We have large garden new renovated..... House have two floors,on each floor there is a kitchen, a two bathrooms ( with wash machine and dryer) . living room and two bedrooms. All house is completly decorated. All house is air condition and it can Recive 12 persons (one bed is in the living room). Ideal for family or group of people. In front of the house is large garden Wich can be used as a place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner under the blue sky. If you need something else (transfer, Rent a car, rent a scooter, rent a boat or tours to Mostar, Medugorje, Montenegro) You just ask. In this price is included all tax, Air condition, internet and cleaining House. If you want to reserve you have to pay 30% of a full price. And if you stay in our house, We will give you gift, ticket for some fish - meat restaurants, fast food and pizzerias with 10% discounts for every day. Regards

We had a very pleasant stay at Dubrovnik Old House. Communication with Ivica, our host, was smooth. He arranged for airport pick up and for the housekeeper to meet us at the gate to the Old City to guide us to the property. The Old City has lots of steps but these were not an issue for our group. Highly recommend this property if you want to be centrally located.

Seven of us stayed. Wonderful location within walls of Old Town. 3 minute walk to Pile Gate. Outside space was particularly nice for us. Inside was clean and nicely equipped. Would definitely return.

We had a group of eight staying at the house. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the early mornings, reading and drinking coffee. The location was perfect for exploring all that Dubrovnik has to offer. We especially enjoyed walking on the wall and swimming near the marina.

The home was comfortable for a large group and as described. 111 steps up / down to Stradum which could be tough on some people but this home is in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town so it’s to be expected. We really enjoyed our time here. Ivica arranged for airport transfers which was very helpful as well.

The villa within the old town walls is a fantastic oasis. The outdoor space is very unexpected and rare given the location. Beds were cozy. Sofa in the living room is a daybed, could use some pillows. The AC downstairs was exceptional. The AC upstairs was less so, the added fans were appreciated. (We visited when it was very hot). Great communication with the owner, Very timely and thorough. Got to know the neighborhood cats who made the patio their home. Lots of stairs, but super quaint and quiet away from the noise but literally steps from the action.

From the day that I booked the house, Ivica came across as warm, kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond in assisting my requests from restaurant reservations, day trips to Montenegro and Bosnia, local tours etc. I bother him throughout the process with multiple changes but he always responded immediately, patiently and professionally. This was a trip for my friend's 50th birthday and Ivica even ordered a cake to be delivered. With his guidance, my group had a wonderful time and we are talking of returning, thanks to Ivica. Had a great time staying here in Dubrovnik. Owner was very helpful with arranging transportation and making dinner recommendations/reservations. Outdoor patio is rare and a very nice feature to have in the hustle and bustle of old town. Excellent location as well! Four stars given a few things like the upstairs bathroom that had an impossibly small/hard to open shower. Also only one A/C for all of upstairs. The bathroom and one bedroom were very hot. Could also use a refresh on some of the towels and other touches around the house given the price.

A lovely home in an excellent location. Owner is extremely helpful! Even arranged for a car and driver to pick us up at the airport. And when I requested that the terrace be cleaned, he sent a gardener straight over. Property was clean, but a few of the details could be a bit better maintained. The "sofa" needed some sort of pillows to make it usable. It was just a mattress on a bed frame and was very uncomfortable. The black blankets need to be replaced. Providing a few more pillows/towels would have worked wonders. The duvet/comforters were a bit stained and needed a good bleaching. But all in all this was a lovely little location in the heart of the old city. Alot of stairs! But that is the norm in this town. We really enjoyed our time in Dubrovnik. FYI - The wine bar at the end of the street is excellent. There is a very personable waitress there that gave excellent advice on Croatian wines. The best advice in any of the 5 towns we visited.

We stayed here as it was within the city walls and big enough for us all for our friends surprise 40th birthday . We all agreed it was a perfect location with good facilities to hand and Ivica is a great host who was very quick to help and respond to any questions asked. Everything is walking distance full of charming narrow streets filled with every cuisine and pubs and wine bars. Cable car to the top is a must with the chance to visit the museum before the decent back down. Walking the city walls is stunning and gives an amazing view of the city. We then went down to the beach which is a stones throw away to relax before yet another beautiful meal out. I for one will visit again and strongly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved this house! We were in Dubrovnik for a hens weekend with 11 girls and had the most amazing time. The house is in a perfect location right in the Old Town and walking distance from everywhere. It has 5 bedrooms (plus a bed sofa couch), it is big and comfortable and was very clean. There are two clean and modern bathrooms, and a big outdoor area with a table that comfortably sat all of us. The owner, Ivica, made our trip even more enjoyable. He was extremely helpful in organising transfers to and from the villa, booking us a private boat for the day, suggesting and booking restaurants and even organising some snacks and champagne for our arrival. He exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this house.

Our group of 8 people stayed at this house for 2 nights. The house is really amazing, exactly as it was described to us. It has a very cozy courtyard/garden, clean and spacious rooms and is perfectly located in the old city, far enough from the tourist crowds, but close enough to the main venues so it only takes a couple steps to get there. The owner is very accommodating, having picked us up from the bus station and driven to the city walls, he also gave us some pointers to help us orient ourselves. I would definitely stay at the same house when I visit Dubrovnik again.

When we arrived the owner picked us up at the airport which I would recommend. The house itself was perfect, in a great location close to the centre of everything but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. The house had everything you needed, from washing up liquid to cork screw. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful garden as the weather was against us. The owner recommended places to eat along with providing discounts. I would have no hesitation in returning and renting this property again. Perfect for large groups and can also be sectioned off for smaller groups. Quite a few steps to the main street Stradun, but most accommodation would be in a similar position. Ashling DunneIreland

We spend a very good time in this house. The house is very nice, just like it says - inside city walls, and you can really experience Dubrovnik by staying here. Very close to the main street Stradun and to nightlife area, but at the same time the place is really calm and not noisy. The kitchen is full equipped also to spend nice time dinning at home and we really liked large garden. Weather was perfect so we spend time eating and having fun in the garden. Everything was very clean and neat. I really recommend it! I would stay here again!
