The accomadation was in a very central location also situated near the universities so the area felt quite safe.

Unfortunately, despite this, this stay was very sub-standard. Despite ringing the host and informing him of our late arrival, we were left standing on the street in the dark for 1.5 hours before getting a text at 11:30pm telling us how to get in. There was no air conditioning. One fan was given for an accomodation with 3 rooms. The sofa bed, situated in the kitchen, was made almost redundant as there were no blinds on the windows to block the light in the morning. The light switches didn't work, there was no hot water, and the place felt generally unclean. We never met the host. We were promised the air conditioning could be fixed, it was not, and were told to get off the balcony even though we had no idea how the host could see us or knew we were there. It was an unnerving stay and despite this property's good location, I would not recommend it to other travellers.

Location was very good as it was very close to shops and restaurants. Bedrooms were good and kitchen was ok.

Person who answered the buzzer to get into the front door was not very friendly. Host did not meet in person to show the facilities. We could not figure out where the washing machine was and it took several hours to get a response from the host. We had to find a lighter for the stove. The espresso maker was slightly broken.

although fans were provided in each room, it was way too hot for a peaceful night’s sleep. the fridge door needs to be fixed. Does not cool since it does not close.

Great space, very clean.

When we arrived, the check in process was not very easy. We waited outside for over an hour to get buzzed in. There was an issue with the payment on booking.com with my card, and the landlord would not stop messaging me about this. I would be understanding typically, however I had communicated with him several times about my lack of service abroad and my inability to solve the issue right away due to wifi problems and booking.com. There were several times I had to walk to a nearby restaurant to use their wifi to communicate with the landlord.
