Nestled in Tuscaloosa, this charming house for $554 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Uptown Bama House! This adorable house is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and the rest of campus! The property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests plus children. Right as you walk in to the home the living room is open and has ample seating for everyone in your group. Take a seat and play board games or snuggle up and watch a movie! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwater, and utensils so you can create a home cooked meal. Then, you and your group can sit around the dining room table and enjoy! There is also a coffee starter pack included in the kitchen to keep the whole group caffeinated! The first bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The next bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom for these rooms are located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and an attached half bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 queen bed, 1 Twin XL bed, and futon that can be turned into a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Out back there is a covered patio area with a grill, seating, fire pit, foosball table and Cornhole. In the area there is a nice walking trail right down the road, 2 churches, a church coffee shop, and more! The Community of Forest Lake is very quaint, and full of geese and ducks. - Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of $25. There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests. **All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification** *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. ** Sleeps 6 adults, plus children** ** Please read prior to booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. ** Please read prior to booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. ** *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in the Uptown Bama House twice in the last 4 weeks. Both for football games. Both times with 8 people. One trip was with 8 men and each person was able to have their own bed. I will stay here again.

This was a great stay! The house was clean and stocked and the host, Kim, was the most attentive I have ever had. She wanted to be sure everything was going well and checked in often to see if we needed anything. This is also a great Gameday location being very close to campus. Highly recommend. Roll Tide!

We came in for the game and to celebrate a big 40th birthday. Our party consisted of adults in their late 60s through children as young as 3. We had 11 people total. An Uber before the game only cost 8 dollars from this location (after the game was much more- about $40); however, many of our group walked back. The walk is easy and takes about 25 minutes even with kiddos. The house is great for large groups! All beds were comfortable. Upstairs was very cozy. No bath tubs for little ones, but that was not a big deal for the length of our stay. Foosball (pictures on vrbo) was broken behind the outside porch, but everything else outside was great! Lots of seating, string lights, corn hole, even the propane fire table worked great! We would certainly come back again. It gets 5 stars from us.

We had 5 ladies playing in a golf tournament and we each had our own bedroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would definitely stay again if we're in Tuscaloosa.

Great location, quick walk to the stadium and close to lots of dining options. The house was awesome. Kitchen was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and the living room was a great place to watch other games before we headed over to the stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was even better than I hoped for! The property is HUGE and has everything: a full-service kitchen with everything we needed (plates, utensils, cookware, serving utensils, and what looked like totally brand new stainless steel appliances!), a spacious living room with some very comfortable couches, clean and cozy bedrooms/bathrooms, an outdoor patio (we didn't use it because it was chilly but it looked perfect for warmer weather), and a washer/dryer. I was impressed by how clean it was too -- linens, towels, and the overall property. Plus, the decor is super cute and Alabama themed (Roll Tide!). Although we didn't have much contact with the property owners, we did text them a asking for a few food/activity recommendations and they were super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Tuscaloosa, especially if going to a game!

Great place to stay for families!

I really loved this home! It was great for a family weekend in Tuscaloosa. There's SO much living room/hang out space, the kitchen has all the necessities, and there are plenty of bedrooms throughout. There is even a cute backyard area (perfect if it's not too chilly). The owners were super lovely, too. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, and I definitely plan to come back!

Each bedroom has more than enough room and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are newly redone. Plenty of room for parking and is in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Overall enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend.

We had 8 adults (4 couples) going to the Saturday football game. Straight forward walk to stadium. Nice neighborhood. Everyone was very pleased with the home. The bathrooms could use some love but we honestly didn't care.
