The first-floor screened-in porch will be a favorite among family members looking for a good place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Once guests are settled in, step off the porch and onto the greenway that leads to the 12,000 square foot lagoon community pool. Hop on the bikes provided to explore Rosemary Beach or the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful emerald water. Check availability and book this fabulous home today! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10): FIRST FLOOR: - Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa SECOND FLOOR: - Master Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bath With Shower and Tub - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower - Bunk Room: Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds, Shared Bathroom with Shower *Parties, weddings, or events held at the property must be pre-approved in writing by Callista Vacation Rentals. Otherwise, guests will be subject to HOA, Community, and other associated fines. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We had a great time on this vacation. The house was very nice and in a great location. We loved both the beach and pool.

Overall, the property was nice… very similar to the listing on the website. Location of the house was good… The pool is convenient, Seacrest square within walking, & tram to beach was right outside front door & was readily available. We had an issue with the main level toilet overflowing. However, maintenance immediately came and took care of the problem. Overall it was a great house!.

Check-in was a little confusing. You must go to the pool and follow the green “Check In” signs to get the armbands for the pool & tram.
The house was clean and put together. The kids loved the bikes and the upstairs swing.
Plenty of towels for the bathroom, however, no pot holders and only three kitchen towels.
Short walk to the pool, but have to get there at 9:00 to have chairs.
The tram picks up across the street. You call a phone number and tell them your stop number (C4) and how many riders you have. They drive you across 30a into the neighborhood and drop off. Was super easy. It runs till 5pm. The gate for the boardwalk down to the beach closes at 10pm.
You can bike through the neighborhood, to the shops and Rosemary Beach. Our teens did this daily.
Beds were comfortable, no complaints.
There is a tree in the driveway that overhangs. I called about getting it trimmed back, but it didn’t happen. I couldn’t park my SUV in the designated parking space without the top getting scratched.
We would love to stay there again!

When I saw all the positive reviews I thought this was the perfect place to stay on our first trip to the 30A. Upon arrival, the property smelled of old towels/ garbage, the rug at the front entry was covered in dirt and gum, there was old food and sunflower seeds in the corner of the bunk beds, the bathroom had what appeared to be old dirt/bug parts next to the towels, the bathroom was dirty, shower head covered in mildew. The property in the photos was taken years ago, the exterior color is now brown. Also, the couch was covered in stains and crumbs- I had to put sheets on it to sit on it. They sent a “cleaning crew” back who did NOTHING— then they asked after I was disappointed nothing was cleaned if I wanted them to come back again. At that point I got smart and said no. The 30A is beautiful, there are so many lovely properties, I am so sad that we chose the wrong one and shame on them, They gave us our booking fee back, that was all. Scroll past this one folks.

This was our third visit to Seacrest Beach in the last 12 months. This was also the third property we rented. The others were equally nice, but 29 was a perfect fit for our family: grandparents, son & daughter-in-law, and three grandkids... 13-6.

We rented 360 Blue for a girl trip (2 moms + 4 kids) and everyone had a blast. Our girls had a blast sharing the bunk room. The customer service was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues and they were fixed quickly.
We would rent again (and again, and again!).

Excellent property that catered to our needs with little kids. The tram picks up right in front of the house and you can walk to the pool from the back porch. Kitchen came well supplied with all possible needs. The porch swing on the second floor was the best place to nap during sunset!

Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful, comfortable, safe and convenient to everything. After an initial trip to the grocery, we parked the car and never drove again. We loved that the pool was a short walk away! And the tram stop right outside the house was nice for trips to the beach. We loved everything about our stay in Seacrest Beach!

The unit was superbly decorated and was spotless. We did a lot of cooking and every utensil needed was there, along with plenty of pans and pots and plastic storage products.The beds were very comfy and crispy clean. The huge bed swing on the upper balcony was perfect as the weather was pleasant to sit outside. Bikes for all and chairs and umbrellas for the beach were there for our use.The tram setup worked perfect. we called the number and the tram was always there picking us up within 5 minutes. Very, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, The gift bag with the champagne was very nice. Thank you for that!!

This is our second time staying in this home in 4 months. Cannot say enough about it. Always impeccable, everything as advertised, sooooo convenient and truly feels like a home away from home for us and our 3 young kids. We hope to be back again soon! So hard to leave.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and the cottage was even nicer than what we had anticipated from the pictures! Everything was so nice and spacious. We had 9 girls and had plenty of space for everyone to have a bed and their own space. It was a great location and check-in and check-out was effortless. Such a great stay, we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house! We came with our two young children and my parents. The house was perfect for our needs from the bedrooms including bunk beds, large porches, and beautiful furnishings and decor. And the outdoor swing was amazing!The house was spotless and had ample bath towels! It was a five minute walk to the beach (or one minute tram ride) and just a few houses away from the pool. We loved taking walks to look at other houses in the neighboring communities and grabbing a bite to eat or ice cream up on the main strip. This was our third time visiting the area, and this was by far my favorite rental home.

The house and pool were so nice.
The house was lovely and looks just like photos on website. The beach was just okay. Way too many rental umbrellas and umbrellas were way too close to each other. You could hardly walk between them. Also on Monday there were two teams not running due to employees calling in sick. So while the tram pick up was great the return ended up in us needing to walk back which was not great with a 4 yr old. Also there are two grocery stores Publix and Winn Dixie. But vrbo only shows Publix. Seacrest neighborhood was nice. Also, beach steps were covered in sand making it hazardous . Steps need to be cleaned off daily.

This was our first stay in Seacrest and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. An extremely well designed and decorated unit with attention to detail. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish. We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary as well as attended a nephew’s wedding. We were sad to leave, but look forward to booking this unit again.

Absolutely beautiful house. Plenty big for our family of five plus grandparents. House is in the back of the neighborhood but it’s only about a five minute walk to the beach. They beach trams are very quick to pick up if preferred and the drivers are very nice. The bikes were a nice added feature and we would ride them once a day to neighboring Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Love the clean linen program 360 blue participates in where even the duvet cover is washed. Great porches on both levels. Felt safe with security driving around neighborhood regularly. No complaints at all. We had a great vacation and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at 29 Beachcomber was fantastic. It was a great house in a great location. It was very clean when we arrived and all of the beds were extremely comfortable.
This is the second year in a row we've booked through 360 Blue and I can't say enough about how great the experience is -- the mobile app is great, they follow up mid-week with a call to make sure you don't need anything, etc. I couldn't be more satisfied with the house itself and the experience with 360 Blue.

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and we had no problems. If only the weather was a little better:( loved the live music up front and little shops. The bikes were great for getting to other little towns. The tram was located right out front to take us to beach. Any questions we had were answered very promptly. Great family vacation.
