Una buena estancia

La distribución de las habitaciones es diferente a un hotel comen, se siente un poco más privado

El control de la televisión no funcionaba correctamente y la TV estaba limitado en sus funciones. El tipo de regadera que tienen desperdicia bastante agua y lamentablemente no había aire acondicionado, por otro lado, mi familia y yo creemos que en una estancia de varios días sería bueno que no hagan cambio diario de jabón y toallas para ayudar al cuidado del medio ambiente.

Todo bien , Excepto los colchones!

Los amplios espacios de la hábitación, buena presión del agua de la regadera, toalla de buena calidad, secador en la hábitación y la amabilidad de recepción. Todo estaba ok , solo que olvidaron que se debe tener un colchon medianamente comodo.

La cama súper dura y el otro colchon estaba hundido. Amanecimos muy adoloridos y yo de plano desperté varias veces para tratar de acomodarme. Es básico el descanso de un huesped.

Dornimos tranquilamente.

Me gustó mucho la tranquildad de la habitacióm, la cama, la ducha con mucha agua y caliente. Mientras trabajava mi niña que es adolescente aprovechó la albeca. Dejaron toallas y material de baño para toda la familia, eramos tres. Esta a tres quadras de una calle con muchos restaurantes.

Es complicado el transito para llegar, pero todo Puebla tiene un trafero horrible.

Nice and friendly hotel, perfect if you are visiting Puebla and its surroundings

The hotel is very comfortable, it was a great place to rest and stay calm. The location was great for us, not in the busy center but really close to restaurants and amenities. Miguelito settled us when we got there and he was really friendly and helpful

The internet connection didn’t work during the three days we were there

Superb

Very nice. There are bus to the capu bus station and the Cholula nearby, it's also not too far from the center city by walk They heat the swimming pool so you can swim even when the weather is a bit cold

Nice and safe

The parking is inside the facility and you can only access to it with the room key so it's pretty safe. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and there is an area where kids can play next to the pool.

There is a lot of nice, I believe it comes from the line pipes because there is also an issue with the water preassure when you are taking a shower, water comes and goes. You can hear when the guests next to you are taking a shower.

Nice rooms, bed comfortable. Amazing paintings.

The swimming pool looks like abandon. This area of the hotel needs improvement.

Above standard accommodation in Puebla.

Breakfast was fair enough, tasty; price is fair. Good options, clean.

Would probably stay here again if the price is right.

The hotel looks nice and fancy. The parking is in front (or very near) to the rooms. This is nice because I needed to wash my motorcycle 🤣. The beds are pretty good, nice and soft.

The wifi was weak and often didn't work that well. It wasn't bad enough to complain, but stuttering internet while working is never fun. On top of that, they use some login system through a webpage, which constantly kept timing out. So every time a device would be idle for a hour or so you'd need to log in again. The shower had good pressure, but the showerhead sucked. Forcing the water into a JET that hurt on your back - If you like strong massages that may be nice but I prefer a softer rain shower myself. Half of the time the water was only lukewarm, even on 'full hot' it barely got hot. Just a bit warm. So basically the choice is cold or lukewarm and nothing in between. The rooms do not have AC, ventilation (other than opening a window) or a ventilator. This means nothing dries by itself including the bathroom. Not a big deal, in a pricey hotel like this having at-least a ceiling fan would go a long way...

Great value-for-money hotel with friendly staff and a heated pool

Loved the pool (which is maintained at a perfect temperature). At the moment there's a reservation policy in place to prevent overcrowding, which made us feel safe. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Overall great value for what we paid.

The room didn't have much natural light and could hear a bit of noise from other rooms at night. Apart from the hotel restaurant (which we didn't go to so can't comment on), there aren't many other options for food in the area.
