We had the most extraordinary stay with Malu and Luis. Every detail was perfect and we especially enjoyed the breakfast in the romantic patio. We need to emphasize that this was one of our favorite accomodations during our 4 months of travel. We would always stay there again:) thank you so so much for the experience!

As we arrived property doesn’t have a sign so we were a little hesitant to knock on the door. But let me tell you after we came in and talked to the owners we had a pleasant welcome as we looked around the place the details of everything the room, the patio plants all over, during breakfast the table set up has some beautiful details with our name tags even though it was a private table. Breakfast was delicious. Had something different every day the jelly was home made also very tasty. The owner took care of us and they make you feel like family!! I would stay here again 100% and of course I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We visited Puebla overnight between CDMX and Oaxaca, and wow, we are so glad we stopped for a night at this place. The hosts were phenomenal and the care and effort they put into running this B&b is exactly the sort of experience we look for when travelling. This place felt like a warm hug. The room was beautiful with little touches like handmade soaps in the shower; and the breakfast on the patio courtyard was a 3 course feast! They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special occasion and provided amazing tips for restaurants and things to see and do in Puebla and Cholula.

I loved everything about my stay - incredibly warm, kind and hospitable hosts, divine breakfast on a beautifully styled terrace, comfortable bed in a well-appointed microapartment, and homemade bathroom products and refreshments. The hosts were super helpful and responsive.

EVERYTHING! Too many to list! What a hidden oasis in so many ways! Luis & Malu’s B & B will give you one of the most memorable stays for all the right reasons!
Before our stay we decided to add more nights on to relax in Puebla while meeting our daughter on holiday. We stayed a total of 8 nights. How lucky were we! It is exactly what the three of us needed. Thankyou so very much Luis & Malu we will remember our stay for many many years! Malu your breakfast’s are amazing!!!!!

it was a magical stay , Malu is a such great woman who cares about all the beautiful details in life, she has a warm heart filled with love. Luis was very helpful and kind all the time, highly recommended best home to stay in puebla. Super clean and stylish!

10 is not enough to rate the experience at Luma B&B. Malu and Luis made us feel at home, they felt like family. Perfect is not an overstatement for the experience they have created.

Beautifully detailed, incredibly charming, small colonial-style bed & breakfast with the most delightful, warm, thoughtful and accommodating husband and wife owners who personally attended to each and every aspect of our stay. A different gourmet breakfast, beautifully presented, is offered at a different space each morning. Rooms are gorgeous, opening onto an interior lush courtyard. The 20 minute walk (or the inexpensive Uber ride) to the historic center is well worth the experience. We stayed for three nights before continuing on to Tehuácan and hope to return.

one of the best places I have stayed in Mexico. The hosts are just wonderful and genuinely care about their guests. all the reviews are right - I had high expectations and they were all exceeded. Highly recommended and I would stay here any time. the breakfast is amazing.

Amazing, wonderful, gracious caring hosts. Fantastic breakfast in their own formal dining room. It is located in a 1890's house with a large courtyard, sealed off from the noise of the street outside. A beautiful place.
The smallest room was too small for two people, but others we saw are quite large.

We were hosted wonderfully at Luma B&B, each morning we had a beautifully presented breakfast with different types of Mexican food on mad sets of crockery, along with lots of great suggestions on where to visit that day. Malu and Luis were so friendly and welcoming and we absolutely loved our stay.
I don't think there was much to improve really - the location was good - a short walk into town, the room was clean and well kept, and we felt really, really welcomed :)

From the ambiance to the dishes, the breakfasts we had were amazing. They were very elegant and we were treated with incredible and warm hospitality. The location was perfect; close to the historic downtown, but not too close to where you would have to deal with noise or extra traffic. I would highly recommend. We plan on staying there again during our next visit to Puebla. We loved it

Luis and Malu were wonderful, warm and welcoming hosts. They gave us plenty of information about visiting Izta-Popo and things to do in Puebla, and we enjoyed our conversations with them, especially during breakfast. The breakfast each day was absolutely delicious; Malu made us typical Poblano dishes and very kindly shared some of her mother's recipes with me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the B&B was conveniently located, quite close to the main plaza. We look forward to going back :)

Pretty much perfect in every way. The owners are so nice and great people. The place is beautiful filled with beautiful furniture and foliage. the location is great right in the center of Puebla. the breakfast was delicious (I regrettably missed one due to having to leave super early) and overall I can’t wait to go back.

We highly recommend staying at Luma B&B while being in Puebla! This was one of the two accommodations we liked the most during our 6 weeks overall stay in Mexico.
We liked everything about it: (1) the spacious, thoughtfully decorated, cozy and quiet maisonette apartment with great facilities and probably the best shower of our trip, (2) all the beautiful other areas of Luma B&B - including the leafy courtyard and the breakfast areas - we had a different breakfast location for each of our three mornings.
But next to this already exceptional features, our two highlights were our hosts Malu and Luis, that were the kindest and most friendliest hosts we met. They are both very charming and you can easily tell that they love to welcome and get to know their guests. We do not need any more reasons to come back to Puebla, Malu and Luis are certainly enough. This is especially true, as I fell sick for one night and a whole day and could not have imagined a better place to get better than Luma B&B. Malu and Luis were heartwarmingly attentive in this situation and even prepared special breakfast to not further stress my stomach (thank you!)
Speaking of the breakfast, this is another true highlight of Luma B&B. It has multiple and different home-made courses each morning, starting from the jam and leading up to traditional dishes from the Puebla region. One of the reasons we travel is food and this breakfast was exceptional and could can not be highlighted enough.
If you visit Puebla, you should stop at Luma B&B, it is a true gem!

This is a beautiful home with large spacious rooms, a plant-filled courtyard, and wonderful outdoor seating for breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated with plants, art, books, flowers and many other simple touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The rainfall shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water plus all the little extras were provided, including a full size bar of soap! The included breakfast was amazing each of the 3 mornings we stayed. The table settings were beautiful and the food was local in style and delicious. We were served a variety of fruits and then a main dish of eggs and side dishes. The hosts were wonderful; very attentive, friendly, accessible, and provided some helpful hints on places to visit and where to shop and eat.
Nothing. You do need to walk about 7 blocks to the Zocalo, but the quiet location and the splendid accommodations make it more than worthwhile.

Beautiful B&B with lots of personal touches to make you feel so welcome. The room, as well as the courtyard area, is decorated immaculately and so clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing! Malu and Luis were very welcoming, lovely to talk to and took time to offer some great recommendations on what to do and see in Puebla.

Wonderful!!! Luis and Malu have a beautiful casa and everything in it is so tasteful and thoughtfully designed. It's a delight to spend time there. Malu and Luis are gracious and friendly, and Malu makes amazing breakfasts! They obviously love hosting their guests.

Malu and Luis have one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. They are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is truly unbelievable — multiple homemade courses — fresh fruit, bread, jams, honey, coffee, a cooked local specialty, all at a beautifully decorated table that is different every day. Our quad room was huge, quiet, fully equipped, charming and very comfortable. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Overall quite outstanding!

The building was beautiful, the room was special with unique touches and great style! The bed was super comfortable, exceptionally clean with coffee and water in the room. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail was excellent. We had delicious bread, fruit, a selection of homemade jams, honey, followed by a delicious chile poblano stuffed with cheese, cream and beans. Everything was delightful and we cannot wait to return! The hosts were both so warm, friendly and helpful.

My husband & I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay while in Puebla. It was an absolute treat to stay at Luma with Malu and Luis, the owners/hosts. The property is beautiful. Our room (king suite)was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Purified water was provided in glass bottles throughout the room as well as fresh flowers. Bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very very quiet. Malu cooked us gourmet breakfasts every morning . Every morning the breakfasts were completely different along with the tableware—incredible! I cannot imagine how much time and effort that took. She loves to cook & decorate and she is excellent at it. She and Luis gave us great recommendations on restaurants and touring Puebla and the surrounding area. Definitely would recommend and stay there again. Highly recommend! Thank you Malu and Luis

This place is amazing, The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had!! I learned We had Huitlacoche Omlette , which was amazing! Malu and Luis were super sweet and accomodating. We stayed an extra night! The location was amazing, the courtyard was beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I definitely want to come back and will be recommending this place/experience to my friends and family.

Rooms are unique and wonderfully designed with nice touches such as thoughtfully placed (and ample) power outlets and fresh flowers. Outside the room, the courtyard will draw you in morning or night. We found ourselves ordering dinner for delivery so that we could enjoy it in the courtyard rather than anywhere else. The real gem of your stay, however, will be Malú and Luis. They are there to make sure your stay is above and beyond anything the modern hotel establishments could give you. (Tell me: When is the last time you hugged goodbye any hotel staff in the past?)
