The drawers in the bedroom and bathroom were dirty. The clothes dryer did not work properly. After trying to dry through three cycles we had to hang clothes around room to finish drying. There was no extra blanket for the bed.

This property was shabby and unclean. We had family staying in three other units on the property and they were lovely. This property had carpet and furniture that was stained and unclean. The fridge was dirty. We had to put sheets on top of the furniture in order to sit here. I contacted the management and they said they would call me back or find another unit. They never called me back.

we had a GREAT time & enjoyed the views from the balcony., The condo was nicely furnished and felt homey. Everything we needed was in close proximity. We are looking forward to staying there in the future,

Property was okay. Unit was older and in need of updates. Issues were only that building maintenance took place 800 am for 3 days. Very loud early am in the u nit. Ruined 3 mornings. No notice.

check in was pretty good, it was cold going from room to lower floor to swimming pool and going to car- but it was in November lol. Carpet had a few stains but everything else was clean. Had plenty of kitchen Utensils and cook ware.

The place is nice and small for a small family. There is one bed and a pullout couch. The room smelled a little musty when we first entered it, but after a day of having the ac turned down to 72 it went away. The beach is amazing with a lot of shallow water great for younger kids.

Everything was fine with the stay except the entrance to the bathroom. The carpet tack nails are sticking up through the carpet which is worn out. It cut the bottom of my sons foot, this hindering there ability to walk around the area without complaining for the entire trip. Also made swimming in the pool quite an issue. We’re heading home today and have a tetanus shot scheduled for tomorrow. Most likely will never be back because of this.

We loved the entire property. The fact that we could walk across the street to the Flora-Bama grill was so convenient. The view out the back was great as well as the ocean view from the balcony. Very nice pool with lots of chairs in sun or shade. Condo had everything we needed and we loved being on the 14th floor so we could watch the pelicans at eye level! Lots of elevators so never had to wait. We will go back for sure!

Phoenix X and the location was great. EXCEPT: the pull out couch was not suited for adults. Mattress was 3” of flimsy foam. UPDATE THE WEBSITE TO NOTE 2 ADULTS AND 2 YOUNG CHILDREN ONLY. Also, The couch itself was very saggy and uncomfortable. The website showed tennis/Pickleball courts that were unusable due to construction vehicles parked on them. We were told they were damaged by a hurricane. That was nearly two years ago. UPDATE THE WEBSITE WITH UP TO DATE INFO.

Pros: Fantastic views front and back, great balcony and the condo has great layout. Cons: As stated by other renters, the condo is not clean. The ceiling is dirty, the carpet is really dirty, the grout needs to be scrubbed and the internet cost me out of pocket because I had to use my own hot spot, therefore my cell bill is going to be much higher. After going to the front desk to inquire, she said that yes, it’s an ongoing problem. So if you plan on working from the condo, think twice. Also, the outside dryer vent is stuffed with lint, which could cause a fire. A few dollars to clean the place up and it’s a gem. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but would find a condo on a lower level. 14th floor is too scary!

We really enjoyed the condo, beautiful view and access to very clean beach. Beach access is amazing and lots of places to rinse sand and salt water off before returning to rooms. Only complaint is the internet service, wifi signal was weak and slow. Pretty spotty internet connection if you need this on your trip. I would recommend this and or return in the future.

This is the second time we have rented this condo. Is very well stocked with items set or necessary or a luxury. The view is amazing, we love the top floors. The remodel of the pool is very pretty. Great location, quiet end of Orange Beach but close enough to everything. The only negative is the carpeting. It was the same way two years ago, very dirty. Numerous other reviews have mentioned it. Probably the number one reason we would not re-rent it.

The building is great, pool awesome. HOWEVER, no internet, carpet is original from the 90's and gross, carpet by door was wet, ceiling had black mold fron ductwork over it, sofa was old and sagged, bed spread had stains all over it, both ceiling fans drooped and were full of dirt, door on balcony was peeling wood veneer. I took pictures to remember to never rent this unit again. We paid a PREMIUM rate, and i wanted to cry when we walked in. IT FELT DIRTY. VERY DISSAPPOINTED
