Exceptional

Location is just perfect - in the heart of San Teodoro, the best La Cinta beach is still in walking distance. We had best sleep there , air conditioning is well balanced and quiet. What’s more, early check in hours were available there!

Dont recommend

Location

There is no support at all. The hotel barely answer the calls. I faced the following issues that couldnt be solved as i wasnt able to reach the hotel by phone: - wifi doesnt work - bathroom door was broken. Didnt close. I dont know how they can rent the room like this - the color of the water from the sink was yellow. I had to wash my mouth with mineral water

Great location in town and Nice staff.

Breakfast was okay.

The AC barely worked. We slept pretty uncomfortable for the 3 nights waking up sweating. The lobby was cooler than the room. It's hot outside and the room was not cool. For such an updated space I would thought the air would have worked much better. Maybe they have it turned down low to save money. It's too hot for it to barely blow. It was a mess trying to figure out where we could park and we had to drive around. The front desk told us to park in the pizza restaurant parking space. This was in accurate and we could not park there. After some time another guest of the hotel helped us to find parking.

amazing stay!

clean and modern, excellent commodities, superb location (and surprisingly quiet, no sound heard from the outside), free parking nearby (not part of the hotel, but staff helped us find a good parking space), offered us small discount in adjacent Da Fabio - excellent food by the way.

The absence of a similarly good breakfast - you are given coupons for nearby cafe, which would be okay, but the selection is poor and you are unsure what you can and cannot order - of course the staff will tell you, but makes the experience a bit uninviting. but a minor flaw in an otherwise remarkable experience.

Great location, best for short stay.

The room was nice and clean, but too small for 4 people. The location was excellent, in the very centre of the town.

Most people probably come to San Teodoro for the beaches - there is no facility to dry beach towels in the room and no outside space for it. There was a lady briefly at the reception to do the check-in when we arrived but otherwise the only contact in case of questions/issues is a phone number of a guy that we never actually met. The breakfast was at a nearby bar and was very simple (coffee + brioche) but ok.
