Ganz okay

Ganz nett. Sehr liebe Angestellte. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem schnell in der Oldtown. Man bekommt genau das was man zahlt.

Es war nicht sehr gemütlich, den Balkon kann man wegen der Hitze von der Raumkühlung nicht verwenden und das Frühstück welches man für 150 Bad bekommt ist gar nicht gut. Bei den Matratzen hat man jede einzelne Metall Feder gespürt.

-Amazing location -The rooms are beautiful and modern -good price

-many mosquitos at the reception -they made me climb up to the 4th floor (saying the view is better): all I could see was the building in front.. -weird smell from the bathroom during night -no English channels in the TV

Wasn't perfect, but it was clean and great for the price.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

There was an issue with the shower, which wasn't rectified. We had to just make do, the sink in the bathroom also needed attention as it was falling away from the wall.

Second stay less satisfying but still good

Location it's 10 min walk to bus station to all famous beaches. 2 min walk to famous weekend market. We stayed here in January 2022 during pandemic and were satisfied. Unfortunately this time is a bit disappointing. Room 412 family room lack of many things. Tiles in the toilet broken. There is no toilet curtain. Middle small bed is not comfortable need to be replaced ASAP. We booked room without breakfast but still took breakfast there cause its good and not expensive. Adult 120 bath kid 80 bath. 1 main course, bread with jam, orange juice, coffe/tea, cereal and fruit. We have tried to have breakfast outside but in the end eating in the hotel is way more satisfying. Staffs are very friendly as always. Surely will go back stay in Lamoon next time we come again to Phuket.

Very good

The hotel is very close to the city centre. The room in total is quite nice and the staff was always really helpful and friendly.

The beds were really hard and the aircon was making lots of noises.

staff on reception were excellent. nothing else

room 301 was dated, no shower screen over bath, bath was also in a terrible state and one of our beds was so soft, you dipped in the middle and could feel the springs, booked a better hotel around the corner that was far better and nearly half the price.

Insanely cheap for the quality. The rooms, bathroom and the location are all great. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, they helped us book a lot of tours and activities at a discount.

great location from airport. 7eleven end of road, order food on grab if need be.

the room was very small, beds was hard and stains on sheets/ towels. air con wasn’t the best just blowed air then it actually being cold . get what you pay for really.

The staff,friendly,helpful,just great,arranged everything I needed,always with a smile. The location perfect,short walk to everything.very clean,all of Thailand so clean,one of cleanest countries I've been in.for the price couldn't ask for more , perfect.

Well,no pool,but I booked it for walking distance to old town.
