It is also walking distance to shops, restaurants, Del Mar Fair grounds, and public transportation including the train that runs up and down the coast of San Diego and all the way to LA. Enjoy spending quality time with friends and family in our open-concept layout. With a living room that opens up to the kitchen guests can enjoy cooking while others relax on the couch or sit at the bar top. If you feel like grilling, we also have a BBQ on the private patio ready for you to use! Choose between dining on the patio or in the large dining room suitable for eight guests. We walked to several restaurants and shops in Solana. It was also less than a 5 minute drive to downtown DelMar. Fun beaches. The sunset room on the property was great...we used it several times to enjoy a cocktail and watch the surfers/sunset.

This property was just as listed. It had all the amenities needed for our family of four, and the Del Mar Beach Club property is by far the best condo complex I've stayed at using VRBO. The property has 3x pools, 2x by the ocean, a jacuzzi, and its private beach access. Really there would be no better value staying at any of the neighboring hotels. The condo had three bedrooms, so my husband and I had a private room, as did our kids we had grandma come over for a couple of days, and she loved her ocean view room. Legoland and SeaWorld were only 20 mins away, so easy, fun day getaway with the kids. The other days were spent by the pools and at the beach. The condo has every beach amenity you need (chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards). The only inconvenience during the week was some construction going on that knocked out the internet for two days, which was a bit challenging with the kids, but it was out the last two days, so we tried to make the most of it. This was our first time at Solana Beach, and this little sleepy town was amazing. Would recommend Pizza Port and Viewpoint breweries, and Sushi Station, all under a 5 min drive to the condo. Overall would recommend this place to any family looking to get away.

Third bedroom beds uncomfortable for adults. Master could use a bigger tv. Otherwise unit was very good

The unit has been newly renovated as advertised. The living areas are generously sized and perfect for entertaining. We had a family gathering of a dozen and there was plenty of room. Not exactly oceanfront but only a one minute walk to the steps down to the beach. The two upper bedrooms do have views of the ocean. Parking for two cars right in front of the unit which is very convenient. Equipped with pretty much everything you need.
