朝食ビュッフェつけておいて良かった

館内についてフロントが奇抜で面白かったです。会話のパターンも複数あり、周りのお客さんも動画を撮って喜ばれていました。フロントから少し離れたところに喫煙ルームがありますので、喫煙者の方はこちらでもお煙草が可能です。ランドリーについて人が多く確認できませんでした。入って左手側に机と椅子、小さめのクレーンゲームがあるのは確認できたので、待ってる間の暇つぶしはできそうです。朝食ビュッフェについて種類が豊富で外国のお客さんも喜ばれていました。個人的には食パンが甘くて美味しかったです。トースターもあるのでお好みで焼くこともできました。アメニティについて覚えている範囲ですが、エレベーターを上がった先に、館内着・シェーバー・ボディタオル・綿棒等があります。お部屋について落ち着きのあるシンプルなお部屋でした。モニターがついておりますが、そこではランドリーの使用状況が確認できるため、ご利用の予定がある場合はとても便利かと思います。冷蔵庫も付いていました。中には何もなかったため、「お部屋に入ってから何度も外に出たくないよ」と言う方はあらかじめお飲み物を持ってチェックインされると良いかもしれません。お手洗い・洗面台・お風呂は一部屋でした。アメニティに館内着がありますので、着替えがない方はあらかじめ確保しておいてくださいね。また、シャンプー等は少し匂いが強いため、苦手な方は持ち込みできると良いかもしれません。ベッドのお布団は、ふかふかとはいきませんが休めると思います。また、ベッドが移動できるので、退出時に戻すのであれば少し位置をずらして使いやすいようにしても良いかもしれません。（確認を取っているわけではないので責任は持ちませんが、個人的に壁が近いと安心するので少し近付けたりしました。退出時に元に戻しています。）

部屋に入ってすぐかなり大きめの虫がいたため、今回の宿泊は虫退治から始まりました。どうしようもないと言えばどうしようもないのですが、疲れた体で複数の虫と戦うのは少々骨が折れました。おそらく窓から入ってきたのでしょうが、可能であれば閉めていただきたいです。また、アルコールスプレーが部屋にあるのですが、きた時点で破損しておりました。使用できないですし、破損部分は鋭利で危ないため、次回のお客さんが入るまでには下げていただきたいなと感じました。

Cool check-in and comfortable stay!

The check-in system was so interactive and great! The location was very convenient for us as we had booked Sumo training viewing in the nearby area.

Empfehlenswertes Stadt-Hotel

Sehr gute Lage, verschiedene U-Bahn-Linien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer zweckmäßig und einwandfrei sauber. FamiliyMart im EG sehr praktisch. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Great location

Great location. Beds and pillows were adequate.

I would have preferred a proper receptionist. Couldn’t find someone to ask a question to. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. Food was okay but not worth paying for if it wasn’t included.

地點方便，早餐不錯

離銀座線田原町站很近，其中一個出口有電梯，所以不用扛行李爬樓梯。入住手續是全自助有中文可選擇，所以辦理的很快，如果碰到問題旁邊也有電話可以請員工出來幫忙，提早到也有免費寄放行李的地方。房間沒有很大，30吋的行李箱可以完全打開一個，沒辦法同時開兩個行李箱，除非放床上。有加購早餐的話都是在2樓用餐，報房號就好，早餐種類還算多，光烤餅的咖哩醬就有五種，如果不訂早餐樓下就是全家便利商店對面有7-11，面對正門右手邊稍微走一下也有羅森，隔壁也有yayoi軒早上7點就開。 13樓屋頂可以看風景，有開放時間而且只有一台電梯可以到，要稍微等一下。有大概三個樓層附有投幣式洗衣機，一樓後門出去左邊也有投幣式洗衣機店家。

住了五天四夜，其中有一天浴室沒打掃乾淨，只有收垃圾，床邊放的東西因為換床單被掃到地上

Tutto perfetto! Camera spaziosa e funzionale

Struttura in posizione tattica, vicino ad Asakusa (a mio parere la zona più bella di Tokyo) ma anche vicino alla metro, linea ginza comodissima per vedere le maggiori attrazioni. La struttura bellissima, le camere altrettanto e spaziosi rispetto a tutte le altre in cui sono stata durante il soggiorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Nulla Solo fare attenzione all’orario di check-in, poiché alle ore 15:00 si crea molta fila Alle macchinette automatiche. Consiglio di andare magari verso le 16..

Świetny hotel ale brać bez śniadania :)

Wygodne Łóżko, wielkość pokoju, LG Styler - urządzenie do odświeżania ubrań, taras widokowy, sklep dostepny z poziomu wondy (nie trzeba wychodzic z obiektu), bardzo dobra lokalizacja kolo najważniejszych linii metra oraz blisko ciekawych zabytków. Możliwość zostawienia walizki też bardzo ułatwia pobyt w Tokio.

W zasadzie tylko śniadanie i personel obsługujący śniadanie. Na wejściu wita nas nieusmiechniety czlowiek z obcego kraju. Na śniadaniu prawie wszystko kręci się w okół curry - klimaty hinduskie. Mało jedzenia japońskiego i słabej jakości. Nie warto dopłacać za śniadanie. Lepiej kupić coś w sklepie i zjeść w pokoju. Po za śniadaniem wszystko super.

הכל!! מיקום מצויין, קרוב לרכבת התחתית ולהמון סניפי קונביני המלון מהמם ומקבלים בו כל מה שרק צריך במלון, לר צריך להביא כלום. מיטות נוחות ואפשר להחשיך לגמרי. אסלה של toto!!

It was worth the stay in Tokyo, conveniently located near a station.

Size of room was excellent for 3 adults. Bathroom had a separate shower/bath room. And Family Mart on first floor connected to hotel was very convenient for late night snacks.

Laundry room only had 2 machines on each floor and only certain floors had laundry rooms. Also machine didn’t dry jeans fully on one cycle; had to do multiple dry cycles.

立地が良く、1Fにコンビニがあり便利。スカイツリーが見える屋上があり、部屋から見えない人にもとても良い。施設も新しく、エアコンや冷蔵庫などの電子音も静かで快適に過ごせました。

フロント付近の外国人のスーツケースの保管などにより、エレベーター乗り口が狭いかなー

Fun, quirky hotel in a good lactation.

The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to subway stations and in a nice area of Tokyo. I would stay here again.

Preis Leistung gut, Personal sehr gut, würden uns aber fürs nächste mal vermutlich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Sehr freundliches Personal welches auch bei Rückfragen schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert, TipTop Lage und wenn man früh bucht sehr guter Preis pro Nacht. Das Internet war flott.

Es war einfach nicht wirklich sauber. Oberflächlich war es in Ordnung aber in den Ecken, hinter dem Bett oder der Toilette war es ausbaufähig. Auch die Handtücher rochen ab und an ein wenig muffig.Teilweise war alles auch ein wenig abgewohnt. Auch wenn das wie ein First world Problem klingt aber es gab nur ein paar japanische Sender im TV. Wir sind bestimmt nicht zum Fernsehen in Tokio gewesen aber zum sich abends mal berieseln lassen wäre wenigstens CNN oder was anderes internationales in der Richtung nett gewesen.

Excelente ubicación

La ubicación es lo mejor. Es un barrio tranquilo y justo a lado tiene un Family Mart y en frente un Seven que nos sacaron de muchos apuros. El hotel te deja hacer auto check in y check out. Regresaré ahí!

Aun la habitación deluxe sigue siendo pequeña, pero no incomoda. Supongo que eso aplica en todos los hoteles. Realmente no fue ningún inconveniente, solo algo para considerar.

ファミマが下にあり、屋上からはスカイツリーが綺麗にみえ、お風呂はトイレと別だったのでお風呂に浸かることもできました。子供がいたのでお風呂に入れたのはよかったです。ツインタイプに子供2人と泊まりましたが部屋も広くてよかったです。館内も部屋も綺麗でした

朝食がついていたのですが朝食の案内がなく。フロントに電話しましたがその方もよくわからなかったのか…とてもわかりにくかったです。受付無人のめんどくさいところだなーと思いました

各項飯店設備都不錯！但可能因為是寒假期間，這樣的價位在淺草一晚4000多稍貴

一樓是便利商店連通的，不用走出去吹冷風就可以買宵夜很棒頂樓就可以看見晴空塔有清酒販賣機三杯1000日幣可以帶回房間喝房間設備不錯，房內的LG電子衣櫥可以用來烘薄衣物跟內衣褲

房間內沒有附礦泉水，走廊上也沒有飲水機（只有製冰機）真的大扣分房間稍小（打開行李箱就沒有走道可以走了）看隔壁一樣房型（兩張單人床）但是感覺比較寬敞枕頭非常難睡，很扁又沒有支撐力，第二天請服務員幫我們換了枕頭才好一點

意外高信價比的住宿經驗

第一次住宿這家飯店。來的時候心裡有些忐忑。因為飯店名稱中文翻譯「奇怪的飯店」XD，自助Check-in & Check-out機器意外的簡單好用，即便主打無人櫃台但遇到問題，酒店人員也會及時出現協助解決問題。房間有些意外的寬大整潔，每天打掃整潔度很高。酒店可以電梯直達一樓全家超商相當便利。早餐信價比很高，因為一樓全家提供的熟食種類很多，入住期間只吃過一次飯店提供的早餐。

算是很滿意的一次住宿經驗

我沒有加購早餐,於東京最後一天入住的,地理位置非常方便,離車站很近,有電梯的出口也只多過了一個馬路. 房間大小也很滿意,唯獨加床的床墊不是很好睡. 之後有到東京還是會選擇Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi 算是很滿意.

加床的床墊可能需要更新,躺下去有點凹陷進去了.

交通便捷地點極佳的住宿點

離淺草很近，離地鐵也很近，飯店下來隔壁對面都有超商，非常方便。頂樓還可以看晴空塔夜景跟景色，很棒的地點。入住酒店還贈送一杯小飲料，辦理入住超級簡單又方便。

隔音稍微差一點，但還是可以睡得很好。

El staff en el area del desayuno, específicamente el individuo que parece ser de la India fue bastante descortés al negarle a mi esposa la posibilidad de ingresar al área de desayuno para tomar unos cubiertos.

Strategic location and big room

- Room is quite big, especially for us muslims who needs a room for pray. - The location is also very nice, not so far from the station and accessible by walking distance to Ueno or Asakusa. - Luggage storage. we can store our luggage by ourselves before check-in. - Advance Check-in system. check-in is hassle free.

Bon emplacement, confortable.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du métro qui conduit soit à Asakusa soit à Ueno. La présence dans konbini au rez de chaussée est très pratique.

J'ai eu un problème pour scanner mon passeport au check in. Heureusement qu'un employé est venu m'aider. Le dépôt des bagages était quasiment plein quand nous sommes arrivés à 13h.

방 컨디션 최고! 그러나 위치는 아쉬운

숙소가 무척 깔끔하고 일본의 숙소 치고 방 크기가 커서 좋았어요 캐리어 두 개를 모두 펼칠 수 있는 곳이라니... 웬만한 일본 숙소에서는 캐리어 펼치기 어렵거든요 체크인 전 후에 짐 보관도 쉽게 할 수 있어서 좋았어요!

생각보다 위치가 너무 도쿄 시내에서 멀더라구요 하루에 지하철 타는 시간이 최소 2시간이었어요... 그리고 3시 정각에 딱 체크인이 가능하다보니 아쉬웠어요 리셉션에 직원이 있었으면 5분 정도는 유도리 있게 들어갔을텐데... 그리고 체크인 전에 짐 맡기시려면 일찍 가셔야해요... 자물쇠가 많긴 한데 투숙객이 진짜 많아서인지 캐리어 넣을 자리가 하나도 없어요
