The property is clean and well maintained. We arrived at 6am and were able to leave our luggages before checking in. The location is only 4mins walk from the station and 30mins away from Haneda airport. It is also just 3 stops away from Tokyo station and doesn’t require you to switch trains to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. We also love that we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the station as Hamamatsucho station has a lift to the Monorail. It is also 2 mins walk from 7eleven and 3 mins walk to Family Mart. We are definitely going to stay here again when we return in Japan.

Really worth the price, was not too pricey, and the room was cosy. Toilet even had a small bathtub. I liked the bed and pillows, but it's considered the harder kind. No noise from other rooms and staff are very friendly. If you have troubles at the robot counter, you can always use the phone next to the counter to speak to a person. Robots were kinda useless as checking in can be done on the monitor screen in front of the robots. Just an interesting selling point of the hotel i guess. For quick checkin, do it online through the link they send you before you reach. Saw someone checking in manually through the robot counter and took him around 5-10mins :/ (plus he looked super frustrated typing in everything word by word on the monitor), whereas the online checkin took us 10s to get our key cards once we got there. The hotel is also super close to 2 trains stations, which was really convenient. About a 5min walk from exit B4 of daimon station (take the lift up as it's easier than all the escalators). Near exit B4, you'll see hamamatsucho station too. There's Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-11, all in less than 5 mins away. And a pharmacy near Family Mart if you need meds too. And you can see Tokyo tower anywhere along the streets. There's also washing machines and dryers on the first floor that only accept 100yen coins. You can head to the robot counter to exchange notes for coins, which was really useful. You can store your luggage on the 2nd floor foc before and after you check in. To store beyond that, you'll have to pay 1000 yen per night per luggage. Really fuss free and easy :)) highly recommend this hotel!!

Room was slightly small, not much space to walk around or to lay out our luggage. If you have big luggage, do choose a bigger room. Also, the rooms with tokyo tower views are limited to one room per floor on the higher floors, so very limited. Probably need to contact them to find out how to get those rooms. The chromecast did not work!! Only worked for 5 mins, and then it will disconnect from your device. Gave up using it after the 2nd night.

La ubicación cerca de la Torre de Tokyo y del monoraíl de Haneda. La consigna de la segunda planta con multitud de taquillas para dejar tus maletas antes y después de tu estancia.

Recepción automática con recepcionistas robot que te sonríen. Habitación muy pequeña y cama muy dura.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino alla metro e a molti ristoranti, la struttura fornisce moltissime cose oltre a shampoo e balsamo, come spazzolino, ciabatte e pigiama (ecc..). Ottima la colazione a buffet. Molto pulito e personale discreto ed a disposizione

Le camere sono un po' piccole, ma sul sito è riportato quindi nn è stata una sorpresa

A localização do hotel foi boa. Apesar de ter um sistema robotizado na recepção, quando tivemos dificuldades no check-in, houve atendimento por parte de pessoas. A lavanderia tipo coin-laundry com maquinas tipo lava e seca com cadeado e senha, o que torna o processo mais seguro para quem usa.

Para quem planejou viajar para vários lugares, esse hotel não realiza o despacho de bagagem via Delivery Service (Takkyubin) pago no envio (motobarai), de modo que o hotel destino não receberia as bagagens. Tivemos que levar as malas até uma loja de conveniência para despachá-las.
