Brilliant and good value .

Close to an excellent mall .Tastefully decorated and friendly owner and staff . We will definitely be back when we visit South Africa .

It was pleasant

Breakfast - was breakfast Room -Clean, needs maintance Bed - was Good. Needs Fridge for Milk.

First 3 nights, was next to breakfast room and was also where the security sit. Could hear everyone moving around.

Small details

Room had no TV, fridge or microwave as promised and was forced to pay for an upgrade. Sheets and pillow cases are thread bare and need replacing. Staff need training regarding dinning room etiquette. Honesty and some small changes will go a long way to change the ratings.

Bad service and attitude, expectations not met

Nothing . It didn't meet my expectations The booking.com didn't make enough research about the property.☹☹☹☹😡😡😡😡

The items listed about the room were not there eg no TV ,,no fridge, no teas,coffee in rooms. The attitude of the manager was very bad.

Our stay was okay. Lots of improvement and staff training still needed

The bed is very comfortable , The receptionist is cool, The room fine , wi-fi was okay with Neflix

Linen had stains, the blanket and cushion had a nasty smell, Breakfast! wow serving bacon bits, eggs ,1 slice tomato, lunchbox size kiddies cheap yoghurt, Endured lukewarm showers no hot water, Had to request fresh clean towels each time they took dirty towels

this place is nice just needs more improvement

1. I liked the that the staff from the reception was very friendly and assisted us very well 2. they even issued us a remote for the gate so we don’t have to hassle with getting in and out of the facility 3. the beds were so comfortable with comfortable pillows 4.the area is very quiet and very close to Menlyn Mall and Time square (just a walking distance ) 5. They had smart TV in the room i used and it has Netflix with very strong wifi that was a plus

1. There was a funny smell on the blanket , couldn’t use it at all and i think it make the bed smell too . 2. Not enough mats in the bathroom and the sleeping area you . 3. The rooms are not well sound proof you can literally hear sounds from next door .

Distance to Cintocare Hospital Apartment was clean Linen was clean Staff excellent.

Loadshedding, no generator Room was cold, no aircon No cutlery Noise of other stay over clients

The place is clean , you can actually hear yourself thinking as it was a quite place ..

The staff should at least have good customer services , especially the reception guy and he be rude and that's one score down . Customer service is not excellent but it can improve .. for as long we aren't treated differently based on our age or race

Place is not looked after. Owners will need to take charge to bring it back to what it was, so much potential.

The place is neat and very nice and comfortable.

The fact that the description said i will get a room with a tv, but when i got there it wasn't like that, i was told that my room is a budget room. The food is also not as expected they could really add more options sort of a proper English breakfast....

The place is very affordable, clean and with staff that is friendly. It is much appreciated. This place is at a perfect location, particularly for shopping. ❤️

I believe the facility can do a lot better if the breakfast can improve. Perhaps opt at least three choices for English breakfast. Surely it would not cost a lot if one cereal is also offered.

It was traumatic and disappointing

They put me in a room that had no tv, the sheets were torn, I did not have towels for when I shower, the shower was not clean and their door to my room was broken which posed a security risk. Had to bath when I got home, the reception does not answer the phone then I had to give the security guy the key there was no one at reception.

The bed was VERY comfortable! The room was well sized and the bathroom is a good size. Nice stay for a short period of time. The bed was the best part about the entire stay and it was super close to Menlyn and Time Square

The breakfast was cold and the same on all days. We had to pay the balance in cash only. The water in the shower was always lukewarm and the water wasn't draining fast enough so ended up standing in a puddle. The car park is surrounded by trees so we had bird poop all over the car. There was a concrete smell (like it was just built) in the bathroom.
