Lovely apartment with very welcoming hosts

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and communicated via message prior to my arrival and met me in person to hand over the keys and show me around.

Nothing in relation to the apartment itself.

The property was in a great location and easy to access. The host kept in touch from making the booking to us leaving the property to provide information as we required it and answered any questions we had quickly.

City centre location in an apartment that was spot on

We thought that the property itself was lovely. Really felt like quite a special place to stay for a weekend. On top of that, location-wise, it was pretty much ideal for everything we needed.

perfect!

this is a stunning apartment with beautiful high ceilings and has been decorated to a very high standard. the location is excellent - especially for the Motorpoint Arena. the hosts and their family are very lovely

Fabulous apartment, very clean and comfortable. 100% recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The flat is in a fabulous location near town, the flat itself is gorgeous. It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay including towels, iron, hair dryer, tea/coffee etc. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept great! Communication was also great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Nottingham! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Tina from the first second helped me feel like I was visiting family with her smile and kindness The apartment was lovely. Very clean kitchen with everything someone would need to cook and eat in the apartment itself. Very clean and nice bathroom with a big bathtub. The bedroom was amazing with a big and very comfortable bed, Overall an amazing experience. Will look forward to coming here again.

Lovely apartment, great location, would recommend!

We liked how modern looking the apartment was, how clean and tidy it was and how it stayed nice and warm even in December. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was brilliant.

the sofa is quite uncomfortable to sit on but not a biggie as we didn’t watch much tele!

Spotlessly clean & Cosy Apartment

Had a lovely comfortable stay at this beautifully decorated apartment. We were delighted to find such a modern, classy and clean space right near where we wanted to be. Apartment was cosy and sparkling clean as advertised with all essentials in order. It was the perfect place for us as a couple to stay, in the best location, and for such a great value. Hosts were not only very kind, but also were thoughtful with recommendations and provided us everything you needed for a short break. In addition, they gave us a warm welcome upon check-in and friendly manner into their place. We were really impressed and much appreciated it. Overall, we were very happy and loved our stay here, would definitely book again sometime in the future. I recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the beautiful city of Nottingham. Thank you Tina and John for being such great hosts, for trusting us travellers and for the lovely stay at the apartment. We enjoyed our time here in the city.

Hidden gem in Nottingham Lace Market

The apartment has everything! The full kitchen has a massive fridge freezer, and everything you could possibly need to cook your own meals during your stay. The towels and bedding were high quality, and the furnishings all comfortable. The location was great, and the host was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment. Before we stayed, we wondered if it would be noisy due to nightlife in the area, but we were surprised - even on saturday night we slept well and were not disturbed.

Beautiful, practical, and at a good price!

Beautifully decorated apartment, John and Sue were very accommodating and got back to text messages almost straight away. The apartment was well equipped. I especially liked the 'if you have forgotten something, please use', great idea! The location was right next to the city centre, so we were at walkable distance for everything.

Lovely place. Excellent value for money.

Lovely apartment in a great location for taking advantage of the city. The bed was particularly comfortable. Host was excellent. Really responsive and helpful.

It can get a bit noisy outside, but it is in the heart of the social part of the city after all.

Fantastic city break.

The location was excellent with a variety of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment was fantastically equipped with everything you could think of. Main shopping center was only a short walk away. Nearby parking was arranged on booking.

There’s a night club/bar just below property so it was noisey and hard to sleep.
