Main level master bedroom has King bed, private bath, queen sleeper sofa, 27-inch TV, and DVD. Main level second bedroom has King bed, 19-inch TV and DVD. Both bedrooms have private decks. Large living room with 50-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, DVD, and VCR. Downstairs has outdoor access and features an additional living area with 50- INCH FLAT SCREEN TV, electric fireplace, additional refrigerator and microwave. Also downstairs is a bedroom with a KING bed as well as a bedroom with two twin beds and 42-INCH FLATSCREEN TV. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The full bath is located between the two bedrooms with a double vanity and walk in shower with rain shower head. The toilet area can be closed off from the vanity and shower area and accessed separately. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. Free Wi-Fi access available. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is 10. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.

Really liked the property. However--the instructions on the refrigerator referred to a "binder". We found no binder. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV. Also no instructions on how to deal with recycling. The property is great. The teenagers had the entire downstairs for themselves. Property is close to the lake. Really appreciated that the ice cube trays were full. Minor thing I know but nice to have ice all ready to go. The kitchen knives could be a little sharper. Electric can opener didn't work but there was a manual one. Overall excellent property. There were 7 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all.

We were in Eureka Springs for our son's wedding. This property was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms!

We stayed here with some friends and family as our daughter got married in Eureka Springs. This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and obviously well kept up. There was also a notebook on table that had lists of churches, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, check in/check out process, etc. That was super helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay here!

I rented this place for a quick weekend stay. It was hard finding a place with enough rooms so everyone could have their own privacy and this place was perfect for that! Very quick and easy check-in and only a 15-20 minute drive into Eureka Springs. Very quiet and fantastic scenery.

We had an amazing time. The property was pretty clean. The beds were a little stiff. Also, with 7 of us, at least 2 of us had a cold shower each morning. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Our stay was an alright experience. The master bedroom squeaks every time you move in bed and I didn't get much sleep because of this. There are also some stray cats in the area and meow constantly. Nothing the owner can really do about that though. Oh, and if you sleep with a fan on... good luck. There isn't any. Not a big deal but just to warn people if they're used to that. Overall, it was an okay experience. We didn't spend much time inside the condo really except to sleep but it was nice being a little away from all the chaos downtown Eureka but with easy access to Eureka when we wanted to explore!

We went with my mom and stepdad for my nephew's wedding. It was a very relaxing place. The reason we picked this one is because of two bathrooms and two king beds. Furniture was nice, kitchen well stocked, and we had three neighborhood cats that adopted us while we were there (I'm a cat lover!) Would highly recommend this condo--great price for such a nice place!

The property was nice. We enjoyed riding our motorcycles during the day and hanging out at the property at night. We felt the distance from Eureka to Holiday Island was perfect. We hope to stay at the same property in the future.

Every room was spacious and a great get away with another couple. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and accessories you’d need. The four living room chairs were very comfortable. The only con is both beds are squeaky but comfortable. We would book again.

Townhouse was nice and comfy. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Parking out front. Balconies off each bedroom. Bedrooms have king beds! Easy drive to and from other locations but stay away from crowds. Will come again.

We along with another couple stayed at this condo form Saturday - Friday, October 17-23, 2020. The property was exactly as shown in the listing, very clean and had flat paved parking which was a plus for us. North Arkansas has some of the BEST motorcycling roads and the parking accommodated 3 large cruiser motorcycles plus a mid size truck and cycle trailer. When we get back to Arkansas, we will definitely be staying her again.

Nice place. Only thing was once dates were confirmed never heard back so didn't know where or how to conplete check in process and we got in after office hrs. Neighbor called for us and told us where to go.

The place was wonderfully priced for 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It was clean & well kept up. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans. It's a little tricky to get to if you are from a flat place, like myself. I'm from Houston and the twisty, narrow roads and the one lane bridge were a bit intimidating to me but the locals seem not to notice. Of course, anytime you veer off Main St in Eureka Springs, the winding, steep roads are tricky for this Houstonian. I highly recommend this property! Great place and a great price
