Very good

The location is great. In very center. Best ice-cream is just downstairs. All restairants are vwry close, walking area. The host was very nice.

Shower in bathroom. Needs to be improved. I give my not 10 points only because of this It was very hard to wash hair cause there was problem with running water. Flow of water was very weak.

Very good

The apartment is on the edge of the city centre. It has the privacy but everything is close. You can reach the beautiful beaches very easily by 10 or 20 mins walk. The hosts are very friendly, the check-in and check-out were easy. Good value for money.

Good value for money in San Teodoro's centre

The room is conveniently located in the centre of San Teodoro, on the way to one of the nicest beaches around. We found it very clean, and overall the price was very good for what we got. The room really has everything you need.

On the room description it was written "two large beds", while there was only one. We were only two, so it was ok, but we had selected this property specifically for having separate beds, and this was a bit disappointing. The owner left the keys to the shop owner nearby, who was very helpful and kind. However, it would have been nice from the owner to warn us about the situation in advance. The room is nice and clean , but overall better suited for a 2/3 days stay at maximum

The hosts were friendly. The accommodation has a top location, near bars, restaurants and the bus stop is 10-15mins walk away. Additionally, it’s close to the beach La Cinta, no car needed to get around the town. Air conditioning was available and working well. Towels were provided as well as dishwashing liquid and a sponge.

A huge minus point goes for the WIFI. There were two different hot spots and only one worked, which was the router from the main house where the owners lived. It DID NOT work from the rooms at all, so you have to get as close as possible to the main house to be able to connect. That was a real pain! Furthermore, communication was difficult as they didn’t speak English, only one Lady did a tiny bit. So there was not much interaction or I wasn’t able to ask many questions like: “where’s the nearest supermarket located, what restaurants would you suggest etc. If you are a host and you have international guests staying with you, I believe, you should be able to speak English to communicate with your guests.

Great stay

Location was great, near the town centre. We only stayed 1 night but the apartment had everything we needed and a nice view to wake up to on the balcony. The owner was very friendly. Santa Teodoro is a vibrant and interesting town

Lovely place with a perfect location!

The women who rented the property to us were lovely and helpful. The location was brilliant from r the festival we were attending....not far from all the amenities we needed, including the beach! So wonderful to have A/C too, which lots of our friends didn't!

We needed a few more cups, glasses, bowls etc as there wasn't enough, even though there was just 2 of us. Tea towels would've also been helpful.

Central location, the flat is big and with all amenities, very nice and clean. Beautiful view to Tavolara Island. Simon was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Rossella and Tim.

Excellent position, in town centre and walking distance from main beach. Internal free parking really handy. The lady who welcomed us really nice and friendly. The room had a lovely shadowed patio terrace where it was nice to have breakfast.

Old mattresses to be changed (probably really old and anyway really uncomfortable with visible springs on the surface, really annoying while laying down); bathroom to be renovated; pictures didn't exactly reflect reality, I assume there are different accommodations, our was for two nights and enough. The main reason why we hadn't a pleasant stay was that we couldn't sleep properly as on the other side of the road (closed to main gate entrance and basically closed to our room as it was the first of the raw) there was a club with non stop loud music from 6pm till at least 2am.

Good value and alright if you’re just there to sleep at night.

Good location, good price!

- The Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room at all, so NO Wi-Fi during the stay. - No shower gel etc. - Bread crumbs on the counter top when I checked in - Fridge needs to be replaced as the door isn’t sealed tight, there’s a large gap so a bug( might have been a small roach..) got inside the fridge - It was hard to get in touch with the host, out of 5 times I reached out I got a response one time, with the fridge situation and they helped me remove the bug within 30 minutes which was good!

Easy access, private parking space, in the center, and close to the beach. 20min distance by walk.

Furniture, beds need to be changed. Very old and not comfortable.

Apartment at a good location in San Teodoro

The apartment was nice and spacious with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom was nice and big. The location was great, right in the centre of San Teodoro.

The kitchen had a really unidentifiable bad smell. The kitchen was lacking detergent, so it was difficult to clean the dishes.

There was Air-conditioning and it was close to the center

Very noisy place, no WiFi, dead insects on the floor. Hairs on the linen and floor and furniture. Not always hot water. The owners know very pore English so the communication was hard.

Overall very nice property and would recommend for people visiting San Teodoro or its areas.

Very nice property with a beautiful view from the window and balcony. We booked one bedroom apartment but I think we have been upgraded to a two bed which was a really nice surprise and we really appreciate that. We had a nice balcony and a patio with seating area. There was parking space available. The property was nicely equipped with all the basics you may require during your stay. The hostess was really friendly and welcoming.

Great stay in San Teodoro

The location is great, 20min by foot to the beach and in the town centre. The owners are all very friendly and helpful, there is an on-site parking an the rooms are very clean. I wish we could stay there longer...
