Nice place if was bit cheaper and offered free parking would come again

Great stay in the heart of Nottingham

Good selection of breakfast. Great location in the centre of Nottingham. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was a slight delay to hand over the room however the staff was very apologetic and offered a free coffee and breakfast to compensate for the delay so overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great central location for a stay in Nottingham!

The room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Nottingham city is on your doorstep and the tram is outside too. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The beds could be more comfortable, the one I slept on was rather hard and lumpy so it was a restless sleep.

Noisiest hotel room imaginable

The breakfast was nice

It was hands down the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The noise of the trams every 5 minutes outside the window and the noise of drunk people until gone 3am. I kept checking the window wasn't open as it was so loud in the room. I had specifically requested a quiet room and was told beforehand that would be fine. Then at check in was told there were no rooms left at the back of the hotel where it was quieter. I will never stay at at Ibis again.

I would 100% stay here again it’s great no complaints!

Really great location right in the centre, there was food and drink available 24/7 and the staff were amazing super friendly, welcoming and so helpful!

Great value, will return

Comfortable, clean, and great location. Multistory car park directly opposite for about £15 overnight. I usually avoid chain hotels, but this was great, really good value. The shower was excellent, too.

One of the lifts was out of order, and a member of staff jumped in leaving us no room. The wait was lengthy so we ended up carrying the bags up 4 flights of stairs.

Central location

Edges of room 504 need vacuuming and bits in main of room. Can tell hasn’t been vacuumed for ages as white dusting around the edges On website says parking but doesn’t say payable over the road in public car park Pillows are far too soft impossible to sleep unless put towels inside pillow cases. Would recommend you have harder pillows in bag on the shelves with signs saying so and this would suit every guest then

Court séjour d'une nuit.

RAS. Assez moderne et confortable, bien situé.

Le manque de parking dans l'établissement et le fait qu'il faille payer cher en face dans un parking privé. L'accueil assez froid et impersonnel. La chambre double était correcte mais la chambre triple beaucoup trop petite !

A good stay in a good hotel with good staff with good facilities in a good location.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Nottingham. It is a short walk from Old Market Square which is the focal point of Nottingham city centre. A tram stop is conveniently located outside the front door with frequent trams to the main railway station a short distance away. The trams also serve Nottingham's two universities which are on opposite sides of the city. The River Trent is a short distance away and is ideal for riverside walks. The airport bus picks up and sets down a short distance away from the hotel. There is a small Tesco beside the hotel and a Wetherspoon's across the street from the hotel.

The only criticism I have of the hotel and its staff is that they do not take cash; all payments for any items must be done by credit card, debit card or some sort of electronic payment. When I had checked out I asked the staff if I could leave my case in the left luggage room as I did not have to go to the airport until later in the evening. The staff agreed and told me there would be a £2 charge to leave my case in the left luggage room as I had checked out by that stage. I didn't mind paying £2. However, when I offered the colleague £2 in cash she informed me that she could not accept it as the hotel was cashless.

Great place to stay

Location great, staff lovely, room comfy... Nice hotel

Breakfast could have been better. The scrambled egg was dry. Not a great lot of choice. I literally had a bowl of cereal, sausage and toast. The bacon was smoked and streaky, so fatty. The hash brown was soggy. Sorry, but next time I will not buy breakfast.

Great location and a very clean and comfortable hotel.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Basic facilities such as tea/coffee, tv, and a great shower.

Only slight thing was a lack of choice at the breakfast. It seemed a bit hit and miss with what was available, such as missing sausages.

Good hotel, good location.

Excellent location for car park and Motorpoint arena.

There is no plug near the mirror. We were informed the car park was £15 day if you validate at the hotel. We stayed two nights but in the first night we arrived at 5.30pm and left at 10am on the Sunday, but still had to pauper £30, but it wasn’t two full days .

Great location, fair price, breakfast could be better.

Location very central and easy to get to on foot. Sausages nice at breakfast, but only average scramble eggs and no other option. Toaster hard to work.

tired.

the entrance/ front desk/ bar was nice

people was playing knock a door run at silly times of time, was woken up 3 times bc of this. on the 5th floor but you can hear everything outside!! i wish it was an exaggeration, woken up to people talking/screaming, a fire truck, trams, church bells. and i know this can’t be helped but the knock a door run was one step too far. i had to get up a check the window wasn’t open because it was so loud, like we was on the bottom floor not the top one!

Clean, good value hotel.

Checking in was easy. We had 2 twin rooms and were asked if we wanted two next to each other which was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower room was great. Hotel is right in the city- perfect for us, and although we had to pay for the public car park it was just across the road and tickets were validated at the hotel to get a reduced rate. Tesco next to the hotel entrance is very handy!

Twin beds were very narrow (2'6"?) which is fine for children but I wasn't very comfy at all. Lots of very noisy guests until after 3am, but possibly because it was Sunday night of a Bank holiday weekend. Breakfast in the hotel was expensive- would've been nice but we made do with waffles/pain au chocolate from tesco!
