Beautifully decorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels. No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking. - Renter must be at least 25 years old, except for married couples. - No pets allowed - No events allowed - No smoking allowed - Quiet hours are 10pm - 10am

Excellent property and location with a great view, super easy access, 30 yards to the beach and friendly neighbors. The site was perfect for our needs once we got past the cleaning issues. Owners/managers are very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We had a very m relaxing stay and plan to come back again. Thank you!!

Will never rent from a property manager only owners. One bedroom only had bottom sheets and not all pillows had pillow cases. Would never rent again

The condo had an amazing view of the beach and Gulf! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Housekeeping could have done a much better job. Blankets were not washed between guests.

Our unit had several problems. Great location, been in the complex before. But , there was no remote for the tv in second bedroom. Mold around base of shower off BR2. Wall outlet completely loose under TV in BR2. TV instructions incorrect in living room - no input called “coax”. No sheet on bed 2 in bedroom 2. Paint peeling on bathroom walls. Otherwise fine. Great rate for October, but needs a little TLC.

This was perfect for what we needed! Steps from the beach, 1st floor, uncovered parking, great appliances (washer/dryer combo worked great!!). If I were to be super critical, the only improvements I would suggest would be redoing the paint/sheetrock inside as you can see blemishes in the living area and bathrooms, and new mattresses. The mattresses were alright comfortable, but definitely need replacing at some point. Otherwise 10/10!

I could go on and on about all the good things about this sweet condo. The ground floor location with quick access to the beach was unbeatable. Our family went back and forth all day with such ease. Our boys enjoyed playing football in the grassy yard out the back porch. The condo is well stocked and was immaculate when we walked in. You can tell a loving family takes pride in this space. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Relaxing and quite place to stay. Parking is convenient and the best thing, the beach is so close. We really enjoyed this ground floor condo!!! Randell was very nice and always available. Super guy!!! We will return to this condo.

Had a wonderful time, the location of this rental is perfect, and accommodation was flawless. This unit is very convenient to beach access and pool access. Unit itself is very roomy with all the necessities. I will definitely check for availability of this unit every year. Was a wonderful stay.

Absolutely loved staying at this condo, the ground floor was so convenient with a view directly of the ocean. The condo was very clean and had plenty of bath towels. Appreciated the quietness of the entire condo and that it wasn't overly crowded. Would stay here again!

The location is amazing. I loved that it’s on the ground floor and you can walk right out to the beach. The views are beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful beachfront view. This was a much deserved and needed week for us to cleanse our minds and rejuvenate our bodies. The condo was walk in ready and had many everyday conveniences available. As a couple who enjoys cooking together the condo kitchen is well equipped. All we had to do was go to the grocery (less then 5 minute drive). This vaca was just for the 2 of us but as parents and grandparents we could bring 2 or 3 family members and still have plenty of room. Many family activities close by. Check out Alligator Alley in Foley!We would definitely rent again or refer this orange beach condo.

We had a great time and loved that we could just walk straight to the beach. The place was clean and appeared well kept. We had a hard time with the back door locking but got it figured out eventually. I think that it was a great location!

This rental is perfect. The location of the condo is truly steps from the sand. Small building so the beach isn’t crowded. Nice and quiet. The condo itself is great and in good condition. No complaints! We will be back!

This is a great condo. This might be the first time we've stayed in a ground floor unit and the view is amazing and it's super convenient to be just steps away from the beach. The unit was clean and we had zero issues. In regards to location, it's hard to do much better than this one. There is a Publix and a Walmart just down the street in either direction. Adventure Island and Fatdaddy's arcade are close as well. There is a BBQ resturant (Moe's) literally across the street and the food there was fantastic. I'd rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We loved not having stairs or elevators to contend with and that we literally walked across our small yard and onto the beach. Being the corner unit also gave us a feel of seclusion even out on the patio. We were able to go peach morning to watch the sunrise and then walk right back to have breakfast on the patio. Restaurants, souvenir shops, Starbucks, and groceries were just across the street!

Our stay at the ground floor unit was the ideal place for us senior citizens. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in the condo, being able to just walk out the door to the beach, and the convenience to anything we needed right across the street. We hope to return next year and stay longer!
