Bedroom 1: 2 single box springs Bedroom 2: 2 single box springs ## Access Guests have access to the entire private 2 bedroom apartment. ★ Privacy and space ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Nespresso coffee machine ★ Free Parking ★ Free bikes (4) ★ Wifi and television ★ Linen and towels are provided ➤ We usually welcome families with children or responsible adults because the property is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we have huge respect for our neighbours. ➤ Parties and other disturbances are not accepted. Please get in touch with us before booking if you’re unsure if you fit this profile, so we can see whether this accommodation fits your travel plans. ➤ Strict house rules: smoking is not allowed inside the house and only moderately outside (respect the upstairs neighbours!). Possession or use of drugs (incl. soft drugs like marijuana or nitrous oxide -laughing gas-) is not tolerated in or near the property. Having parties or inviting extra guests over without explicit confirmation of the Rental Valley team is not allowed. ➤ If the guest profile and or house rules are not respected, the full damage deposit of 350 euros will be charged. In case of damages, all damages will be claimed. ## Neighborhood Aalsmeer is an old eel fishing town on the banks of the Westeinderplassen. With a rich history it is now a characteristic town with lovely lake views from the marinas. The town has a small but fun center where you can go to shop or to enjoy a drink in the town harbour. There is an outdoor market every Tuesday. Also to be found in Aalsmeer: a casino, horti-culture and flower art museum and a number of great restaurants. Not to forget; the biggest flower (tulips!) auction of the country, which is still functional. The interconnected lakes have a total area of over 10km2 and exist of one large lake, one smaller lake and hundreds of small islands within them. It's a great experience to navigate the lakes and small waterways that connect them and the islands. ## Transit Aalsmeer is only a 15 minute drive from Schiphol Airport and by train and bus it will take you about 20. In general, public transport will get you around quite well. We will share a handy website to plan your route! ## Notes ➤ Check-in time: 3 - 10pm. After 10pm is possible but at your own risk - our support team might not be available after that hour. ➤ Check-out time: before 10am ➤ We have a security camera at our entrance that is only used in case of emergencies

I loved the place with the little garden. The beds are very comfortable. It's very quiet even if it's closed to a road. We enjoyed everything except that there is no coffee and you need to make sure you find the coffee before you arrive cause it's far from everything. You need a bike or a car. We were 4 and used a cab to go anywhere and this was cheaper than public transport. I highly recommend this place it's a good deal for 4 adults.

My husband, son and I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect size and location. It was 20 minutes by car into Amsterdam and nicely nestled outside the busyness of the city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on any future trips!

Beautiful and comfortable property. Spacious and tastefully appointed. Beds were very comfy, and the shower is great. It's situated in a commerical estate, ands it's a bit of a trek into town by public transport, but the neighborhood is quiet at night. There is a bus right outside though. The only downside is the surprise cleaning fees, which are very expensive, considering you're asked to empty the bins yourself, and leave the dishes washed up but the dishwasher empty, so you're hand washing the breakfast dishes on the last day.

Well equipped property
Great property. Easy check in. Clean and well presented
We really enjoyed having the use of the bikes to cycle to Amsterdam through the wood. We had to buy a set of Allen keys to adjust the bike seats and have left them there for the next residents. The owners were good enough to replace the broken pump promptly and communicated well with us. Some great restaurants locally eg restaurant Colijn.

Der Check-In war sehr einfach. Die Unterkunft stilvoll und sehr sauber! Die Umgebung sehr schön. Kommen gerne wieder.

Min punt: Keuken: te weinig keuken gerei zoals bestek, glaswerk. Ook duurt het heel lang voordat de keukenkraan warm water levert, waterverspilling !!
Helaas bleek de TV ontregeld er was maar 1 zender beschikbaar.
Heel fijn dat er fietsen beschikbaar zijn.

Great Accommodation
The accommodation that we stayed at in Schinkeldijkje was absolutely amazing. It was clean in every little spot, not even a spot of dust. The house was in perfect condition and warm when we entered, and we were amazed at how much better it looked than in the pictures. Everything that we needed was provided including a washer and drier too!

Beautiful and super clean apartment. Nice quiet area and had everything we needed for our stay. A bit far from the city, however, it was lovely to walk through Amsterdam forest to the edge of the city.

Excellent Residence
Very nice and cosy apartment fully equipped with all the necessary things you expect to have in your own house. Good location, quiet and an absolute must for runners and nature fans (in front of Amsterdamse bos). Bikes are included and a lot of nice cycling routes are availiable.
In short, excellent house, for sure I’ll repeat.

Five star apartment
The location is a quiet place and this is exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is stunning. Everything looks new in the apartment, very clean. They also have bikes which we ( husband and myself) has a good time riding it.the apartment is just 30 min away by car from Amsterdam and 50 mon away from Hague. I would definitely recommend this apartment !

Very nice place
This house is nicer than expected. Decent sized rooms and the smart TVs are a nice extra. Only downside was the distance from Amsterdam and the lack of basic amenities such as kitchen foil and bin bags.However, these where not big problems just annoying at times.

Modern, new space
We had a great stay in this 2 bedroom house. The place is super clean and well equipt with whatever you need to be comfortable for even a longer stay. Amsterdamse Bos is across the street and we enjoyed a couple of nice bike rides with the bikes(4) that comes with the house. Supermarket(AH) is 12 bike ride away.

La casa nos ha gustado mucho, es tal y como se describe en su publicidad.
De los anfitriones no podemos opinar ya que no los hemos conocido. A las 15:00 estamos en la puerta de la casa esperando a los anfitriones, desconocíamos que la llave estuviera oculta en una caja con clave para abrirla y sacar la llave. Tuvimos que llamar a los anfitriones para saber donde estaba la llave. Estamos acostumbrados que los anfitriones nos reciben el primer día.
Por lo demás todo perfecto y la casa cuenta con buenas instalaciones.
