This fantastic ground-level home is just a short walk away from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beach and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You and your guests will love the beautifully landscaped backyard with a large pool, a BBQ grill, seating, and a covered cabana where you can relax and enjoy the island life. Highlights • 2-minute walk to the beach • Private Pool • Outdoor Shower • Near Anna Maria Island trolley stop • Dog-friendly As you walk in, you will instantly feel the vacation vibe with a bright blue seating area, a TV, and large sliding glass doors leading to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, broad countertops with island seating, and a dining room table set for six guests. The main bedroom is adorned with beautiful tropical hues that create a calming atmosphere, perfect for a restful sleep. It also offers a spacious closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a double vanity. The two guest rooms are decorated with a fun beach vibe, equipped with a TV, and provide easy access to the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combo. For added convenience, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Room Details -Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower -Second Bedroom: King bed -Third bedroom: Twin over a full bunk bed -Living Area: Queen sleep sofa Don't forget to visit the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches, where the clear water is warm, and the floury sands cover your feet. Afterward, head to any local restaurants for delicious treats and fresh seafood, or take a trolley ride to the famous Pine Ave and check out the fantastic boutiques! If you have a larger group, you can rent the adjacent home, AMI Sunset, for the best family and friends getaway. - 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Rental was in a cute neighborhood that we enjoyed walking every day. It’s an easy walk to beach! The rental was spotless when we arrived! The outdoor area and pool were my favorite part. The pool was heated which was great since our weather wasn’t the best during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

House was great! Family of 6 and had plenty of room. Beach is 2-3 minute walk right across the street. House had beach chairs, cooler, & some beach toys. Pool was warm and very clean. House has everything you need. Very clean, plenty of kitchen/cookware, grill, comfy beds and is just an awesome house. Property group is SUPER responsive and will take care of whatever you need right away…like sameday/within hours. We are going to book this house again!!

We had a wonderful time. Beach was beautiful and only a block away. Plenty of local restaurants & stores. Best part was extended family rented the unit next to us. Customer service personnel were very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

I rented this house for our week vacation. House was clean, spacious, and convenient located. The house is very close to the beach we walked for like not even 2 minutes to the beach… Communication with management was efficient by phone and text message. The house description matched and the pool is great. My family and I enjoyed our stayed there and definitely we will stay again there. The only downside of the house are Palmetto bugs we called management on Saturday and by Monday pest control was there. After the visit we saw less but still were there just make sure you wash everything before you use in the kitchen the good thing is that I brought all kind disposal utensils and we did not use plates and other things from the house.

The property was spacious. Very convenient beach access and also for shops. Great to have a heated pool. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, but basic cutlery. Really liked having the beach chairs and towels Living room rug could be cleaner, bed linen was adequate .

Great location. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Close to beach. Private pool a great bonus. We would definitely go back. Had a few issues: check in was slightly delayed; outdoor area by the pool had litter from previous guests and pool was not cleaned; grill broken. Most of our communication about these issues was positive.

Had a great stay at this AMI Locals property. The unit was clean, well laid out for our family of 5 and an easy skip to the beach for sunset every night. The heated pool was a major plus and we used it as much as the beach. Looking forward to our next trip to AMI!

Pictures are accurate, and the unit was very clean. Smart TVs with Roku in the bedrooms. Would like to have had that on the tv in the living room. It didn't work real well, but we got along fine. Super close to the beach. About a 1/2 a block to walk there. One of THE nicest properties we have stayed in during the last 12 years we have been traveling to Florida. Hands down THE best property management group as well!! Hope they start managing properties in the Fort Myers Beach and Naples areas where we travel most. We hope to come back!

Very nice property close to the beach. We had issues with the washer and dryer as it destroyed multiple items of clothing. There was also a strong skunk smell that lasted all week. When we called maintenance for the door it was fixed promptly. All in all we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2019. Great location, only a 3 minute walk to beach, house was stocked with beach chairs, a wagon and 2 bikes. We also got a lot of use out of the heated pool. We had a family of 8 adults, so house was a tad cramped for that many but still functional with use of pull out bed in sofa in family room. Beds are very firm, house was super clean, great for a family of 4-6.

The house was perfect for our family of five. Very clean, plenty of space. So close to the beach. It is part of a duplex, but the backyard is very private, it’s so nice. I wouldn’t change anything.

This was our first time renting a property. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. New furniture- new beds- an older home- but has been kept up very well. It was conveniently located to beach and the PM was always prompt in responding to our questions. Hope to go again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location on Anna Maria Island! This was the perfect beach cottage for my family and a few friends. We walked to the beach every night for sunset and spent a few relaxing days at the pool. The home was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was knowledgeable about the area and answered any questions we had. We will definitely use AMI Locals and rent this home again.
