offered many helpful tips to make our stay even more enjoyable.
