Nestled in Manzanita, this charming house for $489 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Manzanita Mulligan! This stunning 5-year-old, 4 Bedroom, 3 full bath home, plus bonus room, sleeps 10 people in comfortable beds. Our bright, open floor plan comes beautifully furnished and includes 3 large flat-screened TVs, high-speed internet, Roku boxes, blue-ray DVDs and so much more. We're located about 1/2 mile from town and a 3/4 mile, easy walk to a most-beautiful 7 mile-long flat walking beach! We're just a few blocks away from the Manzanita Links golf course, Nehalem State Park & downtown Manzanita. Included with your stay: * Fully equipped kitchen with nearly every appliances you can think of, including 2 coffee makers (drip and K-cup). We provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more. We also provide more staples and cooking supplies than you can find in many homes. * High-Speed WiFi throughout the property. * 3 large-screen TVs, each with its own DVD Player and Roku box allowing access to dozens of streaming channels and thousands of movies and TV shows. * Basic Cable Service including Local TV Channels, ESPN, CNN, FOX News, Etc... * Propane gas BBQ and fire pit in the back yard. * Ping Pong Table and Foosball table and a stationary bike in the garage, and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach (and we supply lots of the "stuff"). * Cul-de-sac location with parking for 5 cars. We stayed at this beautiful home with family and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed. All the bedrooms were so cozy! Living room was spacious and has comfortable seating for everyone.
I would highly recommend it to others and we plan on going back!

Great home with lots of room and fun game room in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked with all the accessories you could need. The welcome book had great details on all facets of the house and local attractions. Patio furniture could use an upgrade.

Beautiful well appointed home. Super clean and well stocked with everything one could need to make their stay comfortable. Home owner was so thoughtful in outfitting the home to make it comfortable and safe. Even had get-away-bags and evac routes identified, beach chairs, games, movies… amazing place. Definitely had a memorable experience. We’ll be back.

The Manzanita Mulligan was our family's 'home base' for our son's wedding in Cannon Beach and we could not have asked for a better experience. This house is beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly planned to make the visitors' safety, and enjoyable experience a priority. The primary suite bath is 5 star and we used that for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding - the provided white robes in each bedroom were worn by all and made the photos so cute. We also took photos on the porch, and in the living room.
Our 2 year old granddaughter fell in love with the Bear's Inn (and named the bears "Roar" and "Grrrrr"). Beds were comfortable, fans in all upstairs rooms appreciated, plenty of linens for multiple switch-outs of people staying with us. Kitchen had everything we needed as we made several meals here. We used the grill and the fire table on the patio as well. Pantry items, coffee/teas, oils... all appreciated. Finally - we used ALL of the toys -- this house had beach toys, chairs, sun umbrella, kites, sleeping bags, wagon... our entire group was accommodated. This is 5 star all the way - don't hesitate to book it. Steve, the owner, is very accessible and greeted us upon arrival. It's clear that he takes pride in this place and cares about each stay! The only improvements we could suggest may be to patio seating (middle seat on sofa) and to consider mattress upgrade in Manzanita room. Can't knock any stars off for these, just suggestions.

We loved Manzanita and enjoyed staying at this exceptional property. The house was immaculate, very comfortable, and spacious. Walk to the beach or town was easy and under 10 minutes. Host greeted us upon arrival and provided lots of great info. Would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manzanita. This rental was probably the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything and multiple sets of dishes. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in every bathroom. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There were lots of bath towels, beach towels, and even robes in every room. There were also lots of things to use at the beach in the garage. My kids loved all of the games, puzzles, and the games tables in the garage. Their favorite spot was the bonus room over the garage. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the location and it was very easy to get to the shops, beach, and the highway. It's in a nice neighborhood and has parking for four cars. It was a great location for exploring the coast.

What a lovely home and the owners thought of everything- including our safety. This is the only home I’ve ever stayed in that provided Go-Bags and clear safety information- bravo!
Beside that important touch, they literally have thought of everything else. A well stocked pantry, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, every appliance you may need including two different coffee makers! There is a lovely little patio seating area with a nice fire pit, too. There was plenty of room to spread out but the perfect spots to gather for games, movies and meals.
Check in was exceptionally smooth as was check out. Communication was quick and responsive.
This home is well located and walkable to the heart of Manzanita and all the cute shops and restaurants there.

Best house on beach for large group. Beautiful home with all the amenities of your own home. The game room was extra pleasure when it rained. Two great bakeries, Home made Bakery and Wanda's in Nehalem. Five star home for a great get away.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It met and exceeded all of our expectations. The home was very clean, had every possible kitchen appliance and/or cookware you could need, and there were lots of helpful things like condiments, butter, etc. We loved playing ping pong and foosball, relaxing and watching some shows, and preparing meals together. Manzanita was a great central location for our Oregon coast trip. If we come back to this area, we will definitely be staying here again.

The house is fantastic. It’s in very good condition and set up to have everything you would ever need when on vacation at the coast. We each had a lovely bedroom with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is wonderful and so well stocked, which was a nice surprise. The living room was very comfortable and easily fit the 4 of us with room for more. The walk to the beach and town was easy.
The weather was snowy and we had to delay for a day. Candace was very willing to accommodate us.
We loved watching all the birds come to the collection of bird feeders and decided we needed to come back when the weather was better so we can use the outside patio. Definitely recommend this house.

We had a perfect long weekend stay with the 6 of us for our annual sisters get-away. This home was so clean, and so comfy, having a separate bedroom for each of us (my sister and I slept together in the King master bedroom) and there was an adjoining kids' room with (not-as-comfortable) futon but it supplies a 5th bedroom if you need it. Made me want to bring my family with grandchild on my next visit.
Abundant linens and beds are top quality. We all slept so well. Lovely gas fireplace in living room, great kitchen, and beautifully decorated home. Washer/dryer very appreciated and they supplied had soap and dryer sheets! The whole home was well-stocked with extras.
We appreciated the end of the cul-de-sac private location with good parking. Home not on the beach, but a short walk to it. Manzanita is a cute, welcoming town. It just couldn't have been better for our annual sisters get-away!
Steve, the owner, was friendly, super accessible & caring. He provided so many special touches - pride of ownership. We will be back.

My wife and I wanted a family reunion with our three sons, two daughters-in-law, and grandchild. This house was perfect. It is very comfortable and very functional. We enjoy cooking our own meals and this place has everything needed to prepare full meals. The owner lives across the street and was available to answer any questions we had. We walked into town and walked to the beach. I highly recommend this property for families and friends. I can't say enough good things about our experience here.

The house is just as pictured…beautifully decorated and well maintained. While not on the beach, a short beautiful walk to it. It was perfectly located for all you want to do within walking distance. We crabbed, fished, golfed, walked, rode bikes and enjoyed resting in this beautiful home. Steve is a wonderful host and a wonderful person to visit with if you so choose!

Size of home was great for us…three adults and one child. Bears Inn and ping pong, foosball tables were a hit with our 7 year old. He also loved all the books in the Bears Inn. Location and neighborhood were good but we weren’t expecting a view of a large dumpster and trucks going back and forth from outdoor patio. That was slightly disappointing. Overall house was good and we wouldn’t mind staying there again if we choose Manzanita again.

Perfect house for our annual Oregon Coast trip
This is our 9th annual trip to the Oregon Coast. Mulligan Manzanita is our favorite house so far. The personal greeting from the owner (Steve) who lived across the street was a nice surprise. We also appreciated the welcome treat and bottle of wine.
Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights in early July. The house is in a cul-de-sac located close to downtown Manzanita. It was well-stocked with all the supplies we needed. There was even an InstantPot that we used. The linens and towels were of nice quality. Our grandson had fun playing foosball and table tennis in the garage.
An added benefit was the wildlife. Sitting in the back porch, you can watch a variety of birds coming to the feeders. At dusk around 9 pm, we saw a herd of elks that came to feed nightly on the field across from the back porch. It was amazing!
We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Steve is so informative and helpful. I loved that it was so close to all the coastal towns. Best stay ever. Can't wait until next year. This will be our forever vacation home.

We had a great weekend. Home is very spacious, well set up. Has all the amenities you need. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He even included a third round of golf for free. Close to beach access, state park and town. Will be coming back with our own family next time
