Very good

Cozy, quiet and very nice overall. Well equipped kitchen, only missing a Scandinavian-style cheese slicer ;)

Not the most accessible location without a car. Closest bus stop is about 15 minutes of walking and mostly without sidewalks or pedestrian crossings.

Nice place. Helpful owner..

Lovely location , nice space to relax after exploring the area.

We noticed there was a bit of a smell of 'wet dog' and my girlfriend's eyes were sore as she has allergy. Not sure if this was from previous people staying in the room or what it was. Other than that the place was nice..

Really nice apartment and location for a peaceful stay.

Large bathroom and plenty of space in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Peaceful location and great sunsets. Very handy for River Cottage, Lyme Regis and coast. Really helpful and welcoming host who responded promptly to any questions.

Nice spacious apartment with stunning views.

Lovely hosts, apartment was spacious, the views were stunning and wonderful sunsets from front window every night. Real find and lovely place to unwind.

Fabulous apartment with lovely owners. So well equipped and has everything you could need with lots of nice little touches. Quiet and peaceful location with lovely countryside views. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Super getaway

A wonderful home from home. The suite has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay. The kitchen area was well fitted out and made our short getaway super easy. The views from the dining area were stunning. John the host was super friendly and checked in with us at the start and end of our break. He was easily contactable if needed. With Lyme Regis just ten minutes’ drive away, we had the best of both worlds. Busy days out followed by quiet nights in.

Lovely weekend away

We loved the location with stunning views and the vicinity of Lyme Regis. The room was very spacious, and was fully kitted with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very good and the host brought it to our room for us to enjoy.

The bathroom light was a bit scarse for me but apart from that all was in good condition.

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely, self contained, first floor flat.

Lovely location with gorgeous views from dining room window. Large bedroom with comfy bed; under bed storage; wardrobe & drawers. Large en-suite with two person bath & piping hot water. Didn't get chance to test the shower but it looked great. Nice little kitchen area with fridge freezer; oven; hob; and microwave. Off road parking.

Although fairly well stocked, the kitchen area was lacking in one or two essential items which would have been a little frustrating had we been staying longer. With only one saucepan & one frying pan, it would benefit from another saucepan and a few more utensils such as a colander; serving spoons; etc. Despite having the extractor fan on, when the oven door was opened to take out some bread rolls, the fire alarm went off (even though there was no smoke from the very clean oven). One of the bedside lamps didn't have a bulb & the main light was a little bright (perhaps a dimmer switch could be installed). The extractor fan in the bathroom seemed to come on whenever the light was switched on, which we found to be a little annoying, especially as it took a while to stop once the light was switched off again.

Very enjoyable short stay, would definitely go again.

The location was stunning and very tranquil. John the owner is very welcoming and efficient. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Everything you required was available.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Absolutely no complaints.

A relaxing, self-catering apartment

We stayed in Netherleigh for a night. We love the place, great location to all the beaches, top quality accomadation, the whole apartment is very clean, and the bath a real bonus. John is great and go out of his way to ensure we have everything we need. The apartment is on the second floor and has great views. Definitely will be booking to go back again!

Breakfast N/A due to Covid restrictions. Many thoughtful details, prompt replies to queries, clearly very experienced hosts. Very peaceful location and not too out of the way.

Really struggling to nit pick here - perhaps the lighting could be brighter over the bathroom mirror.

The owners were super responsive to our needs and dealt with any issues we raised very quickly and effectively. The view from the dining area on the countryside is lovely, very nice sunsets. The bed was very comfortable. The contactless check-in worked as announced.
