bed was very comfortable, reception staff lovely and welcome was appreciated after a 3 hour car journey with my pet
the dog bed, food bowls and treats were a lovely surprise too !
nothing really, maybe an enclosed bit of space to walk my dog as hotel is located on a busy road island

Carriages were excellent with good service and lovely food. We liked our room in principle and the location was good
We had a assisted room which was lovely with a huge wet room. On using the shower, the whole floor flooded right over to the toilet. I managed to dry enough floor to get dressed and then called reception for help. Reception didn't answer, even though before closing time but contacted out of hours help and a night porter came and dried the floor. A maintenance man came the next morning but I didn't have the confidence to try the shower again. The room wasn't serviced at any time during our 4 night stay, despite booming service for the Friday of our stay.
