Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $1,640 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. PLEASE NOTE: - The golf cart noted in the reviews is no longer available due to insurance coverage issues. There are a number of golf cart rental services on the beach which you can use. - The pool can be heated for an extra $75/day. This privately owned and managed home has it all to help create your perfect dream vacation on Pensacola Beach. This is a new completely renovated 5BR/3.5BA home designed for your family to have the best of both worlds with the Sound in your backyard and the Beach in the front within steps. It is complete with a beautiful heated gunite pool, boat lift and dock with extended decking for viewing sunsets with stairs to access the water. You will enjoy sitting on the dock watching the amazing sunsets or in the morning having coffee as you watch pelicans fly over or dolphins playing in the water. You may even be so lucky to have a visit from our resident bald eagle. The Gulf of Mexico is literally steps away and the Baby Beach on the Sound is just a few houses down. You will have it all with this beautifully decorated home that includes an open floor plan with a large sectional sofa in the family area along with bar and wine fridge. The family area flows right into the kitchen with a large Island that seats 8 with high end finishes and a fully stocked chefs kitchen with all Thermador appliances including a 6 burner gas range. The kitchen flows right into the intimate dining area that seats 8. The open floor plan and windows along the back of the home allows for amazing 180 degree views of the Pensacola sound! The back deck is accessible right off the kitchen and dining area, as well as Master bedroom. It is furnished along with the downstairs entertaining space complete with dining table that seats 8, gas grill , flat screen TV, heated pool ($75/day) , corn hole and even a adjustable basketball goal located in the front driveway for the kiddos! You may never leave the house, but if you do venture out to our amazing beach there is a beach cart and bikes for you to use for quick access! The boat dock includes a boat lift large enough for a 28ft boat, stairs into the water and a fish cleaning station with fresh water for that Big Catch!! We also have paddle boards and a kayak for those looking to explore the sound up close and personal! Inside the home you will feel like you are at a 5 star hotel in the master suite with amazing views of the water and a master bath complete with double sinks, a soaking tub and a grand walk in shower. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in the kids playroom that acts as a 6th bedroom. There are 3 full baths with 1 half bath and an outside shower. Our guests will always have hot water with our on demand water system. Additional amenities include an elevator and an indoor stairwell that can be accessed from the garage or front door for your convenience. There is also a second refrigerator located downstairs in the garage for overflow. The home is setup with Sonos music with speakers located throughout the home and outside on the deck and entertaining area. This private home is locally owned and managed providing our guests an attention to detail like no other. This is our home and we have taken great pride in creating the perfect vacation home. Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay, despite the fact that it was unseasonably cool while we were in Pensacola. The cold weather prevented us from enjoying the outside amenities offered by the house (which were many), but we still enjoyed ourselves immensely due to the great features of the property. We have a large family and everyone was able to rest comfortably in their own space and the kitchen and family room areas were large and well designed so we could spend time together in comfort too. The waterfront location of the house is absolutely beautiful. We awoke each morning and looking out our window on the bay was like looking into a beautiful painting. Sunrise and sunset were spectacular, especially from the Gulfside of the island which was just a short walk away. The interior of the house is stunning as well, which added to the beauty of our trip. The property's hosts were also helpful and available to us during our stay. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommended,

Love, love, LOVED this property. Ashley was so great at communicating. We were traveling with our 1 and 2 year old for a family wedding and she helped make it as easy as possible. The location is gorgeous. We went for walks everyday and the heated pool was perfect this time of year.

Beautiful property fantastically maintained by great homeowners! Beautiful house with great outdoor spaces between the upper deck, patio & pool area with the dock. Family and friends had a great time playing basketball, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, crabbing and just relaxing in the pool. The home is really well maintained, the best I've seen in years and I think its because the homeowners maintain the house and not let a management company handle. The homeowners were supper responsive when we needed air for a bike tire and a lsat minute decision to heat the pool. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans utensils, etc.... We will definitely be coming back. Can't wait!

Loved this house. You could tell this was actually used as someone’s vacation home. Everything you could ask for was already available, like seasonings, blankets, games, fishing rods, etc. Loved the location. Deck was amazing. Even saw dolphins in the water behind the house! Absolutely will rent again.

This house is SO gorgeous and the location could not be better. Ashley was so easy to work with and was super responsive, which made our stay that much better. My girlfriends and I had the best time and we would absolutely rent this house again!

This house was the perfect fit for our family to stay and enjoy everything about Pensacola beach! The views from the house are stunning. The pool in the afternoon is so relaxing and enjoyable to watch the sunset! The extras of the kayak, paddle boards let you explore the beautiful sound! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking as we love to stay in and cook every night! Easy walk to the beach. The owners are very informative and extremely easy to communicate with! Absolutely loved this house!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and so well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. Everyone's favorite was the pool right on the sound. We had two nights of severe storms and the house never lost power or internet and the A/C kept us cool on the hottest week. The owner of the house is so friendly and responsive we chatted easily throughout the week. We had all teens with us and they were NEVER BORED. Between the basketball hoop, the TVs that were new and compatible with streaming devices and video games, the fishing poles, the fun floaties for the pool and gulf it was fantastic. I always choose a new house each summer but I will definitely return to this one! Highly, highly recommend!

The 4 of us siblings & spouses traveled to Pensacola for our (hopefully) first (of many) siblings’ trip. Two sets of us have 9 kids between us, so this getaway was meant for adult relaxation and it did NOT disappoint. Not only is the house exactly as pictured, but the location is perfection. We were just far enough out of the city to not have a lot of hustle and bustle, not crowded beaches, and our own private dock on the sound. Just one block away is the Gulf- with insanely beautiful sand and water (and we’ve traveled a LOT of places!). It reminded me of Fraser Island in Australia where there are no shells or seaweed and the water is crystal clear for hundreds of yards out. I couldn’t believe such beaches existed in the US (it was also our first time on the Gulf, so that may be how most of the Gulf beaches are?!). We had access to the paddle boards, kayaks and fishing poles and made use of the pool and outdoor entertainment area. There were little to no issues (I think just connecting to the Sonos system) and that was resolved immediately. The hosts were fantastic and actually were able to give us a personal tour just by happenstance. We were so appreciative of their hospitality and sharing their beautiful home with us. Some of the nights we went out into the town via Uber. Our hosts gave us some insights into the best beach bars and fine dining in the area, which were spot on. We could not have asked for a better location/host. THANK YOU! *Also saw a manatee!

This house is perfect for a large family. There were 12 of us staying and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amenities and view and just relax without being on top of each other. The sunsets were amazing! The pool was clean and well used by the kids. We all got to relax and do our own thing. We used the kayak and paddle board, fished and crabbed from the dock. We had the best weekend just spending time together. We couldn’t have picked s better house and location. Ashley is a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We had no issues at all.This is by far our favorite rental we have found to date. Can’t wait to stay again in the future. Thanks Ashley!! Your home is superb!

Due to the hurricane damage on Sanibel island, our family was forced to find a new spring break vacation spot. After almost 40 years, we were skeptical about choosing Pensecola Beach. However, never say never! To begin with, the home itself was amazing! I felt that the premises were very well represented by the pictures on VRBO. There were no surprises, except for the fact that the home was actually more beautiful than represented. It was also extremely functional. It was ideal for our family of 10. There was plenty of room for family fun, as well as individual privacy. The outside facilities were just as welcoming. The basketball court, decking, pool, and dock, provided a playground for all of the kids. And don’t forget the beaches, both large and small. We very much enjoyed being on the sound side. When we wanted the surf and waves, the ocean was only four blocks away. With the beach cart provided, it was an easy walk. We found Pensacola Beach,, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola to be extremely welcoming. There were lots of things to do for everyone. Don’t miss the Blue Angel practices! The restaurants satisfied everyone’s tastes, and the amusement areas kept the kids busy. I can’t say enough about our hosts Ashley and Brian. We had no major problems with the house. Our questions were promptly answered. They truly represented southern hospitality.

We loved the home. Plenty of room for us. The ac worked great and kept us cool! The pool was great! The dock was great. Saw lots of fishies. The updated master bath was great! Huge tub! We loved that there was a separate area downstairs that you can have more guests over and they be comfortable. We had a great stay! Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our family's celebration of my father's 90th birthday. All the little details added up to a memorable stay. The location on the sound was amazing - beautiful sunsets, abundant wildlife sightings, a nice dock for boating, paddle boarding, or fishing, a wonderful outdoor/covered seating area with a nice TV to watch Planet Earth, a perfect sized pool, wonderful landscaping, a quick golf cart ride to the beach;;;you name it! The inside of the home has upscale details in the bathrooms and living spaces. All of the comforts of home could be found in the kitchen and laundry room. The spacious deck off the living room was enjoyed by everyone. The elevator was perfect for my parents to be able to visit upstairs and down. The owners were responsive to our needs and obviously put a lot of thought and care into making this home a fabulous place for a vacation stay. The home is located just far enough from the commercial properties to be quiet, yet close enough to access should you want to venture out for dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing house in a perfect location for us. We loved paddle boarding on the bay and watching the parasailers! The beach was super convenient with the available golf cart. The best part of the house was the easy and prompt communication with the owners. So nice and very helpful!! Would definitely stay here again.

We recently rented this house for a week and a half, and the house made our trip! It is perfect for accommodating teenagers and family. Plenty of room with 3 separate living/TV areas complete with a Sonos sound system. Parents could play our 70s music upstairs while teenagers played their “music” downstairs, and we couldn’t hear theirs at all! Perfect!! The outdoor pool and dock were enjoyed by all, and the golf cart for transportation to the beach was a nice bonus!! There is also a “baby beach” just a few steps away that was another bonus!! The owners were very accommodating and responsive in answering any questions we had. Would love to stay there again on another trip to Pensacola!!
