Passable

The front part of the yard was cleaned and the pool was very neat, kids can play and have fun . The guy working there is very hardworking, although he need an assistant especially in the kitchen.

The back yard was very dirty, the property has no security, breakfast was horrible we had to cook for ourselfs.WiFi network and the Dstv was not functioning.The is too much noise coming from the INDIAN CHURCH around the premises.

the garden was beautiful and my kids enjoyed playing there.

The place need more security the bedding need to be washed properly. The kitchen and the breakfast was deseaster. And the noise from the indian church was too much

It was fine they need to clean the pool and have more tv channel

We waited for them to open the gate it like they didn’t know we were coming Sunday the pool was dirty I had to book other place but the guy who works there he was very nice he took good care of us

Very poor service

It was clean and smelling good .

The swimming pool is dirty .I went there because there was a swimming pool but I couldn't swim.In the morning there were ants jn my room .I had to wait almost an hour for them to open the gate for me .Poor service from the caretaker .

Our wonderful and peaceful weekend

The staff (a guy) was welcoming and good at providing service. The place is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. It's not far from shops. We loved the fact that they gave us space, privacy and only showed up whenever we need something.

We stood for so long at the gate on our first day of checking in, called the number with no response, we were a bit scaptical about hooting thinking we wil make noise for the neighborhood😀but initially did and the guy came to open the gate for us

Place was not at all like photos on booking.com site Breakfast was NOT good at all. Will defenetly not suggest the place to anybody.

The property needs to be attended to, it is getting worn out.

We didn't have breakfast, nothing was prepared when we had to leave they told us they have to start it from scratch. Very sad

We should have been asked what we would prefer for breakfast when we check in, for us to find it ready when we come to eat.

The location was close to our venue

There was loadshedding they do not even have a solar light so you can see if you come in at night. If they cannot afford a generator we can live with that but at least give your guests light to see they do not know we're to walk. If there are electricity the aircon is not really working.

Nothing at all because I was not granted access into the yard after I had made a reservation and paid.

We kept calling their number while at the gate but there was no answer for both their contacts yet there was someone sitted outside and could clearly see us and I even flicked my lights at him but nothing. I tried calling the very same contacts the following day and there was no response but the phone was ringing for both of their contacts.

The rooms were clean and neat, if you look for basic overnight only, then this is the place.

It stated that breakfast will be served between 7:00 and 9:00. At 8:00 there was no one in the kitchen. When the caretaker came in, Poloni and eggs were served. You need to upgrade breakfast or don't include it at all, if you don't have staff to properly serve breakfast.

Little to no communication. When we phoned the number, no one answered. We were locked in the house, if we wanted to leave early, that would have been a problem. He only opened the doors after 08:00.

The guy that works there Abdul atleast he was friendly and he keeps the place clean

Their service is poor they don't respond to calls or emails.We had to make own breakfast as there is one staff member they should hire because the guy who works there has to do all the work alone of which I feel is exploitation. The No Alcohol rule should be clear on rules before booking and they should specify if they prefer only Muslims because everywhere in that area they sell only Halaal. Their breakfast menu is nonsense

The place was so quiet and peaceful. The linen were clean even the room was clean. The guy working there is so calm

Internet channels were bad. Break fast was not as good as we thought. There's no generator when there's load shadding it becomes too dark and scary.

Everything was exceptional 👌👌👌 Breakfast was amazing, the place was so quiet for peace of mind... And not forgetting how welcoming and lovely the stuff was......,❤️❤️❤️ Probably gonna check in some time soon

Not on standard of what is expected from a guesthouse on booking.com

The bed and shower was in fine.

This is not a guesthouse, this is a Airbnb vibe for long-term accommodation. Very bad check in process after notify I will be late and already paid through Bookings.com was still ask if I paid. No towels was provide like mentioned and visible on Booking.com No details/guidance provide on advertise Wifi available on Booking.com No details/guidance provide on advertised "breakfast included" on Booking.com Room was not ready for a guest, TV never switch on at plug to be ready for guest to use. Guest - host relation very bad.

The location was perfect

No chair in the room. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. No shower mat. 3 sleeper with only 2 towels. No emergency lights during loadshedding.
