Property was perfect. Very clean, affordable and had everything we needed.
Two male staff on reception we found to be quite rude. Anytime we asked for help it seemed to be a problem rather than willing to help.

Clean and big hotel, more than you expect from a budget hotel. Check in, Check out was very fast. You can buy some essentials in the lobby from a self service shop. There is no restaurant or cafe, but you do not expect it.
Considering the budget, there is nothing to complain.

Location near the tram station & easy to go to the city.
The bed is not comfortable & the aircond is not cold enough although we set it to the lowest. The dryer machine is broken & can't be repaired urgently.
