Nestled in Grant, this charming house for $572 per night is a great choice for your next break. Gorgeous home on 5'-6' main channel water with many amenities. Main level boast of a chef's kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, stainless vent hood & large pantry. Open Floor plan features water views all around with screen porch on lower level while main level offers covered open deck ready for grilling & entertaining. 2 Bedrooms and bath on main level with the "captains quarters" on top featuring an entire floor w/covered private deck, large master bedroom with king size bed, 2 WIC, huge master bath w/ jetted tub and walk in shower, laundry & adjacent (semi-private) loft with queen size bed. **Please note that you will have to walk through the master bedroom to get the loft bedroom. The master bedroom guests & loft bedroom guests will both use the master bathroom. There is also a full size pull out couch on the bottom level. Our home is just a few miles off of HWY 431 & a short drive to Guntersville, Scottsboro, & Huntsville. The closest boat ramp is just 3 miles away at Waterfront Grocery & Deli. The pier/dock is open & external power, lounge chairs, table & chairs are provided. The INSIDE of the boathouse is not open to guests. **Please note many parts of Lake Guntersville have been experiencing a problem with eelgrass and around our area is no exception. Please know that activities around the boat house will be limited due to the eelgrass. We would be happy to answer any questions you have may have regarding this issue. Unfortunately, owners have no control over this situation. THIS SITUATION IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING SO PLEASE ASK IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS! Non Smoking Only Minimum rental age 25 years old. Photo ID proof of age may be required upon reservation Check in is 3 pm & check out is at 10 am. If you would like an early check in/late check out(when available) there is a $50 fee due at check in. We require all guests to purchase a $79 non-refundable insurance policy. If you do not want to purchase the policy or request a refund the owners have the right to cancel or not accept your reservation.

This is a wonderful property for a family. With three levels, a game room, and a boat dock, all made for a wonderful relaxing family stay. Plenty of room in the house to chill, curl up and read a book, or watch sunrises over the lake and relax and enjoy the view. This was a lovely relaxing vacation at a fantastic lakeside property.

The house is great for a get-away with family and friends. It's spacious, comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The decks provide additional living space with a great view of the lake. The backyard is large enough for kids to play and has a firepit that's great for sitting around or for making s'mores. We had a very relaxing time at the lake house.

The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable, Kitchen was a joy to cook in. Porches were idea for coffee in the mornings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very prompt and courteous with our requests. We greatly appreciated the use of their VRBO. The only issue was the overgrowth of grass in the lake, which is not the fault of the owners, just a lake issue.

The house was very nice and comfortable, the dock was fantastic, we had a fishing boat and also a pleasure boat. Sitting on the dock was very relaxing. Kitchen was great in size and easy to serve large group. Highly recommend for a family. Paul Handler Atlanta GA

The house had a lot of great spaces- the kitchen, living room and basement were large enough for our family of 8. The boat house was great to use for our boat. The house was well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

We visit Lake Guntersville once a year for a long 4-day weekend, so we've rented a few different properties. This one was above and beyond any of the others we've stayed at. Absolutely beautiful house with a ton of top notch amenities. It's got several patio's all with amazing views, a fire pit setup, and a private covered boat dock. Abbey reached out to me to welcome us and was as friendly and helpful as can be. We'll absolutely be looking to come back. 5 Stars easy!

We had a weeklong stay with friends and with family over the Christmas holiday. we had a Mötley Crüe of people in our group, some married, and some not married, 2 elderly parents, a boyfriend of recently turned 18 yo girl, 11 people in total that we all had to find sleeping arrangements for and we’re able to do so. The house was comfortable. It had everything we needed and was flexible in its ability to accommodate. There was plenty of space outside. The yard as well kept. The sunrises were awesome. It was clean, yet not sterile—like a well-used Lakehouse should be. We would love to have a big group there again.

Had my brothers and my Father from 4 different states fly in to help me celebrate my 50th birthday. The property is nothing short of amazing and the home is absolutely perfect three levels entertaining on both floors. The pool table was great and the boat dock allowed us to bring our boat and use it. Can’t imagine a better spot on the entire lake. Would come back next weekend! Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This is the second time my family has stayed in this house. The house is laid out perfectly to give everyone some privacy (two bedrooms on one floor and two on another floor). Also, has a great game room with a really nice pool table. The pier offers tons of room for people to fish or swim in Lake Guntersville.

This was a beautiful home on the lake. The home was spotless, the decks were so pleasant with plenty of comfy furniture to enjoy the view. Our grandsons enjoyed playing in the huge yard with the little sand pit & trucks. We had a fire in the firepit with S'mores the last night. The dock was well equipped with lounge chairs, a table & cover from the sun. I love the stairs into the lake & the ladder. The ONLY reason we would not come back is the road noise. It was noticeable and we love peace and quiet. Otherwise this was a great place!!! for our whole family!!!!!!!

Perfect lake weekend celebrating my dad. Most of the festivities were in Huntsville, but we were able to bring my Dad over for a sunset screened-in porch bbq dinner. There are not many lake houses that have a zero-stair path to the lake and a a relaxing hangout spot.

This house fit our needs perfectly for our golf trip! It was located in between the courses we were playing and provided a wonderful view and location for relaxing in the afternoon. Great location on the lake with a beautiful view. House was equipped with everything you need. Communication with property manager was great and checking in and out was simple. Lots of room for a large group with comfortable beds and variety of areas to spread out. The porches were great to enjoy the water and wildlife. Note that you will have to use stairs to get to any of the main sleeping areas or bedrooms.

We came to Scottsboro for a wedding, needed a place big enough to sleep 8, and roomy enough for additional family visitors. This property is roomy, 3 porches and lots of furniture. The road noise is loud, but each bedroom has a sound machine. Our family enjoyed the stay.

Our Pensacola & Indiana crew had a BLASTIf I had a question, it was answered quickly! Thank you. The house was wonderful for our family gathering. The view was amazing, the decorations for Christmas were a nice touch. Every time I looked around I saw something else I liked. The weather did not cooperate, so I was thankful for the large game room so everyone could relax, watch some football, and have some fun. The house was nicely stocked, the beds were comfy, and the location was great. The Guntersville area is beautiful, I think I need to move! (*Side Note - If you have old people that have issues with stairs, probably not the best choice.) The owners were AWESOME - I will be back!
