Gorgeous, secluded log cabin set on a flat, grassy lawn w/ amazing outdoor fire pit and multiple picnic tables + seating on 17 wooded acres located in Western Pennsylvania. Our property suits guests through every beautiful season! Whether booked as a family getaway, romantic endeavor, writer's retreat or another desired use - our cabin comes ready to suite your needs! With central air, gas heat, and new appliances in the kitchen including a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, this private log home comfortably sleeps 8 adults. We also have a second property just 2.1 miles from the cabin if you need more space or your dates are not available and can be found at vrbo.com/3204383 Three bedrooms on the first floor comprise of a large primary bedroom w/ queen size bed, queen bed in 2nd bedroom & full bed in 3rd bedroom. The 4th, large bedroom is located in the second story, vaulted ceiling loft and features both a queen and full bed. There are two full bathrooms, one per level. Living room has a raised hearth, stone gas fireplace and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying game night with friends and family. Two large TVs are on-site along with free Wi-Fi internet. Laundry room has stacked washer/dryer combo. You will enjoy lounging on our open front & back porches - fabulous for relaxing and enjoying nature's natural wonders. Take in the starry night sky and cool evenings next to the custom fire pit area complete with multiple picnic tables waiting to provide a platform for your evening beverage of choice. Additionally, this property includes a 12 x 32 screened in patio w/ hot tub and additional living space, all of which overlooks the flat, grassy back yard. We also provide a grill and gas to power it, making preparing dinner a true pleasure. Firewood is provided at an extra cost as the outdoor entertainment space is a joy. Two-stall garage doubles as a game room and features a ping pong table, dart board, shuffleboard and a foosball table for your use. This is our new favorite place! We loved the cabin and all the amenities! The host was great at suggesting things to do in the area! Cooks Forest was great! Lots of hiking and exploring the area. The cabin was a great place for sitting around the fire and talking. Beds were super comfy! We will defiantly be back!

This was the third time my girlfriends and I stayed at this property for our annual girls weekend. This property is the best! Perfect amount of space. Very clean. Easy to book and great communication from the hosts. I love this property and look forward to visiting again! Already planning for next year!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We enjoyed the quiet time and the views from the cabin. and the peace of the nature while we sat around the fire pit. The place was very clean and spacious. More than enough room for all of us, ladies. The fire pit was well-stocked in the perfect place three wind after a long week. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Lots of cozy blankets around so that you could cuddle up by the indoor fireplace and chat. The host very responsive and made sure that anything you needed was taken care of promptly. This is my second time staying and I will definitely go back again. This home is welcoming, comfortable and well equipped. The fire pit is great and the beds are comfy. The games in the garage are an added plus. This is our second time in this home and we would stay here again.

Master Cabin is an absolutely gorgeous and secluded log cabin / home. It was exactly what we were looking for to get away from it all and celebrate our 40th anniversary. We loved the location and the cabin was nice. It could use some updating. The reason for a 4 on cleanliness the coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was so much crud in the tray it was disgusting. The pans could use some up dating. The refrigerator froze some of the foods. The outside was very quiet and relaxing. The only down fall was the grass needed mowed. So the owners told us we are welcome to mow where we are playing, so we did. The tv in the living room didn’t work, and it didn’t work for the guest before us. We did spend most of our time outside, but we are older and do like to watch tv in the morning. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wash towels. When you have cleaning people coming in the next day, and we do pay a cleaning fee of $175. We did enjoy our stay, and loved the location.

Beautiful cabin. Only issues were the tv didn’t work in living room which was ok bc we were there for family time. The I accidentally locked us out of the cabin. A solution was found yet cost us an extra $25. Which wouldn’t be an issue except we had already paid extra for insurance and fees. Overall it was a nice getaway.

This cabin was an amazing property that was nice and secluded but yet close enough to things to do! The trail to the stream was a nice hike that lead to a gorgeous waterfall. The cabin was full of all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was close to Keystone Safari, Grove City Outlets and Freedom Falls (which was AMAZING!). The kids in our party thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the garage and the loft bedroom! The hot tub and fire pit were a great addition! The owners were great and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

Went to the cabin with a small group of friends to reconnect and we love it. We hung out, played cards, used the game room, had a fire going, and stayed at the cabin the entire trip. Great place in the woods to kick it with some friends and this was our second trip there. We are planning to make this an annual trip/retreat. Thank you Jim and Tracey for such a nice place and being great hosts.

First time renting this property on 17 acres for a birthday celebration weekend getaway. Very clean and well maintained beautiful cabin that had all the amenities and everything we needed for our stay. Very beautiful piece of property on 17 acres and a nice outdoor firepit area. Took a walk down to the creek. Cabin was fully stocked with all basic amenities including towels, linens, firewood, and fully stocked kitchen made our packing light and easy for the weekend. We did experience power outage due to a storm for over 12 hours, however, we made the best of jt. No fault of the owners. We were surprised there was no generator for this property but we were able to manage and still utilize the gas fireplace inside to heat it. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this cabin again for weekend getaways!!

The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor surroundings too. Since it was a cold weekend we loved the gas fireplace and the indoor spa. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Also they were very quick to respond to any problems.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at on VRBO. Totally awesome vacation experience. Hosts are the greatest, very friendly and responsive. We would recommend this cabin to anyone interested (just dont rent out all the dates, we need a few days left for us to rerent also...lol)

Great getaway from PGH for a group of friends. Everything was clean, it was spacious, and the property extended into the woods allowing us to explore. Only downsides were the fireplace was not working and the hot tub had an issue but the host was ultimately very communicative and accommodating. Overall would stay again!

Every year I have a family winter weekend getaway with my five son-in-laws to just kick back, relax, and enjoy the time together. This cabin was absolutely perfect! The location was easy to get to but secluded in the woods. The cabin was spacious, well stocked, clean, and extremely comfortable. We throughly enjoyed the outdoor patio and fire ring! We will definitely book this cabin again!

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, spacious, and cozy cabin. We loved the fireplace. Very nice and comfortable seating in the living room. Nice fire pit area, but a bit too chilly for us to use. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals and enjoy morning coffee. We only had to bring our food and drinks from home. We ventured to stunning Freedom Falls and the towns of Emlenton and Foxburg. Great coffee, chocolate, and ice cream at Divani Chocolatier. I would highly recommend Master Cabin! We really enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults and we had enough space - didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Kitchen was a little small, but we managed! I gave a 4 star for cleanliness because there were some cobwebs up in the loft area and on fans, but the main rooms and areas were fine. Well stocked with towels, linens and blankets - which came in handy at night. Owners were very quick to respond when I had questions a d helpful when we asked about breakfast places. We plan to book for next year! Thank you so much!

Beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. Lots of amenities provided including towels for the hot tub. Updated appliances, clean and well kept cabin. Game room in detached garage was a nice added bonus. Quite area with no visible neighbors. Saw deer a couple mornings during our stay. The back patio and hot tub were our go to places for a relaxing vacation.
