This is absolutely the perfect location! Literally steps from the beach. The check-in process was super easy. Inside is a really cute setup. It had everything we needed, including beach towels for our use. Restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We will 100% stay here again!

Ultimately this came down to the location and price. You can’t beat it! Walked to the beach each day, walked to restaurants for lunch and dinner. It’s cute, quaint, and big enough to sleep a family of 3-4. Will totally book this again for a longer beach vacation.

First off, Scott was great to work with. He communicated well and responded quickly to my questions. The bungalow was exactly as I imagined and hoped it would be; a beach bungalow! The bungalow was equipped with everything needed for cooking meals, laundry and beach towels and chairs. The location is truly perfect. The beach is literally a quick 300 yard walk from your back door. John’s Pass is less than a 5 minute walk and I recommend Sweet Brewnette for coffee lovers. My 16 year old had a great time as well. His friends stayed nearby and they had plenty to do all week. I’m already planning for next year; just keeping fingers crossed my dates are available!!

Just steps from the beautiful beach access. The bungalow was so comfortable and like having my own home in paradise. Safe area with Johns pass just few minute walk. It was clean and attractive. Truly enjoyed my stay. Scott responded to all questions timely. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great location! Perfect for 2 people. The sleeper sofa coach needs an upgrade. But overall the place is great! Every question I had, Scott always replied quick, so I really appreciate it.

Easy access to the beach is great but bedroom on Gulf Blvd with a window unit ac unit in the wall makes for noisy nights. Getting rid of the window units and getting mini-splits and getting some white cotton sheets (instead of old beige polyester) would make a huge difference.

Our experience with visiting this Bungalow was amazing! From the beginning of booking to the day of check-in was a smooth process. Scott was a delight to work with, and we met the cleaning lady, and who was amazing. Highly recommended and will stay here again!

Loved this property and location. Madiera Beach is one of my faves. This bungalow is literally steps from the beach. I walked my cup of coffee out to the beach and also watched sunsets in the water. Amazing vacation. Comfortable digs. Grocery/7-11 is a short drive. John's Pass and other dining is easily walkable.... so close. Love this area! Our stay was comfortable. The bungalow was very clean. Laundry in unit if needed....bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation with friends just steps away from the beach.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodations were perfect. For the couple of nights we needed, we easily slept 3 people, could stay comfortably. Everything was clean, it was comfortable and anything we needed was there. We will definitely be staying there again and already have other family planning on it. The next trip could even include a big enough group to get both units. Thanks Scott. It was awesome.

This was my first time using VRBO and the process was very simple with this owner, the property was A+ , as well as the location! This is a hidden gem without a doubt.

Our stay here was perfect in every way. Scott was super communicative and helpful with everything!! The bungalow was even cuter in person with so much space! The location couldn't be beat with a 2 minute walk to the beach! It's also within easy walking distance to so many restaurants! If I come back to the area I'll definitely stay here again.

This location could not have been better. Beach access less than 100 yards away, walking distance to Johns Pass, Caddy’s, Sweet Brewnette, and anything else you’d want to experience in Maderia Beach. 100% would book again.

Had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place. The cottage was clean & stocked with everything needed for our stay. A good night sleep is important all the time & we had 3 good nights rest the bed was comfortable. Oh and the best part, the beach was right around the corner! One minute walk! My wife loves the beach and went whenever she felt like it. The only down side for us was the bedroom ac wasn’t operating quit right but we got through it & reported to Scott upon our departure. We will definitely check if cottage is available if we go to Madeira beach in the future. Levi & Jeanie

I enjoyed my time at Madeira Beach and the apartment was great. Very comfortable and having a washer and dryer I. The unit was a bonus. Everything you could need for the beach is available; Wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. Very close to the beach. I would love to stay again sometime.
