Great location only a few minutes away from Coligny Beach. Clean and comfortable. Well-stocked with extra amenities including bikes, beach chairs, washer & dryer, etc. There was plenty of space for our family of four and we appreciated how the hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

This is by far the best VRBO rental and hosts that we have ever had. Bob and Pat are so attentive and provide great information and are quick to respond to questions. The condo is clean and tidy and has everything that you could possibly need The location is close to restaurants and the beach. The bikes and beach chairs that they provide are a real bonus. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

It was my first time in HH and this place did not disappoint. Owner checked in a couple of times making sure everything was going well. The fountain in the backyard was lovely - hearing it at night was relaxing. This place was clean, in a great location, calm, so cozy…it felt like home.

We loved our stay in this condo. The condo is in the middle of the complex, but it is great because it is right on the lagoon with the water fountain, and you hear the calming water from anywhere in the condo. It has a beautiful view, unlike some of the other condos that overlooked the parking lot, this one has one of the best views in the entire complex. The place was very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen, and the condo was very spacious. For us, it was important to have the air conditioning working properly, and we never had a problem with it. Our daughter also loved her bedroom, and it became her favorite room in the whole place. We also appreciate Bob's responsiveness for anything that came up during our stay and any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Pearl in the palms was great! We had everything we needed and more from beach chairs and an umbrella to bicycles. The condo itself is tucked away in the palm trees and oak trees which makes it quite and cozy! The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes but was an easy walk. Great place to stay!!

I was so very impressed with Bob and Pat's property. It was easily accessible to the beach, very quiet, clean as a whistle and certainly vacation-friendly. An added note is I appreciated that everything was in working order and the appliances worked perfectly. Additionally, having access to bikes was an asset. There are so many excellent bike paths on the island that providing bikes as a bonus to the living quarters sure was nice. Thanks, Bob and Pat, 5 stars across the board! John and Jane

This property was absolutely wonderful! We were going to be hosting Thanksgiving dinner for some extended family, so we needed a place to comfortably accommodate 8 people. This place was perfect! We had plenty of room around the table, and plenty of room to sit in the living room! The condo was beautifully decorated, and very well equipped! The bedrooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Bob and Pat were very great hosts, and stayed in contact to make sure our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! It was EXACTLY what we needed!!!

What an incredible condo on Hilton Head SC and reasonably priced. Super quiet while we were there for our 5 nights. 2 pools that are really nice and in September not many folks swimming. Condo is laid out really well with the rooms upstairs and the kitchen, dining room, and living room downstairs. What made this place so special...2 free bikes, free beach chairs and umbrellas, the beach a 5 min bike ride or 10 min walk from the condo. Bike trails ALL OVER the place for you to ride not to mention riding on the beach at sunset or sunrise....PRICELESS. Bob, the owner...stays in touch with you. Gives you all the tips you need to have a great vacation.

My family and I booked a VERY last minute trip to Hilton Head (booked Friday and arrived Sat) and Bob was amazing at helping to guide us through our first time on the island. He arranged to have a toddler bike attached to the bikes that come with the condo, even. Every need was attended to graciously and promptly. The condo itself is spacious and much more lovely than even the pictures show. It's centrally located in the island and a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Don't hesitate to book here, this is the one!

Best cookware!

As someone who loves to cook, I was very impressed with the quality of the cookware in the condo. Everything was clean, easy to find, and the owners were very kind and made sure that everything was taken care of during our stay. I would recommend to anyone! Only one small thing was we used the pullout sofa but we couldn’t find a blanket for it (there were sheets and pillows). Fortunately we had brought some for the car ride so it wasn’t an issue.

This was a great place to stay for our beach vacation. The bikes that were provided were a great addition to ride on the island and the short few blocks to the beach. Bob was very accommodating and communicative when we noticed their beach umbrella was missing and was quick to resolve the issue. The space was perfect for our family.

The condo was in a good location within walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza. It’s a good ten minute walk to beach. The bikes are a huge plus! The pools are nice. Condo is older but well maintained and the price is affordable! Loved the Keurig and upstairs patio for am coffee. Our family enjoyed our stay and Bob was a fantastic communicator and very helpful!

First time to Hilton Head and first time with VRBO. It could not have been better. Condo is great. Exactly as pictured! We loved having the bikes. So much fun to ride to the beach access and ride on the beach at low tide. Condo is very convenient to lots of fun island attractions. Owner gave us restaurant suggestions and info on local places when we asked. They were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The rental as well as the entire complex were clean, quiet, and safe. We went for a girls getaway weekend and loved having the bicycles to explore with, and being right next to the pool for afternoon swims after a morning at the beach. The location and layout of this property was excellent. Loved the atmosphere of the complex. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We really enjoyed the bikes and used them quite often. Only negative is that there isn’t much in the kitchen to cook with. We had to improvise a lot in that area. Otherwise, great place and we hope to come back next time we are in the area.

We had a fun, late-season week in HHI. Lots of biking, some golf and a great Island skiff tour. Always nice to come back to this condo - very nicely furnished, comfy and well-equipped! Bob & Pat were very good about checking in with us, and responding when we reached out.

Our family of five stayed here that included 3 teenagers and we absolutely loved it! The teens loved the bikes and were able to go to the beach when they wanted to, rode to an escape room and even to restaurants and for ice cream. Everything was clean and very homey. The owners kept in touch the whole time and were very kind. We had a blast. And hope to visit again soon!

We had a great time in HHI. Bob and Pat’s Villa was perfectly located and exactly as described. Everything was clean and cozy. Bob made sure to keep in contact with us if we needed anything at all. We hope to make this an annual visit. 10/10 would recommend staying at the “Pearl in the Palms”.

This was just what we wanted. Clean, well located, well equipped, with attentive hosts who checked in to make sure all was well. We enjoyed morning coffee on the upstairs balcony overlooking the lush landscaping, pond and fountain. And we put the bikes to good use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
