Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s start by saying it’s a nice place but outdated - it has lots of carpet with lots of sand that doesn’t come up with sweeper... The bedding had huge stain that was urine or coffee and I called to get replaced. The elevator was broke for 3 days and I had to carry all beach stuff down and up unlit steps - called 3 days about garbage area that was not in shoot and area was filled with bugs ... still waiting for a refund adjustment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These units are in the perfect place - steps away from the beach and a very short walk to shops & restaurants. The pool is great too.The unit is pretty dated though, with carpet (at the beach??) and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The queen bed was not comfortable, there are no curtains in the rooms (just blinds) so the light from the parking lot pours into both bedrooms. The toilets are rough to flush - you have to push pretty hard for it to go. The master shower is kind of annoying to get in/out of but isn't the worst. We had to use the washer/dryer due to a toddler accident - I was very thankful there was one in the unit. The washer is quite loud though. The hall bathroom's tub really needs to be cleaned out as it drains terribly slow. And the dishwasher is in dire need of cleaning the filter - it smelled AWFUL. Dishes are 'cleaned' in there....But the location is great, the grounds are well-maintained, love that there is a garage to park, the unit is spacious, the area is quiet, and the pool is really nice.

This unit is great - extremely clean and well cared for. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. As stated in the description, it does not have a view of the ocean, but is more reasonably priced then those that do have the view. Location is fantastic!

From 9-5 everyday except Sunday made it impossible to enjoy it. We had to leave everyday to avoid all the loud drilling & banging. I wish we would been told this would be happening before we rented.

This was a great location, beachfront and walkable to restaurants. The unit is a little outdated, but in good shape and very spacious. Lots of good lighting inside. First floor was convenient (even though the elevator was out of order and the nearest steps were being rebuilt) and had parking underneath the building. The balcony looks at the side of the building and the parking lot.

Overall very pleased with the stay and the space. Upgrading master to a king and the secondary to two full size beds would go a long way. Also the fabric on the furniture could use attention Felt like grandmas house but that isn’t a bad thing. Love the mirrors adds a lot of visual space.

My sister and I r ented shorewood 130 on VRBO through Seaside Rentals for September 10-14th. From my first email to checkout, the staff were very helpful, friendly and communicative. Condo was beautiful, just as advertised. Your are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! Loved that this property was walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Thank you Seashore Rentals for making our stay so pleasant! Would absolutely recommend this company and the Shorewood property for your next visit to Hilton Head.

This property is nice and true to listing. The location was great! Right on the beach and very close to the Coligny shopping plaza. It also had the best pool of the condo complexes I’ve stayed at on the island. No issues or complaints!

We bring our bikes wherever we travel, and Hilton Head has to be one of the best! The location is excellent and the property was as described. It was well kept and clean and we had no issues with the unit. We enjoyed our stay.

This unit may not have the greatest view, but it is very comfortable and convenient. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the cooler weather in September so we could eat on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was super clean. We have stayed in this unit in the past and will probably stay there again!

The property was nice and clean. It was great for walking to restaurants and to the s beach. The only negative was that it had a massive amount of mirrors on the walls that kind of made me nervous that we may accidentally break one. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area was nice as well. We would stay again.

The condo was in excellent shape. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms. There was plenty of room for me, my husband, our 4 year old twins, and 8 month old baby. The location can’t be beat. We love Coligny Plaza and this was maybe a 5 minute walk from there. Easy short walk to the pool and beach. Pool is perfect for families with littles as it has zero entry and a little kiddie pool. We have been to Hilton Head multiple times, and this condo is definitely the best we’ve stayed in, especially for the price! Highly recommend.
